• Christopher (8/5): Spacious and quiet apartment in a convenient central area. - Large and well-appointed apartment, very quiet. The beds are firm but comfortable. Tea-bags and coffee capsules were provided for a few days, and there was sugar and basics such as salt etc. The weather was just starting to turn cool and the air-conditioning didn't seem to want to heat. There was no dishcloth or tea towel (and it seems silly to run a dishwasher for only a couple of mugs and plates).
• KEVIN (10/5): Fantastic - Great Great location 10min walk to the Cuomo and most other attractions. The host Gianluca was extremely helpful and friendly. The bedrooms face an internal courtyard making it very quiet an night.

• Sarbrina (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in a central location and quiet (2 bedrooms apartment 3rd floor) — the bedrooms face the inner courtyard, which made our stay peaceful and relaxing. It was also clean and comfortable overall (stayed in April at the end so no need for air conditioning or heating) However, we had a stressful check-in experience. We didn’t receive clear instructions on how to get the keys, and the person meant to meet us didn’t show up or answer the phone. Luckily, the doorman helped us contact someone from the agency, otherwise we’re not sure how we would’ve gotten in. Also, there were no coffee capsules for the machine, and only a basic all-purpose gel in the bathroom instead of separate shampoo. What we’ve learned is to always make sure there's a reliable key collection method — ideally a pickup point — before confirming a booking. With a few small improvements, this could be a much better experience. This review is also for Booking.com, as they were unreachable during this situation — the apartment was already paid for, and there was no human person available to assist us.
