• Margaret (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful cozy and comfortable accommodation in a great location - Great location. Very close to shops and dining options. Very clean and kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfy.
• Lisa (9/5): Very clean and great location. - Clean, great view and the location. Would have liked a bit more storage space in the main bedroom. We had been living out of a suitcase prior to our arrival and looked forward to unpacking for our stay.
• Helen (10/5): Fab cozy apartment - The apartment was so cozy but with plenty of room for 2 couples. Loved the tea, coffee and chocolate board as well as toiletries being supplied. The view from the balcony was amazing. The digital manual sent ahead of time was also great. Quick response to messages during stay. Highly recommend. It was a little too far out of town for us especially as one of us had mobility problems. We made it work.
• Zauresh (10/5): Highly highly recommend! - We travelled as a family with two kids, and we loved how clean everything was. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: a dishwashing detergent, kitchen towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, extra pillows, extra blankets, variety of dishes and utensils, a mop! The sofa bed is leather btw which is great, you can wipe it:) Others have mentioned it here too, but we were very satisfied with how the pool area was clean and well maintained. The location is nice! Walking distance to get food and drinks. I would highly recommend for families! The shampoo and conditioner pumps are not working well, they get stuck. Other than that, honestly, no complaints

• Steven (5/5): The sentences above sums up the stay. - Very modern, clean, has all the necessities required and perfect location within town. Has a lovely pool for children which is also well maintained. Unfortunately this was the only issue which reflects the overall mid score for the stay. The “penthouse” above us must have hard (thin) flooring because you could hear and feel every bump and bang. We ignored the banging on the first night and just turned the TV up to block it out. However, on the last night, someone above us was bouncing a hard ball for hours (why anyone would do this at night!). We complained to reception but they replied that they don’t manage those properties and that we would have to wait till 2200hrs and then inform the oncoming security as part of the policy! We had to try search out the building above us ourselves which wasn’t easy due to the layout, and knock on the occupants ourselves, which we were then met with denial and the banging continued till 2230ish but then began to ease off! Such a shame that the “penthouse” above us persisted with constant banging on the floor ruining our stay, because otherwise the apartment was amazing and location was perfect. We can’t fault the apartment, just the hard flooring building it sits within and disrespectful neighbours.

• Carlee (8/5): Great location and Amenities - Location was great, layout and space of condo was good, pool was great. Have stayed here multiple times before but in different units The unit was very cold, we would have to have a space heater running in back bedroom at all times. Could use a little maintenance, stove drawer front coming off, curtain rod in master bedroom coming out of wall etc no storage for clothes. No dressers or drawers

• JEE EUN (9/5): Great location, perfect view - Not to mention the condition of the condo-But also the view-it was breathtaking!! Every time we woke up, the first thing we did was to open the window and took in the scenery, because it looked different every time depending on the weather and sunlight. Having breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the crisp fresh air and the majestic view of the Three Sisters was one of the sweetest moments. All the beds were so comfy. There’s a convenience store just a 5 min. walk away. Choosing accommodations between Banff and Canmore was really a tough decision, but looking back, staying here was perfect. The town is so so quiet and peaceful that everytime we came back from a tour, it truly felt like a true mountain retreat away from the busy crowds in Banff. I recommend taking a short morning walk in Canmore. The atmosphere feels different from Banff, and the local coffee shops(Blondies Cafe) and Rocky Mountain Bagels were also wonderful.

Beaucoup de bruits provenant de l'étage supérieur lors de nos deux nuits. Cela était un peu dérangeant. Cela ressemblait à un chien qui cours constamment. Il y avait aussi des cris excessifs. Nous avons quand même bien dormis.

They have cheap white towels and I have red hair freshly dyed 🙈 There’s a note in the list of rules about being charged for stains. This experience made me want to stay at hotels going forward.

• Honza (10/5): Just Perfect - Everything from the check-in process, equipment and beds was simply amazing. And then the view from all windows was just stunning. In the end we have not used all of the amenities, but the little touches like bear pictures where the bear is doing what you do in the room (sleeping in bedroom, swimming in bathroom) the main TV has HDMI cable connection near the sofa, bbq is connected straight to the gas pipe ... we just kept getting inspired how to improve our own place and really enjoyed the 3 nights there. Of course the Canmore location is also great to explore Banff and other parks. Train is far enought so it does not disturb you. Parking was a bit tight for our Ford Expedition, but even that could fit nicely. The main swimming pool floor was weird, we had cuts on our feet from it. The lock code was a bit long, but at least it is safe.

Did not bother asking the question because our schedule was packed but one evening in the pool would have been super relaxing

• Kroese (9/5): We had a fabulous time in Canmore and would recommend this space and location to anyone wanting to visit the Banff area. - Excellent space for a family of 4. Great walking ability to restaurants, treats, and downtown. Parking spot was perfect. We would’ve loved blackout shades to help get to sleep prior to 10:30pm and sleep past 5:45am since the summer days are long and the sun shines late and then comes up early.

• Stacey (10/5): Comfortable condo with all the amenities you need, in a beautiful location. - The details are what make this place a 5-star stay. The beautiful hand soaps and body washes etc., simple things like kids dishes and cups, spices in the cupboard and cooking oil spray. Paper towels, different kinds of coffee makers etc. This unit was priced fair and has everything you need. Great view of the mountains as well. Thanks for the stay! The facilities are aging (hot tub all chipped and needs repair) BUT they are still super fun for kids and adults - hot tub is large and part inside part outside. Condo was great
• Liam (7/5): frustrated at the expiereince as the property was brilliant - The property was great, and served everything we needed, with great views, we loved the property The noise coming from upstairs from 9pm until 1am 3 nights in a row kept our 2 young boys and the adults awake, I know this is out of your control but we couldn’t believe how bad it was, the family above us allowed there children or themselves running up and down the corridors until 1am and then directly above the bedroom sounded like someone was bouncing a basket ball for several hours, although this wasn’t your fault it did ruin our weekend
