• ASIF (7/5): It did the job for a short stay. - The bed was nice. There was no comfortable chair in the room to sit on. There were only two thin pillows for a bed. I needed an additional pillow though.

Je recommande La clim n'est pas réglable dans la chambre, ça vient par le sol et ça fait du bruit mais surtout on a eu très froid cette nuit. Il faudrait dans ce cas mettre la climatisation moins fort ou alors mettre des couvertures

• Sonaksh (1/5): Bad - I had a terrible experience at this property and would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. The person managing the property was completely uncooperative, especially when it came to the safety of our luggage. He refused to hold it for a short while, which directly caused us to miss our Thousand Island cruise and our beach trip — two major parts of our visit to Kingston. The check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional. Room allocation was mishandled despite our confirmed reservation. To make things worse, the room we were finally given was completely untidy — garbage bins were full, no fresh bed sheets were provided, and used towels were still in the bathroom. It was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I am extremely disappointed and request a full refund for this booking. The negligence and mismanagement not only affected our stay but completely ruined our trip. I hope Booking.com will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action.
• Petri (7/5): Not worth the price. Maybe better for traveling workers? - Good location. Easy access, free parking on roadside. The room could have had better blinders/curtains. We were barely able to block the view to either the bed or our gear. The kitchen and fridges were a mess so we ended up not using the fridges as we didnt have to. The Unit 2 seemed crowded with gig workers.

Would have been good if I had been out for the evening and just needed to sleep. No coffee, Kleenex or toilet paper in bathroom.

There was no real parking spot since it was a multiples room place and only 3 cars max could fit. You have to park in the street. No outside installation.
