• Bro (1/5): THE WORST PROPERTY, DONT BOOK!!!! - Nothing In the house was a smell like someone died in there and stayed for weeks. I literally threw up, check out is at 10:00 am , staff from cleaning enters the house comes to bedroom and tell you hey its 10:00 het out. Is the worst location in Larnaca. A BIG BO, STAY AWAY!!!!!!
• Uliana (10/5): - Розташування до набережної супер - 4-5 хв пішки і вже біля набережної. Ціна відповідає якості помешкання. Для групи з 5 осіб було комфортно, проблем з гарячою водою не було. У помешканні є все необхідне Великим плюсом є наявність паркомісця, так як в центрі вартість парковки 2€ за годину і не завжди є місце Поруч бар, у якому до 12 ночі гучно працювала музика і була вечірка. Проте це було тільки 1 день
• Przemysław (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dużo przestrzeni w apartamencie. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona Jedyna niedogodność to oczekiwanie na ciepłą wodę (kilka minut) i niskie ciśnienie ale nie było to bardzo uciążliwe.

• Ali (4/5): - Близко к набережной. Нет горячей воды и не смогли принять теплый душ, искупать ребенка, был слабый напор воды. губка на кухне и полотенце для поверхностей были грязными. Два кондиционера из трех почти не работало. Шумные индусы громко общались за окном до 2х часов ночи.

• Zsuzsanna (9/5): - Az apartman nagyon jó helyen volt. A konyha és a fürdőszoba különösen szépen fel van újítva. Zökkenőmentes volt a bejutás az apartmanba. A melegvízzel voltak problémák, de ez központi probléma. A konyhától távolabbi szobában nem működött rendesen a klíma, nem lehetett rendesen befűteni, ez csak javítás kérdése.

Non c'era praticamente acqua calda, nonostante abbiamo seguito le istruzioni. Solo una persona è riuscita a fare la doccia ed eravamo in sei ... Materassi eccessivamente morbidi. Un solo bagno in sei è decisamente troppo poco.

• Megan (1/5): Avoid the property! Please read this! - Nothing I never write reviews but feel compelled to given how awful this place is. I will start by saying I got a refund because I left after 1 night. I’m really not sure where these ‘decent’ reviews are coming from so please read this! Firstly, the cleanliness is disgusting. The bedding is all stained with sweat marks and my sheet was dirty that I had to sleep on. The box where they keep their ‘clean’ linen is not fresh, it smells. We arrived later at night so had no choice but to sleep there so we used the broken provided iron board to steam the sheets to prevent any germs. Really not what we needed after a long flight. They clearly don’t check kitchen utensils, pots and pans dirty with food stuck on it, the kettle had mould at the bottom of it so couldn’t even use it, the sponge to wash up was mouldy, not even provided with a fresh one. I was really shocked. The hot water doesn’t work as well even with the booster they tell you to use, it’s a trickle of water that comes out! The apartment itself is extremely tired. I felt like I was in a run down estate. The other huge issue is yes it’s central, BUT at least mention there is a karaoke bar literally next to you. We couldn’t sleep until 2am, and then even after there were drunk commotions on the streets. Didn’t sleep until 4am. It was AWFUL. So so awful and bad that my mother and I decided to cancel this and leave first thing in the morning. I can’t add all photos unfortunately but please do not book here until they give you proof they have e provided new bedding, new kitchen items.

Need some fix - The location is great, very close to the promenade. check-in instructions were very clear, the apartment was extremely clean, and we were warmly welcomed with fresh towels and tea placed on the bed. The shower was really disappointing — there was almost no water pressure. The bed was not comfortable at all, and I woke up with back pain. There were also quite a few mosquitoes. Overall, the apartment itself has a lot of potential, and with a few simple fixes from the host, it could be an excellent place to stay.

• Shalom (2/5): - נשגב מבחינתי איך הדירה קבלה ציון גבוה מלבד המיקום שהוא ממש קרוב לים והשטח של הדירה השאר היה מתחת לכל ביקורת הניקיון- ראו מריחות של לכלוך על הרצפה , היה ריח לא נעים מהשירותים . הרגליים נהיו שחורות כשהעזנו ללכת ללא נעליים . על הכיריים היו שאריות שומן. המרפסת של המטבח בכלל לא נוקתה והיתה מלאה אבק וחול המצעים הרגישו ישנים וכן גם הכריות שראו זמנים טובים יותר היתה לנו שמיכה אחת קטנה ומהוהה ושממש לא מספיקה לזוג. למיטה אחרת היה מזרון קשה הבניין ישן מאוד מוזנח ובאיזור לא נעים היה מיזוג בחדרים ובסלון אבל במטבח לא! והמזגן נכבה באופן אוטומטי היוצאים מהבית כך כשחוזרים הבית בוער מחום. כל העיצוב ממש לא כמו בתמונות מרגיש יותר כמו אוסף של רהיטים שלא קשורים בכל חדר היתה רק שידה אחת לידה המיטה ולא שניים כמקובל וגם הן שרוטות וישנות

• Iurii (10/5): Great apartment for a family stay, just a 5-minute walk from the sea. - The apartment is in a fantastic location near the sea, beach, marina, and a lively tourist street filled with restaurants and cafés. A major advantage is the availability of parking—something that’s hard to find in the old city. The apartment is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family with two children and comes equipped with air conditioning. The internet connection is reliable as well, making it easy to take calls or get some work done. I would echo the previous comments regarding the noise level in the area, particularly now due to nearby construction. Additionally, the water pressure is quite low, which can make taking a shower a bit time-consuming.

A great advantage of the site is the safe parking at the rear of the building.We had a minor water problem during the trip, but the hosts were responsive and made every effort to quickly fix the problem.

• Luke (10/5): Wonderful stay in Larnaca - Lovely apartment within walking distance of the harbour and beachfront. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the communal areas were, including the balcony. The host had towels, water bottles and everything needed neatly presented and ready for our arrival. Instructions on locating the apartment itself and collecting the keys were very clear. Cool little pub immediately downstairs and plenty of food/drink options in the immediate vicinity.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - A spacious, nice and comfortable apartament, excellent for family with a child, there is everything what you need. Well equipped, clean, good location, nice balcony (sometimes some noises at night). Apartament has elevator and parking place. Water in the shower, there is water heater which you need to turn on before a shower to get hot waiter and it didn't work in every moment you need, one evening we was waiting whole evening and it wasn't warm enough. - don't leave food open in the kitchen, ants will come to eat it (besides of that we didn't have trouble with them)

And the cooperetion with the host was very good., quickly answered all our questions. The only thing I would add are duvets because during winter nights is getting a little cold . I recommend this place for the families . We were 2+4 kids

I'm grateful that the owner changed the broken washing machine in 15 minutes, super quick. I asked to change the bedding and they brought fresh sheets during the day they offered adaptors that was nice the place was dirty: - hair in the bathroom sink, stains of spitting - greasy stains in the kitchen, - dusty floors, I walked barefoot at first and my feet were pitch-black - in one of the rooms the sheets were not changed and were covered with sand Above all - small ants all around and on the kitchen counter too - low water pressure in the bathroom sink - I've asked for some additional cleaning as the floor was dirty before the new washing machine was installed and after it was even worse. According to the booking messages from the property, the cleaner came, though as I wasn't inside the flat, they didn't enter the flat nor clean anything. Frankly, I thought that in the hotel, the absence of the guest is not a showstopper to do it. Anyway, they proposed another time and refused to accept it cause I didn't want to wait for the cleaner on my vacation. - I had also used a washing machine and a short circuit occurred. Though I'm grateful that the owner changed it in 15 minutes

• Rita (10/5): Comfortable stay close to the beach - Very comfortable and spacious accommodation in the middle of everything - close to the beach, restaurants, bus stops, shops etc. Convenient parking space. Cozy possibility to relax on the balcony. Excellent and easy communication with the owner. As we arrived late in the evening, we were very pleased to receive a special package including the necessary adapters, bottles of water and tea bags, enabling to easy settling in. Can be noisy, especially during weekends as there is a bar next to the building.
