• Roman (7/5): - comfortable bed, a good shower, and three separate small rooms. The noise from the road was very loud, and there was a very strong sewage smell in both bedrooms, which made it difficult to sleep. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a proper door, only a curtain, so there was no sound insulation at all. The internet connection was also very weak

• houghton (6/5): Ok, but not as good as prior pictures presented it. - Lounge and dining space was good for 3-4 people. All the facilities you need. Very poor cleaning and maintenance. There was a (spare?) mattress just standing in the bedroom, the second bedroom has no door, just a window blind which was not as expected.

• 鎌田 (3/5): 残念。 - 小さな冷蔵庫以外は食器類や器具がそろっていて便利だった。かけ布団や枕は清潔で気持ちよかった。洗濯乾燥機があって便利だった。５人でのゆりかもめを移動手段としてのお台場観光で、ホテルでは高いので、少しでも安くすることが出来て良かった。 小学生含めて５人での宿泊だったが、５人目のベッドが作られておらず、どこに寝ればいいのか迷い、立てかけてあったマットレスを通路に置いて自分でシーツをメイクして寝床を用意した。５人以上で泊まるには狭く、家族なら４人まで、友人なら３人が限度ではと思う。 目の前の高速道路や一般道の車やバイクの騒音が酷く、眠れなかった。建物１階エントランスから始まり部屋の中まで、下水臭が酷く、苦痛だった。３泊４日の滞在で、リビングのWiFi接続に苦労し、管理会社の方に来ていただき接続できたのは３日目。早い対応を求めるならホテルに泊まれば良いという趣旨の連絡があった。

• Hanneke (6/5): - Prima wijk/lokatie voor een verblijf. Ruimte van appartement. Goede communicatie. Fijne lift naar appartement. Heldere communicatie mbt toegankelijkheid en route naar verblijf Lawaai van snelweg is goed hoorbaar in woon en 1e slaapkamer. Waterkokor funtioneerde niet, orobleem kunnen opvangen door inductieplaat/magnetron. Er werd gewezen door eigenaar om stil te zijn hetgeen bij mij meer stress gaf. Nette en schone bedden. , Wel stof op luxaflex.
• Irit (9/5): - Clean, easy to enter, pretty well equipped. It was a little hard to get there with public transport. in the end it was easier to catch a taxi from the metro, and also apparently the monorail in Hamamatocho (a short taxi drive) gets to the airport

• Jeremy (10/5): Great value Regalo apartment 501 in Shibaura - The location is great and the apartment is perfectly laid out for vacationing family. 3 Independence zone based AC systems. FamilyMart, Aeon, 7/11 very close. Make sure to visit the large grocery store (with KFC inside) directly across the bridge from the nearby 7/11. Shibaura Futo train station very close allows you to easily get to everything. Popular Daiba (Diver City) it's just two stops away on the U train line. Go further down on that same line for popular Joyopolis and Toyosu Market. Head back to Shimbashi and you can access everything else from there (Shinjuku, Shibuya, all the other big train lines). As a bonus if you're traveling with multiple families the same complex has another identical unit at 801 Regalo. You have to search for them on Google 501 or 801 Regalo. Very good stay 10 out of 10 for everything and great value. Exactly as you see in the pictures.
• Alicja (10/5): Perfect place. - It was really amazing place. Very modern, close to station and corner shops. Comfy beds, small kitchen , but it’s not a problem because we were eating out. Highly recommended
• Amber (9/5): Cute and tiny but still got our family or 6 - Clean, soft towels, washing machine, easy to access, good communication from staff. Easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from Shinagawa station. Kind of small. Had everything we needed and was comfortable but a little tight for a big family (6 people). There was an extra mattress in one room that didn't really fit and took up a lot of space. We closer to use the mat instead. Overall we didn't spend a lot of time there so it still meet our needs.
• Angel (10/5): I would book this property again. Highly recommend to stay here! - Instructions on how to enter the property were given in advance. It was easy to locate and in a peaceful residential neighborhood. It was beside a hi-way but traffic noise was tolerable and not at all distracting. The place is exactly what it looked like in photos. It's spacious for 4 adults and 1 child. Complete amenities - beds, towels, kitchen utensils, toiletries, etc. There's a convenience store just a few steps away and a train station nearby. I would definitely stay here again and also highly recommended.

Nice location, pretty close to most important things. The only thing that wasn't great was the noise from the highway that was also coming through the aerotube(?) located on the ceiling above the TV 😅 . But all the rest great.

• Yu-han (10/5): Spacious apartment in Tokyo - I loved how the passage lights up automatically when you walk from the bedroom to the toilet which is so handy at night! The shower was spacious, and the main bedroom is huge! There are 2 smaller beds in the 2nd bedroom. Everything was spotless and clean!The host is also fast at replying back whenever you need to ask questions! Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family!
• Kyle (4/5): Place and location was good, but the check in process was a nightmare and the host was unresponsive. - The location is clean and relatively near Tamachi station which has both JY Yamanote Line and JK Keihin–Tōhoku Line, making travel throughout Tokyo and surrounding areas very convenient. The host did not check if the battery for the door was full - it was dead and we could not access the apartment for several hours while we waited on hotels.com customer support to respond on the host's behalf.
• Jacob (10/5): stay was great once we found out how to find it. then after we got lost on the trains and ended up in Nagano. coming bac - the shower shower water pressure was good. the address was very difficult to find.
