The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Matthieu (3/5): Zero service - The view but we couldn't enjoy it because of the renovation works next door. The check in process via the agency was really a lot to go through, they asked for all our private information as driver license, id card, all the numbers of the credit card. 2 different phone number, adress,... Just for 4 nights it was clearly not ok. We book with booking especially to avoid to give all this info at everybody.
I wanted to cancel but i couldn't as it was not refundable at the date they asked all this.
And they don't furnish dishwashing liquide, soap, linen, towel, and only 1 toilet paper! There is nothing to make you comfortable in there. That s not holidays for us. Really desappointed.
Plus, you have to collect and return the key at the agency and it's a 20 min drive whereas there is a safe key at the door of the appartment. When you collect the key you receive a tiny sponge and some soap sample but not a welcome note, no direction, no map, no instructions to find the apartement or the parking... Nothing.
And we had to endure renovation works all day long. For the 4 days, we woke up every morning with the sound of the drill. We couldn't enjoy the terrasse and had to keep the windows closed because of the noise.

- Peter (5/5): Wouldn’t stay there again. - The view It was not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom was very 1970’s with broken tiles in the shower. The toilet hasn’t seen bleach in months .
The real estate agent holding the keys demanded they be returned by 10am - even though that was check out time - and their agency was a 20 minute drive away - otherwise they would charge a late fee.
- Tim (5/5): air con would have made it a perfect stay but without it we wont return. - great location and View. good parking there is no air conditioning. there were pedestal fans but they did not cut it. during the morning the unit heated up and we could not cool it down, night time was ridiculous. The balcony above leaked onto our balcony during rain which meant we had to keep the balcony door closed during rain.
