- Michael (1/5): Bad - Wasn’t communicated with or given any check in instructions after constantly trying to contact had to book another place to stay
- Alia (1/5): SCAM - NOTHING If I could give 0 it would be. Owner did not respond to us once, phone number provided out of service and on the day of check-in we still hadn’t been sent the check-in instructions. Ended up stranded in London on New Years Eve desperately trying to find somewhere else to stay. Absolutely disgusting.
- Plamena (3/5): Poor - The location is good There wasn’t central heating only small heaters. It was very dirty, especially the kitchen and the bathroom.

- Stuart (1/5): Avoid!! - Nothing!!! Myself and my two children checked in on the first evening and swiftly checked out and got the nearest hotel within 20 minutes. There were clothes down the side of the beds (possibly from previous occupants), but worryingly a review popped up that evening to show the exact same thing...so definitely hadn't been cleaned!. On closer inspection the floors were filthy and there were even wall plugs lying around on the carpet. I smelt something from outside the kitchen and when I ventured in saw what could only be described as a healthy hazard of a fridge/freezer (see pictures). There was no toilet roll set up in the bathroom and that didn't feel clean. To top it off there was building work and materials all round the apartment not advertised and the so called 'back garden' was an unsightly dumping ground for whatever the property owned. My children were visually scared of the place!. Messaged the property to tell them there was no way we could stay in it as it was a healthy hazard and they sent back some zoomed out wide angled shots of each room saying that it had been cleaned!!!....clearly not stepped inside then. It will only let me upload 4 pictures but enjoy. If you've booked AVOID and try hopefully you can get a refund which I'm still fighting
