• Shannon (9/5): Fantastic location. Quiet place to stay. Clean. Very much enjoyed. - Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood. Proximity to 7-eleven, Uneo and Akihibara. The residence didn't have a table or chairs in the kitchen which would have been nice. The area to gather and hang out was in a bedroom. Very vertical home with steep stairs.
• Jo (10/5): Excellent location, everything you could need. - Everything, it was brilliant and met all our needs. Really good position. Nothing to dislike.
• Mike (10/5): - They supported an early check-in for us which was super helpful. Very responsive hosts. Lovely quiet location with Tokyo easily accessible by metro that was 10 mins walk away. No coat hangers or coat hooks, the only issue I would raise, it didn't impact or stay.

• Guei-Sheung (10/5): A great place for a large group, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. - Great location, close to the main shopping and dining area. The 4-bedroom house is spacious, well-suited for a large group, and offers good value for money. The house had only one bathroom and toilet, which was not very convenient for a large group. The house was very simply decorated, and some of the beds were not particularly comfortable with small pillows.

• Percy (9/5): Great location and it suited our needs nicely - Location was very good with access to metro an easy walk. Shopping close by. The kitchen was adequate but No coffee maker of any kind was provided.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen were very well equip and clean. washing machine also help. Very hppy with the stay. Unfortunately only one key in the locked box. Also there is no place to hang the towels in the room , which is a small thing.

• Diana (8/5): Ruim appartement op goede locatie - De ruimte voor 4 personen is erg fijn. De locatie is gelegen dichtbij stations ongeveer 15 min lopen. Aan de overkant Lawsons voor versnaperingen. Gehorig, verder niets
• Chi-Yng (10/5): - The location is excellent, situated in a quiet neighborhood with a Lawson conveniently just across the street. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. We especially appreciated the early check-in—arriving in Tokyo early, it was a relief to drop off our luggage at the property before the official check-in time. The mattress could have been a bit firmer, but that’s just our personal preference. Otherwise, the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

• Mathis (9/5): Maison agréable pour un séjour en famille à Tokyo. Attention, une seule sdb et un seul WC - Maison spacieuse pour Tokyo avec un lave-linge-séchoir très pratique. Emplacement calme et assez proche du métro et d’une gare du Yamanote Line. Salle de bain au rez, toilettes au premier et chambres (sauf une) au deuxième étage avec escalier assez raide. A déconseiller aux personnes âgées.

• Lalida (8/5): Value for money - Value for money, the facility is good , Location is in walking distance from JR and subway. If you have big luggage , you might have to leave it on the first floor since it is not comfortable to carry it to the second and third floor.

• Jing (5/5): Passable - three separate rooms on three floors, enough for 5 people to stay Only one toilet on second floor and the stairs are very narrow and hard to work up and down. The other disappoint thing is the owner requested everyone’s passport including my kids. They also requested to take picture with holding passport. Then tell me kids don’t need after I questioned. I still feel uncomfortable to give my personal information to the strangers. And they don’t send the check in information until we send the passport. It is bit strange compare to other property.
• Hope (8/5): Plenty of bedrooms over three storeys with good instructions from host and easy access to train - Nice quiet residential area, close to the train. House was good, had everything we needed. It was over 3 levels.

• Tony (10/5): Alo Bnb 1 is highly recommended for a staying on a visit to Ueno and Akihabara - Very nice location a few minutes from Okachimachi station and close to Ueno and Akihabara as well as close to convenience stores. Very clean and well maintained property We had difficulty drying our wet laundry in the apartment and ended up drying our laundry at the laundromat down the street
• Hannah (8/5): Descent value, could probably find better in better location - There were plenty of beds for all 7 of us, and the kitchen has a range, microwave, and sink. It was clean. I appreciated that they allowed us to extend one night due to our flight being cancelled. They were responsive to messages. They asked for pictures of my children with their passports before they would send check in info, which I think is unusual and inappropriate. I can understand just the passports, but I shouldn't have to send pictures of my children to strangers. With kids, the walk from Okachimachi st. it's easily 15-20 minutes. The apartment is very narrow with almost no "living" space, just a small table and few chairs. There was a kind of musty smell.
