• Jakub (10/5): - Very good and good location to the Stratford bus station they should put more cups and plates because is only two in the kitchen even was not forks and spoons for morning coffee. Is very clean and the bed are very comfortable!

• Monika (2/5): Overall the stay was tolerable but not worth the price. - The rooms were code protected instead of having a regular lock The photos seem fake as our room did not look like that at all. Neighbourhood felt unsafe while I know there’s nothing to be done about it, it was hard to find the Airbnb and the host didn’t pick up when trying to call them as the number given for calls was invalid. When we entered the Airbnb it reminded us of a hospital and when we entered the room there was squished bugs on the walls and celling and mold next to the window. Genuinely the room wasn’t cleaned well as there was shirts of previous guests on the floor next to the window, bedding seemed to be changed (although we found a hair in it) and fresh towels were provided. However the wifi did not work and the bathroom was an absolute mess with long hair being stuck on the bathroom wall which was disgusting and dirty towels laying everywhere from the other guests. During the night we got woken up by a very loud argument from the neighbours that woke us up for around an hour and constant police sirens. The other guests also arrived around 3 am and were very loud slamming the doors and walking around the whole Airbnb which was quite scary. Overall wouldn’t come back there again but it wasn’t the worst stay.

I can’t get in and see the two hours of me inside this kitchen. Want to see someone ring no one answer is very very bad. The customer service. The toilet was dirty

• Craig (7/5): Does what it says on the tin. - Good value for money if travelling on a budget easy to find, good location for public transport. Wasn't in a particularly nice street but did not feel unsafe.

• Zarana (4/5): Not so good this time - Room radiator/heater was not working and there is no hot water in the shower or bathroom, how can someone stay peacefully there without the proper facilities.
• Noorshan (2/5): Very poor - The doors are locked by code , i had a situation that I forgot my phone inside the room but the door locked and the open code is in my phone booking.con chat . There i no single number or contact details to connect with hosts. Then after i made another booking for next coming days through my girlfriend phone to get their contact number. And I lost 2 hours over on it .

The staff declined the call and chose to chat with me under the rain outside! Not professional! Not recommended.

• Chun-chien (6/5): Pleasant - Cheap stay and shower is warm. Sound insulation isn’t good, you can hear noice from other rooms very easily, bed is collapsed and bedding doesn’t seem to be clean.

• Angel (7/5): Great - The room was clean and had 2 towels in the bedroom. It also had a desk, chair and blowdryer with wardrobes. Check in wasn’t too difficult. We couldn’t figure out how to get in, but we contacted the property and they were able to help swiftly. The bed is a bit low and the toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, but other than that everything else was fine.

• Olivia (8/5): Very good - Location was great, not too far from Westfield if you have the desire to shop. Parking was ok on arrival. Room was clean, decent size, comfy bed, storage, good lighting. Door to the room seemed flimsy despite there being a smart lock on each door. Shared bathroom was ok but inconvenient if other guests are using when you need the bathroom.
• Chloe (8/5): Very good - The price and location were prefect. We did have issue with leak but was dealt with accordingly. Myself and my son come to stay, it was comfortable for the 2 of us. Others who stayed in this apartment at the same time were very noisy and there was a lot of banging. But luckily we were both very tired so managed to fall to sleep.

• Aderonke (9/5): Superb - I came for a treatment in Stratford, London, and I liked that the accommodation was quite close to the clinic. The room was very clean and tidy and suitable for me, and I liked that the room was secured with a lock at the door. Very good value for money!!! The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night rest!! That I had to check out early. My appointment the following day was in the afternoon, so I had to hang around the place, which wasn't so comfortable. Apart from that, it was a really nice overnight stay for me. It will also be nice to have a bedside table and lamp.

I did not stay after seeing the area and the room. Booked another hotel in 15 mins and left! Also room was so smelly, i opened the window but it got worst!
