Roy (7/5): Für den Preis, war es schon bisschen mehr als okay, aber Luft nach oben. Immer bezogen auf den Preis - Zum Teil neue Möbel, das war sehr positiv, auch war die Wohnung gut gereinigt. Bis auf den Instandhaltung Stau Die Wohnung war schon etwas abgewohnt, man sah noch die Ränder der alten Möbel, und das sehr stark. Die Dusche war schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, und verschimmelt. All das hätte man mit wenig Geld in Ordnung bringen können. Ist für uns unverständlich
