• Safer (10/5): Exceptional - Big house Wasn’t not clean enough and to much spider and ticks on the bedroom and floor And kitchen Rangehood not clean at all And recycle rubbish bin was full when I check in
• Emma (10/5): Fantastic accomodation. Was perfect for my family and our in laws as we all attended a family wedding together. - Very comfortable, plenty of space and well set up for holidaying with children. A couple of face washers would have been handy with little ones.
• Amal (2/5): Very poor - Spacious Heaps of smelly rubbish bags left in the garage that stunk like crap. Inside the house was infested with cockroaches spiders. Dirty dusty floors that were clearly not mopped. The dinning table was sticky with cup marks Stains. The table in outdoor area was dirty with leaves and dust everywhere, couldn't use. No remote control for the tv in the front small lounge. The house was nothing like advertised, disappointing how dirty and disgusting it was. Wouldn't even stay for free.

• Tanisha (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic hosts - very responsive and went out of their wag to make you feel welcomed and at home. The place was new, very well looked after, everything you need and more is provided for you! I would highly recommend this place especially to families with young kids. Everything was great, the only minor issue was that the backyard could have used a little bit of a tidy as there were lots of dead leaves & dust everywhere including the decking/outdoor dining area.

• Brian (8/5): Very happy with hone and will look to use again on future. - Very good size and close to the activities we planned for the weekend . Plenty of space for extended family. Inside the house was clean and tidy but entry and alfresco area and table were dirty and not wiped down and sweep. Only other issue was forks and knives were not enough for single use with all staying.

• Paul (10/5): Great week in the wind - Was very comfortable clean, great cover for the dog, and room to play. The facilities were up to date, and all were functional. Great proximity to Great Ocean road, Torquay. Good walking tracks in the area for dog and pram. Not far from Barwon Heads and great little coffee shops, fishing golf, and park run. Nice starter pantry ,games, and toys. The weather we got a huge cold front but great heating in the house was very cosy.

• Terrie (10/5): Our 2nd stay and as a family thinking about our 3 rd stay. Summerbreeze 🫶 - Great size for our generational family stay , grandparents to grandkids and a couple of friends who popped in to say hello comfortably fitted around the open living area. Nothing we found that we disliked.

• Terrie (10/5): We loved the house we all agreed we would like to stay again - Suited our family from grandparents to grandchildren , great size rooms , great size and comfortable furniture , lovely decor, well stocked with cooking utensils ,crockery and cutlery for adults and kids . Response to any message was prompt and pleasantly replied to . There wasn’t anything that didn’t suit our stay.
