• Nicolette (8/5): - The apartment was very clean and the host was really helpful. Beds were comfortable. Supermarkets and bus station were very close to the apartment. We had a lovely view of the Vatican. It would have been lovely if tea and coffee were provided.
• Bill (7/5): Great location but uncomfortable beds - The location is great. Around the corner are very nice restaurants and stores . It is relatively quiet and the other building tenants were very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable. They are on metal frames and I tended to slide out of the bed during the night.

The apartment - spacious, well-thought-out, secure and comfortable. The lift could be a bit temperamental! A little more guidance on recycling/rubbish would be useful

• Georgia (10/5): Exceptional - Ill Bacio exceeded our expectations. It is a lovely, clean, comfortable, well appointed apartment in a residential block close to many of the attractions Rome has to offer. St Peters Basilica is about a 10 minute walk away and transport links are close by. Our host arranged our taxi transfers, met us on arrival and explained all that was necessary about the apartment. At the end of our stay, I accidentally left our taxi money in the apartment and couldn't retrieve it as we left the keys on the kitchen table as instructed when we left. After mild panic, I contacted our host who sorted the situation with the taxi company. So, a big thank you for that! Highly recommended. Excellent value for money. Hope to return!

• Jarrodm (9/5): Spacious, clean, great location and helpful host - The location was great, just around the corner from restaurants, public transport and a 7 minute walk to the Vatican. The apartment was impeccably clean and very spacious. Our host was very responsive, met us to hand over keys and recommended a great restaurant as well as helped arrange a taxi for the airport. Having only one set of keys was a little bit difficult for us to coordinate among our group, and someone couldn't leave with the keys as you needed the door key to turn on the lights in the apartment.

Limit on use of lights in apartment, limit on use of very tiny laundry machine and hot water kettle taken away after complaint it was not working. We had no kettle to boil water for last 2 days. Check out on the dot at 10am as staff will knock on door 10 minutes before take sure guest leave sharp at 10am
