• Chris (6/5): - I did not like that it is a non refundable then once you book they add an additional 150 dollar fee for cleabing. So your trapped in doing it. The process after you book is long and tedious. I'd verification lots of forms to fill out online. There system is very passive aggressive. The place had many dings and dents in the walls it looks pretty shabby overall. It does not have a lake view it is next to the highway and if you open a window the dust from the traffic gets in everything and is extremely loud.

Upon booking we found out there was a $300 pet fee for one night, I requested to cancel immediately and was informed it would be $187 to cancel, no exceptions, even though it was to celebrate after our wedding. We ended up sharing on social media and the owner of Nomadics contacted us, who waived the pet fees. I was told this was a flaw of booking.com overall wouldn’t book via booking.com and didn’t appreciate how the situation was handled.

• Gordon (8/5): A very well-equipped and comfortable property from to explore Invermere. - A very well-equipped and comfortable property. We had everything we needed for our brief stay and found it to be very comfortable. Allocated parking space was helpful. Communications with the property owner were first class and instructions were very clear which was very helpful after a long journey. The communal areas such as corridors weren't very attractive but the property itself surpassed expectations. Perhaps some information on local shopping options and the attractions of Invermere would have been helpful but it's a minor point.

After driving for about 10 hours, it was not fun to have to drag our belongings up two flight of stairs and down two hallways to get to our room. And then drag it all back out the next morning. This is a condo on the third floor of a large complex.

• Mandy (1/5): BEWARE !! - Our daughter is working at Panorama Mountain Resort. We came from Australia to see her and this accommodation was in the same block of apartments where she is living. BEWARE! This is a non refundable property, which I knew when I made the booking. However once you have booked and paid they will not give you any access codes until you have provided them with your full name, address and email, a scanned copy of both sides of your drivers license or passport, your credit card number and cvc number, a selfie photo and you have completed a profile of yourself. This is all done on line and completely sets you up for identity theft. This is in total contravention of booking.com guidelines! So you either have to open yourself up to breaches in your cyber security or do your money. None of this is disclosed on their advertisement.

• William (6/5): Pleasant - We liked the fact that it was a suite. The bed was very comfortable. The booking agent was very helpful with check in. Some of the towels did not appear to be laundered. The shower curtain was very dirty. Sink faucet in the bathroom needs to be tightened and the bath drained very slowly. The location was next to the highway and there was a lot of road noise.

The building hallways were old and heavy smell of cigarette smoke from other people in the building. But once we went into the unit itself, it was really clean and smelled fine.

Great location, can walk to Huckleberry for breakfast and a 5 minute drive to downtown invermere Traffic noice while sitting on deck outside but you get used to it quickly, amazing view of the mountains made up for it. Absolutely no traffic noice inside the condo

• Bobby (10/5): 10/10 Wonderful birthday getaway. - This apartment was immaculately clean and beautiful. It was like staying in a fancy hotel with every comfort of home. They have thought of everything to make the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The hot tub and gym facility was very clean and nice, the hot tub, super hot and amazing, perfect after a round of golf. The spacious balcony is really quiet and private for a nice morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The living room was so comfortable and cozy, electric fireplace and tv. Kitchen is spotless and has anything you could possibly need. The whole unit is beautifully decorated and the beds and furniture are so comfortable. Very easy process for check in and really easy communication with manager of unit. This was a last minute birthday surprise from my husband and we had the best time. Thank you! We liked everything. Parking was close and secure. Building was easy to access and navigate. Unit was beautiful and very clean. Amenities were top notch. Booking, check in, communication was easy.

We had everything we needed in our room plus more. There were games, coffee, plenty of linens and a TV with all the popular apps. We highly recommend making them the choice of stay on your next vacation!

The apartment was clean and thoughtfully stocked with little extras. We felt very relaxed and at home, just what we as a family needed in a getaway! The only complaint I can think of is something out of your control in my opinion, the side the apartment is on , faces a very busy road and we could hear the traffic at night
