- Guest (9/5): Fantastisch. - Mijn verblijf bij Märch was fantastisch: de studio was stijlvol en comfortabel, met veel oog voor detail. De locatie midden in Leuven was ideaal, en toch kon ik er helemaal tot rust komen. Echt een plek waar je met plezier aan terugdenkt. Eigenlijk viel er niets echt tegen, hoogstens wat kleine dingen die geen invloed hadden op ons fijne verblijf. Alles bij elkaar was het gewoon genieten.

I think it should be cleaned with more attention to detail - The location and that it everything you need It was not clean enough (overall) the dishes had visible stains on them the sheets on the bed as well. And it’s dusty There is 0 sound proof and the door locks are very loud which makes it difficult to study or sleep

- Stepan (6/5): Not ideal, but will do - The location is surely great. There were towels and the kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. No face to face communication with the host. Cleanliness is okay. Very very noisy. Everything inside the building could be heard (EVERYTHING), if windows are opened, then everything outside as well. It was difficult to sleep. There was just a single, nearly finished roll of toilet paper left for me for 4 nights stay, and in all the local stores there were only 10-20 rolls packages to buy. At least there could be two rolls left for a guest by the staff, I guess.

It was strange to not have an iron :(
- Valentina (8/5): Very good - Central location, very clean, nice shower, seamless check in, comfortable bed. There's no microwave in the kitchen. Also, the kitchen would benefit from more dishclothes. The door locks are very noisy, so if someone enters or exits other studio apartments at night they might wake you up. You can also get disturbed by people talking in the stairwell. The sink in the bathroom is too tiny and the faucet gets in the way.
- Jingjing (5/5): No front desk service, not even with message. They don’t respond after you check in. So be aware. - It’s a big clean room. Has a kitchen. In the centre. That’s all good about it. Edit: Just got the notice from the finance department of my company, the inovice they provide is Proforma invoice, which is not suitable for documentation for reimbursement. Luckily my company understood the situation. But please be aware if you are travelling on company expense. 1. You don’t get any response from customer service the moment you check in. From there on, you are on your own. No one will answer your questions or demands. So be aware of that. 2. It’s in the middle of Leuven, so might be a bit noisy. But that’s two sides of the coin. 3. Almost no amenity, two bags of Lipton teabags and that’s all, 4. Wi-Fi is super slow. Cannot do much than checking emails. 5.stayed there one night for work. Was thinking to move to Novotel in the middle of the evening. So def won’t go back. 6. Only recommend if you really need a kitchen and no other decent Airbnb options.

Considering its in the bustling center, the unit was very quiet, and I appreciated the elevator for my luggage. The shower and bathroom is very nice! - Lara (8/5): Central apartment in Leuven - It was a central location and we could easily check in our selves. The area was very safe and even though it was located on the main shopping street it was not loud at all. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check out an hour later which was very accommodating. The only thing we didn’t like was the main doors of the apartments they make quite a lot of noise when closing due to the strong spring mechanism. At night, we could occasionally hear the doors shutting, other than that no complaints.

- Marie (6/5): There’s both cons and pros about this apartment, please read description! - Pros: Tea + coffee provided, bedside tables with lamps and space for a few things, in the central of Leuven, A/C works, provided with a few toilet roles, large fridge + freezer, large bed. Cons: Bad view, super noisy, bathroom sink is too small + wanting more shelves provided in there, a few dirty dishes put as clean in the cabinets, no shower shelf, dusty toilet, no tea towels/cloths, we were missing both duvets, an oven but missing baking paper, could be better if the apartment had a microwave.
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Comfortable and close to the university for work. Quiet and spacious. The ascensor. When I arrived it was out of order but repaired immediately. However on departure early morning it was out of order again. I currently have mobility issues so negotiating the escalier was very difficult. When I got to the ground floor the indicator on the ascensor indicated that the door on the 3rd floor was open. I suggest reworking the door so that it closes AND in large letters inside and outside the door telling people to ensure that the door is closed firmly after leaving the ascensor.

The location is fantastic—right next to the city center, making it easy to explore. The space was very clean and well-maintained, which was a big plus. Initially, there was no hot water, but after informing the host, he responded quickly and resolved the issue within a few hours. Overall, a good experience with a responsive host!

The spacious apartment, I could move around in it without bumping into anything. The fact that I stayed at a top floor back apartment and at the end of the corridor — so quiet! The host answered my queries promptly, even quite late in the night. The cleaning that had been poorly done. The floor hadn't been properly vacuumed, but most importantly, the toilet was in really bad condition with rests of dirt. I had to wash it myself before using it. I also didn't get hot water upon arrival, at night, but the problem was fixed in the morning the following day.

The noise from the streets (either drunk kids during the whole night or city workers starting their activities at 7 AM). Just because of the noise I would not stay at this studio/hotel again.

They had the same booking confirmation. They were given another room, however it was smaller than the one they had booked.

The cleanliness of the apartments could be improved. At the check-in the place wasn't perfectly clean, and all the drawers for plates and glasses could have been cleaner. Clean and comfortable. Exactly like in photos. Very good internet connection. Suitable for long stays (I stayed almost a month). It doesn't have a closet, that could be improved.

The door downstairs makes awful noise every time somebody opens it. We could hear it even at night though we were on the second floor.

- Ana (3/5): Would not recommend - very close to shops , resurants and bakeries, not far from the station I found it very noisy, both noise coming from the street until very late in the night people screaming and talking loudly as well as inside the building you can hear everytime someone comes in as the studio was next to the stairs. I found that the cleanness left to be desired asunder the table it was really dirty and still the washing machine had not be cleared even though I announced I would arrive late - after 19H.

Silent and cosy apartment No wardrobe is provided then the stay for longer than 2 days in a couple will be hard. The bedroom is very big and comfortable but located in a corner of the room, under a slant roof. The bathroom water sink is minimal.

- Diego (8/5): Perfect for short visits - It is close to the university, the restaurant area, many supermarkets, and the train station. The bedroom and the shower are big, so it was comfortable. The bed is big, but the pillows are not. The internet is fast, so for my business trip, it was perfect. It would have been more comfortable to have at least a small desk. There were a few things. The layout is a little uncomfortable, especially the bed with the ceiling in your face. The light switch is at the entrance, so you must cross the entire apartment before bed. Also, some dishes were dirty, and I had to clean them when I arrived, but I think that is generally a problem with the dishwasher, so it would be nice to advise checking everything that came out of the dishwasher.

- Martin (9/5): Superb - Central location, still quiet. Spacious, and the kitchen very well equipped. Furniture a step over the standard IKEA selection. Good WiFi. Small things, it would have been nice with a soap dispenser or bar of soap in the bathroom (we used the supplied shower gel), a tea towel, and a roll of kitchen paper. The duvet was with two layers, we had to reduce to one as it was far too warm.
