Complete kitchenware, laundry set, super comfortable for family, kids friendly, walkable to Perth city centre, Kings Park, & Elizabeth Quay. Really satisfied with private parking & the security. Cleaner super friendly & helpful. Thank you owner for early baggages drop at the property. We can have time to stroll around the city while waiting for check in time. I’ve got the view as advertised and i am really satisfied. 10/10! NONE!

Lovely complex with swimming pool, tennis court and restaurant. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city. The electrical box in the spare room was rather noisy and kept our boys awake.

• Vandeth (4/5): bad experience and would not recommended . - nothing to like the apartment was not vacuum , crumbs is very where, chair ,table couch are dirty . water constantly dripping from the air conditioner . I booked for 4 people and they only supplied 2 towers. not worse the money

• Anita (7/5): Good - Close proximity to King's Park and Perth CBD. Clean and tidy. Did not use tennis court or pool, but easy access to both. Facilities as advertised. Adequate cutlery and plates for family. Air conditioner in rooms, although not used. Adequate cooking utensils and saucepans. Only supplied 1 set of keys - which was problematic as we were doing different things. Soap and toilet paper ran out. Only enough dishwasher tablets for 4 days, when we were staying for 7. Kitchen sink did not have a plug - had to steal it from the bathtub!! Key lock numbers difficult to read in torchlight. Modem VPN set to Hong Kong, so could not watch Australian TV apps. Significant road noise with windows open but this was not problematic with windows closed.

My children slept soundly as did we 🥰 Thankyou from a uplifted Heart ❤️ 💙 💜 I love ❤️ this apartment OK maybe 2 extra towels LOL 😆 silly because I am very grateful 🙏 as I said "the feeling of warth and beautiful energy it seems to have is enlightened WELL DONE 👏 .
• James (10/5): Exceptional - The aesthetically styled living room was very spacious and it's the first thing you notice as you walk in. The smart TV was large and came with many streaming apps and was high quality. The balcony area was very nice to relax on and there was a tennis court just below and the host had provided two tennis rackets and a bag of tennis balls for us to use whenever we wanted to play. There was also quite a good view of the city from the balcony and it looked great at night. The beds were very cozy and comfortable and the kitchen area was very well stocked and fairly spacious. The washer and dryer was packed away neatly and wasn't too loud (full spin) when inside the cupboard. The bathroom is very nice and the shower/bathtub combination is quite spacious and has great water pressure. The building is just on the edge of the city and gives you easy access to everything in the CBD even though it is fairly close to quite a main road with the windows shut it was very quiet. (And even when open it wasn't too loud or anything) It was right across the road from Kings Park which is a beautiful natural botanical garden and is great to walk or bike around. Jacobs Ladder is just a couple hundred meters down the road which is a great visit and I must see/do if you ever visit Perth. At the top is another beautiful garden area for you to walk or bike around with incredible views of the river and city. The kitchen bench wasn't very spacious if you wanted to do a lot of cooking.

• Shelley (10/5): Well worth the money - I booked this to hang out with my son who lives in Perth. Although this accommodation was on a busy road, it was quiet and peaceful inside. It was spotlessly clean and well located. The owner was warm and friendly on the phone and the property came with 2 carpark. Well worth the stay. It was 2.2 km to the train but is was a lovely walk
