• Andrea (10/5): Perfekt! - Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles darin was man braucht (sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad und extra Toilette, gutes Bett, schön großes Wohn-Ess-Zimmer...). Handtücher, Duschgel etc alles vor Ort, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit im öffentlichen Parkhaus direkt ums Eck. Auch sehr große Autos passen gut rein! Und in Wien kommt man mit den Öffis direkt von der Tür weg am besten zurecht. Nichts!
• Ana Marija (9/5): Very good place to stay when visiting Wien with kids. - Good location in terms of public transport - tram 42 stops right in front of the apartment and it takes about 10 minutes to reach Karls platz from where it is a short wak to Stephansplatz (city center). Ubahn stop is 5 minute walk. It was very managable with two young children. We have been to the Zoo, haus des meers and city center, all using public transport. Kitchen has all utilites like kettle, microwave. Clean towels and bedding. Communication with the host is great and he gives a lot of useful information. Definetly would recommend if you are staying in Wien with kids. Location did seem a bit unsafe as there was a lot of police patroling etc. but that could be a subjective feeling. Some things could be a little cleaner but general cleansines is very good.

• Christian (8/5): Super Wien-Kurztrip mit Verbesserungsvorschlägen auf recht hohem Niveau - Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet und speziell die Küche würde ich als überdurchschnittlich einstufen. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl Meiner Meinung nach könnte man folgendes verbessern: - Die Stühle im Wohnzimmer sind einerseits wegen des Stoffbezuges einfach schon recht versifft und andererseits sind die Metallfüße maximal unvorteilhaft für einen solchen Boden, sinnlose Kratzer etc. Ich würde empfehlen, die Hartplastiksitzschalen-Variante mit Holzfüßen von Mömax/Jysk für sehr wenig Geld zu nehmen und wenn die fertig sind, einfach wieder tauschen. - Die Klopapierablage (komischer schwarz-brauner Ständer) sieht schon recht "ekelig" aus, was einfach eine Abnützungserscheinung ist. Kauft euch für ein paar Euro einen Klopapierhalter mit Klebesockel zur Wandmontage, günstig und immer ok. - Mülltrennen fänd ich super. Neben den Restmüll noch einen Eimer für Plastik hinzustellen wär echt gut. - Ich weiß einen Boden zu tauschen ist sehr teuer, aber gerade vor dem Doppelbett ist drunter soviel kaputt, dass es wirklich unangenehm laut ist bei jedem Schritt. Bei Gelegenheit könnte man drüber nachdenken.
• Alessandra (9/5): Appartamento accogliente e ben servito a Vienna - L’appartamento è accogliente e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario sia per la cucina (stoviglie complete) sia per il bagno. Il letto e il divano letto sono entrambi comodi, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è molto comoda, proprio di fronte alla fermata del tram e a poche centinaia di metri dalla metro, ideale per spostarsi facilmente. L’host è stato molto disponibile, sempre gentile e rapido nelle risposte. Inoltre, la casa era molto pulita, aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato. Unico punto da migliorare: il palazzo non è molto curato nelle parti comuni e in casa mancano cestini per la raccolta differenziata.

• ELENA (10/5): It was great, thanks for your hospitality - We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Vienna! The location is perfect—just a short tram ride (#42) to downtown. The space is tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a cozy sofa that made relaxing easy. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed. The bathroom is truly state-of-the-art, featuring hot water, a huge bathtub, and elegant marble countertops. As a family of three, we felt completely at home and enjoyed every moment. On top of that, Armen is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to make your stay feel like home. Highly recommended! none

• Paulina (3/5): Zaniedbany i bardzo brudny apartament - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do przystanku tramwajowego i metra. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. Apartament bardzo brudny, nie opróżniono kosza w łazience przed naszym przyjazdem, nie została umyta i odkurzona podłoga, tapicerowane krzesła były całe w plamach. Podróżowałam z małym dzieckiem, więc czystość i wygoda była dla mnie kluczowa. Nie działała płyta indukcyjna i piekarnik, próbowałam skontaktować się z właścicielem, niestety bezskutecznie. Rozkładana sofa w salonie nie nadaje się do użycia, bardzo niewygodna i okropnie skrzypi. Przestarzałe i niekompletne wyposażenie, apartament zaniedbany. Bardzo zły stosunek ceny do jakości. Jestem bardzo rozczarowana, nie polecam.

• Jennifer (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in Wien - Nah zur Ubahn, ruhige Lage, gemütliches Bett, extra Ess- und Wohnbereich, sehr sauber, TV mit Netflix-Option vorhanden, Waschmaschine vorhanden, Aufzug vorhanden, ruhige Wohnung, Check-In unkompliziert. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen 🙏🏻✨ Salz und Öl waren leer, da hätte der Gastgeber hilfsbereiter sein können. Das zusätzliche Sofa würde ich nicht zum Schlafen empfehlen (eher unbequem und quietschig), aber gerne abends zum TV-Schauen. Ansonsten war alles super in der Unterkunft.

• Lars (9/5): - Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. In wenigen Stationen erreicht man die Innenstadt mit der Bahn, die direkt vor der Tür hält. Wir würden wieder kommen ! Die Parkplatzsituation in Wien ist generell etwas lästig, wenn man sich nicht gut auskennt. Die Parkplätze der Garage direkt neben der Wohnung waren leider ausgebucht, da wir sehr spontan buchten. Der Park and Ride Spittellau ist aber bequem mit ein paar Stationen U-Bahn zu erreichen.
• Weidinger (10/5): Wienreise - Super Lage. Die Ausstattung war äußerst zufriedenstellend, alles vorhanden. Das Apartment sauber und aufgeräumt.
• liviu (9/5): Preis / Leistung sehr gut - Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen Gefrierfach von Kühlschrank müsste ich selber reinigen ( war voller Eis )
• Polina (8/5): Very good - The apartment is great for a short stay in Vienna. It was clean and warm. The area is very calm, not far away from a city center. The tram 42 stops just in front of the building. The metro station is 5 minutes away by foot. It was not equipped the best considering the type of accommodation. In the kitchen the cutlery and the crockery were not enough. Another inconvenience were the lack of bin in the bathroom and the lack of hairdryer. The pillows were not very comfortable.
• Petronela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartament is verry beautifull and the kitchen is well equiped, the bed and Couch are verry confortable. It was warm outside and the ventilator couldent manage to cool the whole apartment, maybe some air condition would help better. It was loud becouse of the construction works from outside.

• Zhanna (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best apartments we have stopped while being on holiday😊New, modern renovation, bright rooms, comfortable beds and good bathroom. The hosts took care of their guests and the apartment has everything you need. Contactless communication with the owner. There is a tram stop near the house, 15 minutes to the center. And 5 minutes away from the nearest subway station. Everything was great and deserves the best rating. Thank you for two days of good sleep and comfort👍
• Oana (10/5): Super - The apartment is big, clean and very nice, also the beds are comfortable and it is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and enough coffee for every day. In front of the building is tram 42, which connects directly with the city center. Host is very kind and helps you at any time. Thank you :)
