• kaatje (6/5): - Dat er eten klaargemaakt kon worden We vonden het niet echt lekker fris. Met douchen was echt alles super nat. En het was echt wel een gedoe om de sleutel te vinden.

• Sabrina (6/5): Zusammenfassend ist das Apartment für zwei Personen absolut in Ordnung. Der einzige wesentliche Verbesserungsbedarf best - Positiv hervorzuheben ist die reibungslose und unkomplizierte Übergabe sowie das einfache Auffinden des Schlüssels. Sehr angenehm war auch der vorhandene Parkplatz mit Schranke. Im Apartment selbst war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt, einschließlich Kaffeemaschine und sogar passenden Filtertüten. Besteck, Geschirr, Toaster und Wasserkocher waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Bad gab es ausreichend Toilettenpapier, Seife sowie Reinigungsmittel. Die Lage ist ruhig, sodass man den Aufenthalt und die Nächte entspannt verbringen kann. Gleichzeitig sind sowohl die Stadt als auch weitere Ziele mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Auch ein Strand ist gut zu erreichen, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir haben ein Apartment in Flensburg besucht und waren leider sehr unzufrieden mit der Sauberkeit. Sowohl im Schlaf-/Wohnbereich als auch im Bad war es nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Besonders unangenehm war für uns, dass das Bettlaken ungewaschen wirkte – es waren Haare und Flecken darauf zu sehen. Auch die bereitgestellten Handtücher machten keinen sauberen Eindruck, zudem lag bei unserer Ankunft noch ein benutztes Handtuch im Bad. Die Toilette war ebenfalls nicht sauber. Zwar standen Reinigungsmittel und ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung, die wir auch genutzt haben, um selbst nachzureinigen, jedoch sollte dies beim Erstbezug keinesfalls notwendig sein. Auch die Nachttische waren staubig und mit Haaren bedeckt. Insgesamt entspricht dies nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein sauberes Apartment bei Anreise.
• Ulrich (8/5): Ruhige und komfortable Übernachtungsmöglichkeit - Das Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen, ich habe wunderbar ruhig geschlafen und war erstaunt, wie schnell man zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt kommt. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und ich war froh, so unkompliziert übernachten zu können. Der Motor des Kühlschranks war ziemlich laut, ich habe ihn einfach für die Nacht ausgestellt - und morgens wieder in Betrieb genommen :-)

• Denys (10/5): - Хорошо, уютно. Цена соответствует. Приеду ещё. Теперь я хорошо знаю как туда попасть. Сейф нашёл без проблем. Замок расположенный в шлагбауме откравает противоположный шлагбаум. Ищите замок на стойке противоположного шлагбаума. Номер парковки смотреть на асфальте, парковка находится с левой стороны самая последняя в левом углу. Номер дома смотреть сверху над подъездом. Затруднительно, было попасть. Надо больше подсказок в этом квесте с хорошими фотографиями.

• Manuela (10/5): Top Vermieter, kleine schnucklige Unterkunft. Absolut empfehlenswert. Und man kann generell das Auto stehen lassen und a - Klein, sauber, perfekt für kurze Wochenenden. Checkin und out super einfach und fester Parkplatz enthalten. Top Kontakt und bei Fragen direkte Rückmeldung. Föhn nicht da? Kein Problem, wurde sofort gebracht Das Bett war uns zu persönlich zu weich und etwas zu schmal. Aber Betten sind immer Geschmackssache und wir sind schon Ü50 😆
• Camilla (1/5): - Problemloser Check in Es war leider schmutzig. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und überall lagen krümel von Chips rum. Der Boden wurde vermutlich auch nicht gereinigt. Nach Nachfrage bei dem Vermieter von neuer Bettwäsche bekamen wir nur eine patzige Antwort das sie gewaschen sei und wir dann halt eigenen dabei haben sollen. Und wir ja nicht nachweisen können das der Schmutz nicht von uns ist. Sind nach 20 min wieder abgereist

• Kati (5/5): - Die Lage war super,man war schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt Die Matratzen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Sie waren sehr weich bzw. durchgelegen. Und das Bad stand nach dem Duschen unter Wasser. Evtl.feste Duschwände statt Vorhang.
• Edwin (7/5): o.k. - Verkrijgen van de sleutels... Je moet van een speurtocht houden, zeker bij regen en in het donker een uitdaging. Buiten de slagboom moet je allereerst parkeren aan een rotonde waar geen plaats is. Dan op de parkeerplaats de onverlichte sleutelkluis zoeken om o.a. de sleutel waarmee je door de slagboom kunt op te halen. Meest irritante is dat er geen lus is om uit te rijden. Dus ook weer met de sleutel naar buiten, dus wederom parkeren op een stoep aan drukke rotonde 's ochtends omdat de sleutel van de slagboom na gebruik weer in het kluisje terug moeten. Wie zoiets bedacht heeft?? Daar moeten ze echt iets aan doen...

• Maria (5/5): Für mich nicht ein weiteres Mal! - Die Lage war ok, etwa 2km fußläufig zum Zentrum. WLAN war korrekt. Ruhige Umgebung. Die Wohnung roch stark nach Putzmittel. Die Bettwäsche roch muffig. Die Matratze war weich und durchgelegen. In den Raumecken und am Bettkopfende war es schmutzig.

• Nikola (1/5): Terrible accommodation with mould and smell - Absolutely the worst accommodation we have visited in our life. It is a ground-floor apartment full of foreign odors and mold. The photos do not correspond to reality at all. We booked accommodation for one night in August 2025, but we couldn't stay there, so I wrote to the owner that we had a problem. The owner did not respond at all. 94 Euros as booking fee was deducted. The owner never returned them to us, even though we did not stay in the apartment. No communication with the owner. Lost money, the owner was not at all stupid to collect EUR 94 and not even reply to the email. I don't respond to photos at all. This is a miniature moldy pile. The beds were not made. Only a damp sheet was thrown on the bed. Please never go to the accommodation. Don't make the same mistake I did.
• Flemming (1/5): - Intet Ingen wifi koden var ulæseligt skrevet på et stykke papir som ikke virkede, varmt vand kom ikke ud i bruseren, kontakter udlejer men ingen reaktion, arrogante udlejere. Det er ikke et hotel, det er mere en gammel barak i et kedeligt kvarter. Vil ikke anbefale dette sted. .

• Hertwig (4/5): - Die Lage, da der Anschluss an den ÖPNV quasi direkt vor der Haustür zu finden war und man so sehr schnell in die Innenstadt gelangen konnte. Aber auch zu Fuß war vieles gut erreichbar. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert, da mit Bildern alles im Voraus gut beschrieben war. Die Unterkunft hat allgemein keinen sehr gemütlichen Eindruck vermittelt. An den Wänden waren Schäden zu finden und das Bad war nicht gerade sauber. Des Weiteren ließ auch die Küchenausstattung ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war m.M.n. nicht unbedingt erfüllt. Das Bett musste eigenständig vom Gast noch überzogen werden, was prinzipiell nicht weiter schlimm ist, aber für den Preis ein zu erwartender Service wäre. Dazu war der Geruch der Bettwäsche eher unangenehm und nicht sehr frisch.

• Florian (8/5): - Kleines gemütliches Apartment am Stadtrand mit eigenem Parkplatz und funktionaler Einrichtung. Problemlos Anleitung zur Schlüsselübergabe. Hilfsbereiter Service über Messenger oder Telefon erreichbar. Late Check-out kann stundenweise hinzugefügt werden. Die Wohnung war nicht auf höchstem Niveau gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank hat in Intervallen Geräusche von sich gegeben, sodass ich ihm über Nacht den Stecker gezogen habe. Die Matratze war auf einer Seite bereits stark durchgelegen.

• Kamińska (8/5): Very good - This apartament is within a perfect price for this standard. I much prefer my own, quiet place with a safe parking than hotels in the city. The neighboors are generally not heard there. The refridgerator was working very loudly. I am glad there was a refridgerator though.
• Jeannie (7/5): Pleasant private apartment! - Responsive host, easy to access by bus. Clean and comfortable, provided all basic functionality. Same as pictured. Overall pleasant stay! Missing a few non-essential items such as kitchen cookware, hairdryer. There isn’t a ventilation hood in the kitchen so it can get humid quite easily when using the stovetop, but just open the windows and it should be fine. The bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation fan either so also can get a bit humid.

• Patrick (8/5): Nice stay but confusing in the beginning. - Nice little apartment on the ground floor. Clean and inviting. Difficult to find the post with the key box, had to park across the road temporarily until we could unlock the gate. Keys were confusing and unlabeled, hard to unlock the apartment door because there was no moving handle, but could only be opened with the keys. The room was smaller than we expected, but it was okay. Chairs were uncomfortable and wiggly like they were about to break.

• Katsuyuki (7/5): When everything is set, the property is quite fine. The problem is when you arrive. - It is rather difficult to collect the keys, especially when you travel alone. You have to park the car on the street, get off to find the safe and manage to open it. In the room, the refrigerator is quite noisy.

• Joshey (7/5): Good - Nice, cute, little apartment, the place is between a students dorm or similar. The room was generally clean, except dust on top or cupboards and some furniture. Washroom has an automatic tap. Finding the key is a treasure hunt. The directions are with an assumption that one comes with a car via the street and parking area. If you are already at the address, you may need 10-15 mins to figure out the game of funding the key. The host is pushy on the review, and have a slightly rude instruction set on how to review properly. There's much furniture in the room than the space, so it's a little congested. Too much curios on the table for no reason. Kitchen lacked basic spices, no sugar , salt, pepper etc. There's a sanitizer in the tiny kitchen which will hit your arms every time you try to move. The water pressure in the shower is less. Bed covers were not done, you have to do them yourself. Bed is too small for two people, pillows uncomfortable. No shower gel in the toilets. Towels are really old.

• Kelly (8/5): Very good - Very good location, right next to the city. Safe parking in front of the house. Beds were not comfy, refrigerator haad to be turned off for the night, because of the noise it made. If you are thinking about making food in the apartment, take your time, as the stove will heat up very slowly
