Eram dois hóspedes, todavia só havia cobertores para um, e quando solicitado mais cobertores, veio errado. O local tem tudo para ser ótimo, mas precisam melhorar os cuidados com os hóspedes e o imóvel.

• Gil 8 (2/5): Deixou muito a desejar, venderam uma coisa e entregaram outra. - Da Localização Apartamento com muitas infiltrações nas paredes que estavam mofadas, foi alugado para 5 pessoas quando no máximo caberiam 3 sendo que o ideal seria para 2 pessoas. Um banheiro bem pequeno para 5 pessoas, ainda mais o banheiro sendo uma suite minuscula, sem nenhuma privacidade. Roupas de cama muito amassadas , ou não foram passads ou já estavam usadas , como saber ?
• Dyalá (2/5): Disappointing at all - -The bed had a broken leg, it seems like they tried to fix it with toilet paper, but at the end, you had to be careful while laying in the bed bc the leg could fall off. -Also the handle in the bathroom had the same issue and fix as the bed leg, so if you close the door and it felt, you will struggle to open the door again. -The pool was closed for one full day and the next day its was also closed even though according to the schedule should be open. -The elevator seems to have lack of maintenance, it took around 5 minutes to reach one place to another in the same building. -The pics are not aligned with the reality of the apartment. -Additionally taking all of these points above into account, the owner of the apartment requested us to pay for the hand towel and bathroom towel (according to her about $12 USD), due to sunscreen stains, even though our sunscreen in the package says that it doesn't leave stains, and also told us that "he's sorry about all the problems above, but it doesn't compensate the "stains" on his towels and kept complaining because his towels were "new" the same as the sheets, but I can assure you that both of these weren't new at all. According to him, the building is quite new, however, I'm not really sure about that due to the damages around it ( be it on the apartment or the building itself) , the issues in the elevator and also the lack of a trusting schedule for the pool.
