• Joana (7/5): Estadia com boa localização e anfitrião atencioso, mas com instalações degradadas e condições abaixo - Localização excelente. Anfitrião responde rápido e bastante simpático, deixaram-nos entrar num dos apartamentos mais cedo para deixarmos a bagagem. O preço pago por 2 noites foi extremamente elevado para as condições apresentadas pelo alojamento. Alugámos 2 apartamentos no mesmo prédio, que é bastante antigo, e ambos necessitam claramente de remodelações, sendo que um deles apresentava condições bastante menos favoráveis. Havia alcatifas presas ao chão com fita cola, madeira das ombreiras das portas bastante desgastada, portas a chiar e sinais de humidade junto ao chuveiro. Além disso, saía água pelo poliban da casa de banho, numa zona junto à porta que já apresentava bastante humidade. As alcatifas apresentavam ainda manchas de sujidade. Ambos os apartamentos tinham televisão, mas uma delas nem sequer funcionava. Além disso, o isolamento sonoro é muito fraco.
• Alison (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location - Spacious, perfect for us as a party of 5 (3 adults, two young children). Ideal location, just a minute’s walk from the metro station. Walkable to the Colosseum, but located in a neighbourhood that is not overly touristic. The windows don’t block out much sound, so it can be loud at night. However, the owners have thoughtfully left a jar of earplugs in the bathroom to help counteract this.

• Gabriela (10/5): An awesome apartment perfectly located with great facililties managed by fantastic hosts. - We loved everything about this apartment- the location, the rooms, the beds, the facilities, the free coffee. It was 17-minutes away on foot from the Colosseum and had shops and restaurants nearby. Just perfect!

It is just a few meters from the subway station, in a great and safe location. The host, Vincenzo, was very professional and welcoming! • Tommaso (10/5): - La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal Colosseo e dai Fori Imperiali, una posizione imbattibile. Uscire di casa e trovarsi immersi nella storia di Roma è incredibile. La zona è ben servita dai mezzi (fermata Metro a meno di un minuto) ma permette di raggiungere le attrazioni principali a piedi. Lo staff è stato di una gentilezza rara, abbiamo avuto problemi in aeroporto con la consegna dei bagagli e ci ha aiutato per i contatti con il corriere. Tutto era pulitissimo, profumato e curato nei minimi dettagli, non manca nulla.

Lo staff veramente pressante causa tassa di soggiorno ma più che altro davvero poco disponibile per 4 zaini da conservare.... Abbiamo lasciato la struttura pulita e ci siamo trovati bene ma non c'è nessun tipo di disponibilità.

• MARIA TERESA (9/5): Comfortable for a group of 4-5 people. Great location by having a metro stop a few meters away and well-designed. - The rooms were very spacious, modern, and well decorated. The kitchen’s modular design was beautiful and efficient. Coffee pods and even packaged tiramisu were provided. The apartment was very clean. The location was very close to Metro station Manzoni (two stops to/from Rome Termini. Supermarket (PENNY) was just around the corner. But, it is best to go in taxi or UBER if bringing big luggage like us. Otherwise it is very accesible by metro. Our contact Vincenzo was very efficient and answered all our queries as promptly as possible. Maybe the sound proofing can be more improved.

• Chris (1/5): No AC and dirty - Close to metro station Not clean and very old furnishings which made it unpleasant. One bathroom for 5 people with no AC in the height of summer. They say they have AC but it barely functions, same in both rooms. Too hot to sleep and no one came to check. It wasn't the cleanest with mold in bathrooms and dirty floors. Overall very uncomfortable stay. Also they only give you a single sheet to sleep in between 2 people so again very low standard.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and between the hours of 10pm and 8am the Wifi wouldn’t work every single night that we stayed.

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Great space for my family, very conveniently located to seeing sites in Rome! We loved our stay here! The AC did not work and the rooms were a little stuffy at night. Also, there was a washing machine and small drying rack but not really adequate space to get things washed and dried for the amount of people who could stay.

• Deniz (9/5): Great apt and value. Too far for a short stay but great as a long term base. - The communication was great. The unit was spacious and well equipped. It was in a quiet area, not much around it and need to transfer a few metro lines to get anywhere nice. Lots of warnings about being quiet. I was there with 3 kids and we managed but dont like to be on pins and needles.

• William (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a superb location. - We travelled to Rome with 5 family members and this apartment was perfectly cozy and well located for us to see all of the Roman sites. The Metro station is literally 30 metres from the front door of the apartment, which made coming and going a breeze. The area itself seems very safe. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. The host has clear instructions for everything within the apartment and for checkin/checkout. There is no hassle at all. Highly recommended. The common chill area in our particular apartment was small, basically just a kitchen table. So there wasn't much space for us to sit and chill together. That said, we were mainly out and about anyway, so it didn't make a huge difference.

• Jennie (8/5): Nice stay in Rome! - Apartment was clean and it was close to the metro which made it easy to get around. The neighborhood wasn't the best. The hot water heater only allowed one person to take a shower at a time. You had to wait at least an hour for another person to shower. There was a lot of noise the first night. The beds in living room were not comfortable.

The easy access to public transportation and nearby shops made our stay much more comfortable. Additionally, the building's facilities were excellent—well-maintained and functional, contributing to an overall positive experience. The apartment itself was located in a peaceful area, which allowed us to relax after a busy day of exploring the city. All in all, the location and amenities were a significant highlight of our stay. We suggest including dishwasher soap according to the number of rental days, as a single tablet was not enough to wash dishes for three days. Additionally, the dustpan did not have a handle, and the broom’s handle was broken, which made it impossible to sweep or clean during our stay. The vacuum cleaner also didn’t work. Finally, on the last day of our stay, the electricity was cut off without prior notice at 8 a.m., preventing us from showering or preparing breakfast. We had to leave the groceries we bought and head out early to find something to eat before catching our flight to another city. It would be helpful if the apartment owner informed tenants in advance about planned power outages so that they can prepare accordingly, as we, being foreigners, are not familiar with how these situations are managed in the city.

Large living area, big bed room with all amenities, Comfortable beds, Dining area, TV ( subscription services), Well equipped kitchen. Good washroom with washing machine. Only issue was no Tumblr dryer.

There was a coffee maker and pretty much everything you need for survival. Only 15-20 minutes from Collosseum, very close to metro station. I have no complaints except the noise in the morning but it's a center of Rome so you should not expect miracles.

I misjudged the distances and it's not walking distance to the translation with your luggage, but the subway station is right around the corner. The apartment is on the ground floor - a little over street level and it overlooks the street, so there's no open window sleeping. But that should not be worrying. the host is very attentive and easily contactable on WhatsApp. We had a minor issue but it was resolved fairly quickly

• Alana (9/5): Nice charming accomodation. - The property was lovely. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It was about 20’min walk to the Colosseum and 1 min to the Metro. Didn’t have too much noise from outside when we were there. It was easy to communicate with the manager. Unfortunately the area is heavily graffitied and lots of rubbish. Don’t know if this is normal for Rome but I really noticed it. We had arrived early and wasn’t able to leave bags at the property. The beds were too firm for us.

• Vanja (5/5): Good location, unpleasant neighborhood - The location is great. The apartment is located next to the metro station. The bus connection is also great. Rooms are spacious. The apartment was very clean, it's renovated and looks good. The most unpleasant thing was construction in the building, in the apartment upstairs from us. The construction started on Sunday, 4:30 AM when neighbors began moving the furniture and completely demolishing their apartment. It continued during the next few days, and we weren't informed about that. If we had known about that, we would never have chosen this apartment for our vacation because we didn't sleep well. I would like to highlight that we received a warning message from our host: "During your stay please kindly pay attention not to make confusion in the house so as not to disturb the neighbors....if we receive complaints from neighbors despite our being forced to cancel your reservation and make you leave immediately through the help of the authorities." However, they thought it was fair not to inform us about the extreme noise from the demolished apartment in the same building. One more thing, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. It is soft, rugged, and not suitable for a 5-night stay. It's the opposite compared with the other bad in the bedroom.
