• Joana (6/5): - Das Gebäude und Apartment liegen in toller Lage von Vila Magdalena und nahe zur Metrostation. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick, moderne Möbel und viele Kochutensilien wie Mixer etc. Ich hatte leider keinen so guten Start dort und man hat mir nur bedingt geholfen. Ich kam nachts um 1:30 Uhr an, was ich vorab kommuniziert habe. Die Rezeption per Lautsprecher spricht nur portugisisch, ich leider nicht und daher dauerte der Check in ewig. Es war nicht klar, wo das Zimmer liegt und wie man den Türcode eingibt. Es war nicht richtig sauber (Handwaschbecken, Spüle, Zigarettenkippen aufm Balkon und verschmierte Fensterscheiben), die Tür des Badezimmerschranks defekt dort liegend, Badvorleger aufm Spülkasten und Badlicht defekt. Das Licht und kleine Reinigung Habdwaschbecken wurde 2 Tage später gemacht. Mehr aber nicht. Der Türeingang geht nur per Gesichtserkennung, was mit meinem Bild vorab nicht funktionierte und ich letztendlich mit freundlichen Nachbarn selbst gelöst habe. Außer ner Entschuldigung kam nichts mehr. Keine neue Reingung, kein Preisnachlass. Hätte gern noch ne Gutschrift via Booking für die Unannehmichkeiten. Man kommuniziert zunächst mit einem Chatbot per WhatsApp und kommt dann zum Mitarbeiter. Und die Putzfrau kam pünktlich um 11 Uhr zum Check out.
• Bárbara (7/5): recomendo o local! - A localização era ótima e o prédio é novo, lindo e bem cuidado. O apto é uma delícia, aconchegante. A internet é ótima (caso precise trabalhar por lá, ela atende muito bem). o chuveiro estava parcialmente entupido (o q atrapalhava a saída da água) e era difícil de ajustar a temperatura da água (ou ficava muito quente, ou muito fria)
• Kássia (8/5): - O local estava limpo e bem organizado. A localização é perfeita também, traz praticidade e acessibilidade à região. Precisar acionar o porteiro sempre para entrar. Apesar de ser incômodo, é efetivo para segurança.
• Noomene (6/5): Not bad - I really liked the staff they was really helpful and friendly the place was good the placement of the hotel is very close to everything There is no WiFi upstairs like they told me so you have to go to the reception downstairs to have it and they also said that they have a pool and give access to it but they have not and it’s literally in construction
