• Amy (7/5): Nice apartment, stressful building - The apartment was very nice, clean, and a perfect place to stay. We only got to look at them but the amenities seemed nice enough The actual building made our stay a bit stressful — too many restrictions and barriers on everything. I felt like I was constantly being watched and I also wonder why such copious amounts of security measures are needed at every single step

• Isabel Cristina (7/5): Apartamento próximo ao centro de SP - Gostei do fácil acesso ao centro de SP, o anfitrião foi solicito em todos os momentos que entramos em contato com ele. O código de acesso a porta é muito complicado de colocar a numeração, quase não conseguíamos.
• Rafael (4/5): Decepcionante, mas nada surpreendente - Gostei da localização, pois era próximo de onde eu precisava ir Não gostei do atendimento. Primeiro havia uma mulher loira, não quis nem perguntar pelo seu nome, mas foi ríspida ao repassar as informações sobre horário de checkin, informando que o “sistema” não liberava a entrada antes do horário, sendo que outras pessoas realizaram o checkin logo após ela ter dito isso. Ao final, após realizado o checkout, perguntei se poderia aguardar pelo transporte na SALA DE ESPERA, mas me informaram que não era possível, ao menos não com a mala (?). Tive que deixá-la num bagageiro ali próximo (pagando, obviamente), e ao retornar para o local, haviam outras pessoas também aguardando, e todas com suas malas ao seu lado. Ah, encontrei unhas cortadas na entrada do banheiro, então claramente a limpeza também não é um ponto forte do local. Experiência única, e que não recomendo.
• Sandra (7/5): Séjour agréable. - L’immeuble est hyper sécurisé, le patio et la piscine sur le toit sont très agréables. La literie était vraiment très bonne, et la douche bien chaude et avec un bon débit. Nous n’avons pas pu accéder au balcon de notre chambre qui était fermé à clé. Par ailleurs, l’appartement était globalement propre mais tout de même assez poussiéreux. Quant au canapé, il mériterait d’être changé.
• Leonardo (8/5): Ótimo custo-benefício em excelente localização. - Localização excelente, prédio novo e com um lindo terraço. O apartamento é bastante pequeno.
• Pablo Faria (7/5): Satisfatório, bem equipado, mas precisando de uns reparos - A localização e o custo-benefício foram os principais motivos de reservar esta acomodação. Estávamos participando de um evento no Hotel Nacional Inn Jaraguá e portanto estar próximo era muito importante. Ajudou também haver portaria tradicional 24 horas, pois às vezes dificulta ter que resolver tudo via portaria eletrônica. O quarto está bem equipado no geral, embora não possa dizer das condições de cada item, pois não utilizamos nada por termos ficado apenas uma noite. Também gostei da rapidez de resposta do anfitrião às minhas dúvidas, no dia da entrada no imóvel. Foi bem chatinho informar a senha para entrar no quarto. O painel de botões não dá nenhum sinal sonoro para sabermos que o número digitado foi reconhecido e em alguns momentos eu precisei tentar várias vezes para conseguir. O sofá cama em que dormir está velho, com tecido rasgado e é desconfortável. A cama parece boa, mas não dormi nela. Havia apenas dois cobertores, embora a reserva fosse para 3 pessoas, isso foi um pouco decepcionante. No mais, o apartamento está em bom estado, embora algumas coisas podiam ser rapidamente consertadas, como o suporte do sabonete no chuveiro, por exemplo. Também foi anunciado haver secador de cabelo, mas não encontrei.
• John...... (1/5): No AC, wifi, hairdryer, coffee machine, or mugs. Dirty surfaces and very disappointing - We were misled. I chose this accommodation because it stated it had Wifi, air conditioning, a coffee machine with coffee mugs, and a hairdryer. We were hugely disappointed to find there was no coffee machine or hairdryer, the wifi didn't work, and the A/C wasn't working. What we did get was dirty kitchen surfaces, cigarette burns in the bed sheets, and a cracked mirror in a noisy hotel with no front desk or hotel staff, only security, who were unable to help resolve any issues due to being solely responsible for security, effectively a separate company not directly associated with the hotel management. No AC, wifi, hairdryer, coffee machine, or mugs. The Wifi didn't work. The air conditioning didn't work. There wasn't a hairdryer, a coffee machine, or coffee mugs despite stating they would be provided. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets, a cracked mirror, in a noisy hotel with over the top complicated fiddly room access key pads Hotel management was nonexistent. The owner was away, and I could only contact them on WhatsApp. Security staff were not responsible for any issues involving the property, and the whole stay there was very disappointing.
• Arwonderer (10/5): Wonderful Studio, Great Location - Highly Recommended - Wonderful Studio, clean and have a nice kitchen, its so cozy, the bathroom was clean, the ambiance is good, and the bed is comfortable, the wifi is so fast, having an awesome and wonderful stay. Great location and safe!
