This is service work; you need to know how to prioritize. I'm complaining as a customer who booked with you. If I had known you didn't have luggage storage and I had to wait until 3 pm, I would never have booked with you. There are plenty of other rooms. I'm booked room a lot I'm super vip Agoda amd booking I've never had such a terrible experience. If you can't instruct the cleaning staff to clean the rooms for the current guests first, you're not providing service; you're just going through the motions. I've been waiting all day in a good mood, and now I'm exhausted and feeling dizzy. I know you don't care about your customers, and I definitely won't be staying with you again. I'm complaining as a customer, and I want you to take this into consideration for improvement. No other place handles things like this. Don't bother helping me. Go develop the management system first. Prioritize properly. That's all.
• Kristina (7/5): functional little apartment - Functional little apartment, good location, easy comms - thank you! Needs a deep clean (not just superficial wipe), and hand soap in the bathroom would be good (rather than just shower gel). Difficult to park for key retrieval (but once you can get in, car park is great and instructions excellent)

• Shaun (7/5): Overall the stay was great. The property and room were great location was great would stay here again - The modern look and style of the property. The location and the convenience of the room. The room wasn’t overly clean. Found lots of different hairs on the floor at the head of the bed. Was quite disgusting to see hairs from head hair to pubic hair on the floor on both sides. Don’t see how it could sleep 4 people though!!
• Rheice (10/5): - Very close to everything perfect to just get out and walk places Funnily enough I couldn’t find a dust pan or a broom and I just wanted to clean up some mess I made. Also the bathroom sink was clogged so I had to take the elbow off underneath and pull out all the hair and dust and stuff.

• James (5/5): Unit was pleasant enough and handy to CBD. - Location was very good and close to venue we came to visit Finding the place, finding the key, finding the parking spot and then the unit was very difficult and confusing. It took us over an hour. Our sat nav could not locate the correct building and sent us repeatedly up and down the street telling us to do u turns at each end. We had no way of identifying that it was Metropol 1 without 2 calls to the host. Having to find an outside park so we could find the key was near impossible at peak hour. Once in the car park there was no way of finding our spot without calling again. The lift wouldnt take us to the correct floor and a stranger told us to try another lift - this worked. We booked for 4 people but only two towels were provided for the showers so we had to share. The mattress protector on the fold out bed was stained and the bed wouldnt fold back up.

• Virginia (8/5): Well located little apartment, close to everything, well appointed. Would stay again. , - Compact unit with everything you need. Washing machine needs feet adjusted so it doesn’t go for a run when it spins and a banister brush and dustpan and a broom would be handy.
