• Marta (6/5): While the apartment has good potential thanks to its location, size, and kitchen amenities, the cleanliness and missing - The apartment is located in a quiet area. It is also very spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and utensils for cooking and dining. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment did not meet our expectations. The kitchen sponge had already been used and was not replaced, and the bathroom did not appear to be properly cleaned upon our arrival. Additionally, we were surprised to find a lack of bed linen — in particular, there was no duvet cover provided, which was quite disappointing.
• Dorothy (2/5): It is a great pity because the accommodation is generally good. - It was clean and good location. The water was cold in winter period during our visit. We had to boil water with kettles and pots in order for five of us to bath. The owner did not fix the problem despite several reports to him (and to booking.com). The experience we were subjected to and uncomfortable and unfair. We called him several times and sent him text messages most of which he did not respond to or act on.
