• nina_gaon (10/5): - Nina i Srđan su sjajni domaćini. Dobili smo sva uputstva o tome kako doći do objekta, gdje je nabolje da se parkiramo, koji restorani su u blizini. Smještaj je udoban i prijatan, nekoliko metara od glavne ulice Stradun, u samom srcu starog grada.

• Mandy (10/5): Cute and cosy. - Great location. No steps after a full day of walking was great. Little balcony to have a chilling moment, no views but just cosy. Not really a dislike, but would of been nice for a little sofa, seating was only dining chairs, not as comfy.

Perfect for exploring the old town as well as being close to the markets and to get outside the city walls for a swim. The location meant we could get up early to explore and avoid the crowds such as doing the wall. Would stay again

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber Sehr sauber Bequeme Betten Ausgehend davon das Zimmer mit dem Balkon gebucht zu haben waren wir sejr verwundert darüber das es das Zimmer ein Stock drüber war ohne Balkon. Konnten das zwar klären, allerdings blieb ein unangenehmes Gefühl. Ob das Zimmer wirklich 30mq hatte bezweifel ich, kann ich aber nicht genau sagen es kam uns viel kleiner vor. Es hatte sehr viel Mücken, ein Mückennetzt am Fenster wäre super für andere Gäste.

• Delwyn (9/5): Friendly host and central location - The host had given me very detailed instructions on how to get to and access the property. He also met me on arrival and gave me so much helpful information. The location was central within old Town and the room was comfortable and clean. As the electric works via the key card you can't leave the fridge or air conditioning on for when you came back in but the air conditioning is quite responsive so doesn't take long to cool the room and there are water fountains scattered around old Town so you can always get fairly cool water.

Accettabile per una sola notte, ma non adatta a soggiorni più lunghi. Le foto su Booking mostrano una stanza diversa da quella ricevuta, il che è fuorviante. Prezzo elevato rispetto a quanto offerto (€170 a notte).

• Ishizawa (9/5): Excellent!! - ・A very clean and user-friendly facility ・Excellent location right in the heart of the Old Town (The route from Polce Gate was fairly flat, so it was easy to walk with a suitcase) ・The host was quick to respond and very kind There were hardly any, but the creaking sounds from people walking upstairs and occasional items being dropped were audible, so it might bother light sleepers or those sensitive to noise.

• Harini (9/5): Superb - The apartment features a charming nautical/navy-themed decor and is perfectly located right in the heart of the old town—everything was within easy walking distance. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and just the right amount of space for two people. The bathroom was modern and clean, and stocked with plenty of toiletries. We especially loved the cute little balcony and the strong air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The water pressure in the shower was excellent too! An ideal stay for two—highly recommended! As it’s an old town wooden building, we could occasionally hear footsteps from above, but it was nothing disruptive. The only minor downside was the slightly dim lighting at the mirror next to the bed—it made doing my hair a bit tricky 🙈. Other than that, everything was perfect.

• Kamil (6/5): Great location, accommodating owners, not as comfortable room - Pros: • The owners are very nice and provide all the necessary tips as well as long list of house rules. • Good Location: Centrally located in the city. • Our room on the top floor was quiet. • Well-functioning AC. • The room was clean. • Comfortable bed. Cons: • Room Slopes: The pictures can be confusing as they show both options with and without slopes. Our room, located on the top floor (possibly an attic), had significant slopes. These slopes were so pronounced that one could risk hitting their head when waking up energetically. Accessing the wardrobe required bending due to its location under the slopes. • No Headboard: The bed had no headboard, making reading in bed difficult. Additionally, the main lights positioned directly in front of the bed were too bright. • Faulty Hairdryer: The hairdryer in the bathroom would randomly switch off. There was a spare hairdryer in the wardrobe, but watch out due to the slopes. • If you need WiFi the internet is much śliwę than LTE on your phone.

• Roslyn (9/5): Ideal location boutique room with great hosts. - Bed and pillow were very comfortable, location excellent and owners were very very helpful with each of our requests. The stairs but that is what you get in the old town , my friend did not like the chatter from the bar downstairs in the laneway but it normally stopped around 11pm so it was not offensive or would not stop me booking again. The hot water did run out quickly after 1 shower.

We were in No. 4, an attic room. Although the shower was a little cramped with not a lot of hot water, everything was perfectly adequate. The owner went out of his way to explain everything including where to find the cheapest bar!!

Self check inn but great communication from the owners, very responsive. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere in the old town. Bonus the beds were super comfy. large smart tv. • Stephanie (8/5): A great spot to drop your bags and explore Old Dubrovnik - The room was chosen primarily for its location which is in the heart of Old Dubrovnik. It was exactly as described - in a historical building, on the top floor with angled ceilings and updated furnishings and decor. The single beds felt new and were comfortable. The price was fair and the place was spotless. The host was communicative, friendly and clear, providing helpful information and links. Check in and out was hassle-free. The room is in an attic-like top floor as described with many angles and corners to bump into so if you are on the taller side, you may want to opt for another room within the property.

• Yordanka (9/5): Amazing location and lovely hosts - The room was clean and in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town so it was very convenient when exploring the historical sites. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. The only disadvantage were the many stairs leading up to the room though that certainly didn’t impact on our positive experience overall. It kept us fit during out trip too!

• Katrina (10/5): The perfect location! - The apartment was fantastic! The location was amazing, right in the heart of everything within the old city walls. Don't be put off when you see the building entrance door is literally right on the doorstep of a noisy bar...when you get up to the apartment the noise virtually vanishes! I was really worried we'd made the wrong decision when we arrived but the soundproofing from the windows to outside is really good. The bed was huge and very comfy and the shower was really powerful with hot water. A nice touch to be given miniature toiletries. The air condition was really powerful and cool which was very much needed when it was so hot. The balcony was tiny and so cute! Lovely to sit on it and soak in the atmosphere hearing the chatter from all the restaurants and bars which are literally seconds away. The host was really friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay and gave us tips and I'd recommend this apartment to anybody staying in Dubrovnik. As the floors are wooden you could hear the guests in the apartment above when they were walking sometimes as it creaked the wooden beams in the apartment. It wasn't constant but a little annoying at times. Not enough to put me off staying here again!

• Teodora (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was perfect. The room is spacious, with crisp white sheets and fluffy towels (even had complimentary beach towels provided by the host). The balcony was great for a morning coffee (we had coffee and tea and a kettle). AC was great after a hot day in Dubrovnik. All in all it was everything we could have wanted from an accommodation and it was right in the centre of the Old Town. The host was incredibly polite and helpful! Highly recommend Nautika!
