• Sandra (8/5): Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de stad - De duidelijke communicatie en de locatie. Compact , maar gezellig appartement. Het lawaai van op de gang en de andere gasten. Voor een verblijf van 3 nachten had een extra set handdoeken en zeepproducten handig geweest.

• Valentina (10/5): - I had a lovely stay at Märch - Leuven Leopold 12. The apartment is very central located, near main attractions. My room was on first floor with a nice view to the street. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment have everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. For a solo traveler I felt very safe in this location. Steep stairs to reach the apartment

• Jjldp (2/5): Not worth the money, even with the great location. - Location is excellent Stairs to get to the apartment are too steep. Carpet leading to the rooms was horribly dirty. No AC and no fan available. The toilet cover was loose. Left the place after one day.

• Olena (6/5): Pleasant - The location The fire alarm went off and I had to deal with it myself (per suggestion from host “just turn it off, someone is cooking probably” - no check of the situation whatsoever). The host didn’t care to communicate in English even though I mentioned I don’t speak Dutch. I managed, of course, but a little effort would’ve been appreciated.

• Kathleen (9/5): Comfortable and convenient- perfect for single or couple - Excellent accommodation, especially as a solo traveler. The location is on a side street between two main thoughfares, so it’s a busy area but extremely convenient to transportation, stores, restaurants of ever description and price point, and historical sites. The bed is very comfortable and the room has blackout curtains for comfort and privacy. The bathroom is large. The windows can be opened if you wish. The only drawback is the stairs may be a challenge for those with mobility issues. I would stay here again.
• Maddalena (8/5): Perfect for one-two nights - Very central, bed super comfy. Clean. It is really just a bed, a bathroom and a tiny kitchen space, but as it as there for work it was more than enough. Quite tiny, it’s supposed to be for two people but I think two people would not fit very comfortably with two luggages. I could feel the building trembling from the cars, (or trains/bus) not sure, so the first time I even thought maybe there was a earthquake! But got used to it quickly.
• Tanya (9/5): Centrally located studio apartment with everything you need. - The location was amazing, within walking distance to everything in Leuven center. The street is centrally located and beautiful: busy but still quiet. Nice large windows with a lot of sunlight. The bed was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. You should update the photo for this listing as the photo shown is not the apartment that I had. And I guess, just one minor issue: since I stayed for a week rather than just overnight, perhaps the only thing that could have been slightly better was more essentials left (toilet paper, salt, coffee, etc.). But that's minor, I did grocery shopping for myself. I would definitely stay here again, I loved this apartment.
• Diana (6/5): Good location, but not worth the price - Typical Dutch-style building with a steep staircase. Spacious apartment within walking distance of the heart of Leuven 1. No elevator – We didn’t need one, but for anyone with arthritis, vertigo, or any condition that makes it difficult to climb two flights of stairs with luggage, this might be important to know. 2. Poor sound insulation – You can hear every noise from the street. 3. No hairdryer available. 4. Kitchenette but no cutlery – Although the room had a kitchenette (which was the main reason for booking), there was no cutlery provided. 5. No assistance from the hosts.
• Thomas (5/5): Very noise - Nice bed. Great location The pictures in booking show all their rooms. It is not clear which one you ll get. Not all ate the same. For example mine had no 2nd floor with the sleeping area as seen in some pics. Noise. The walls are super thin. You hear every move of other people. There were party people so didn't sleep much in 3 nights. The windows are thin as well. Shouting on the street all night. I would not recommend if you want a good night rest.

• Ermioni (6/5): Pleasant but could be better easily . - Location was very convenient , warm water always and warm room in general, microwave was useful , bed was comfy Stairs to Airbnb were unacceptable , extremely small and the inclination was super high. We actually tripped on our way to get the luggage up to the room. Lighting in the room was not sufficient , there were no sponges to wash our plates , and no hand soap in the bathroom .
• Frans (9/5): Great getaway in the beautiful city of Leuven - Great apartment smack in the center of Leuven, easy access with a code , very clean and complete kitchen and nice big bathroom. Great wifi signal also Parking is a bit of a walk away at the ladeuzeplein, that is the nearest i believe, small inconvenience.

• Anna (8/5): Great nook for a weekend trip. - Location was Perfekt, rooms well designed for a weekend, big bathroom. There were no cups or mugs in our room to use the coffee machine/make tea. The street noise was very loud and you can hear other guests going in and out.
• Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - Despite the central location the apartment was very quiet at night, and I loved the modern interior decoration style, the colours and the rounded tiles, and simple, yet functional amenities. The heating worked pretty fast too.

• Sergejus (8/5): Great studio in the center of Leuven with comfy bed - Friendly and nice host who replies instantly. Fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the main cathedral of Leuven. Super comfortable bed and pillows. It would be nice to have a separate soap for hands in the bathroom and single-use slippers as the floor is quite cold during winter time.
• Inna (9/5): Superb - It was clean, very convenient location and the fact that the apartment is on two floors - my daughter 5.5 years old especially liked it. The sofa was not comfortable, it was sagging. I didn't sleep well because of that. Two nights is okay. But if you stay longer than that, it's not comfortable to sleep. And toilet lid was brocken with sharp corners.
• Robert (10/5): The stairs are very steep and narrow which may be a problem for less physically fit persons. - Everything was perfect. No negatives (a bit noisy street, but what else can be expected in the city centre populated by substantial number of students...)

• Lightman_5601 (7/5): Perfect Location - 1. I received detailed self check in instructions two days in advance, so the check in process was smoothly. 2. Located at fashion shop, walk about 10 minutes from train station, near very center of the city, the road is forbid cars on day time, so it is quiet. 3. Leuven museum, cathedral, town hall & library tower of Leuven university on step scope. 4. Bars, shops, restaurants, supermarket at short distance. 5. Room is OK for most travelers, with kitchen, microwave oven. 1. There is no lift, up & down stair with heavy luggage a bit difficult. 2. The cover of toilet bowl already broken, needs to be replaced. 3. No liquid soap for hand washing. 4. Only two bar stools & one simple cushion, not comfortable for long time sitting, so suggest add at least one armchair by the window.

• Caroline (6/5): Great location, but lots of stairs - Location right in the centre of town, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Clean apartment and the sofa bed was kindly made up for us on arrival. The apartment is up three narrow flight of stairs. It is stated as baby/toddler friendly apartment but three flights of narrow stairs with a pram is tough (especially when carrying a baby!)
