• Eduardo (8/5): Si può fare di più! - Abbastanza centrale Casa ristrutturata ma manca una televisione. Ho avuto un check in mediocre, dove non mi è stato spiegato dove buttare la spazzatura, visto che per i cassonetti ci vuole una chiave magnetica.. Secondo piano senza ascensore.

Від початку не надали конкретної інформації про те, як потрапити в квартиру, ми зазначили час прибуття, але чекали на вулиці, поки нас заселять, не пояснили, як вмикати газ, в інструкції теж не написано і ми не приготували вечерю. Відсутні змінні пакети для сміття. Ледь знайшли засіб для прання, але розвісити сушити складно без прищіпок. Багато ламп не вмикається, тому досить темно. На кухні жодного рушника і ми купили

• Anonymous (8/5): Excellent place to stay at, will definitely consider it again, especially given the price charged! - Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was very clean and comfortable. Had more than I needed, including a fridge and a fully functional kitchen. As a bonus there was a washing machine and a balcony where to dry your clothes. There are also 2 ACs which helped immensely as it was terribly hot! There was only enough soap for about a day and half, so perhaps they could improve this. Other than that there were a lot of mosquitoes, probably more a neighbourhood problem, but I had to battle about 10 mosquitoes for the first two days.

• Alena (2/5): I won't recommend this host, they are not helpful, we had no Internet and were cold at night. - The place looked nice and clean, good location. There were some soap and shampoo provided, which was nice. The place looked as described on images. When we arrived the host met us with keys. The place did not have Internet. It had a router but it did not work. Communication with a host was like a joke, I wrote them many messages and they did not reply to anything. I had to complain to the booking, then the host apologized but did not fix the problem. Another thing - there was no hair dryer in the apartment as described and there were no blankets! We were there in September, not particularly hot time and we had only thin bedsheet as a cover. In the end I slept with a jumper and used a towel as a blanket. Again, the host did not reply to any of my messages and could not fix the issue. Overall, we stayed in the apartment for 3 days and they could not manage to reply to any of the concerns.
