• nguyen (10/5): Great stay for the price - clean but can see some cobwebs so i guess alot of ppl dont stay here? one of the building staff ladies had a case of the Mondays and terrorizing me and another guest for taking it easy and walking carefully. My bad we on vacation and they gotta work

• Kenneth (4/5): This is not a Family/ Tourist friendly place to stay!! Over all this is just a sketchy place to be, you’re better of - Other than the room rate being so cheap, and a few good restaurants, there isn’t really any good things about this stay. The room is really small so you’re sort of walking all over each other. The building has a bunch of rules against making pretty much any noise at all hours of the day, including but not limited to loud walking, no music, or the tv being too loud. They even have signs posted on every door to remind that you’re not allowed to make any noise. Most of the shops in the area are shut down leaving you very limited shopping, and unfortunately you’re literally a 3min walk from the red light district, where all the prostitution happens. The host is not very accommodating either looking to charge over half the cost of a 1 day rental for a two hour late check out.

• SHIYU (8/5): Good value for money to stay. - Great location near to bus stop and metro station. Room is not spacious but very clean. After all, it is greatly good value for money. Nothing. Room is not very spacious but fair enough to use.

• Sorip (10/5): Clean, cozy, strongly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka - Everything was so clean and cozy. The ammenities are perfectly placed and available. The property admin was also very helpful and responsive. The information given was clear and concise. Definitely recommended for stay and if I come again to Osaka, I would come back here again The distance to the nearest station, Doubutsuen-mae was a bit far. But other than that, everything's perfect

• Leonardo pange (7/5): - The apartment was spacious and fully equipped. Good view from the 10th floor and nice window for a great light. Cleanliness could have been better. We found some residual stain on the sheets and some dust here and there. Also the area around the building is serviced, but you can feel that you are a bit far from the center. If you don't mind having to walk 12 minutes to get to the nearest metro it"s ok.

• Wapelhorst (8/5): - Clean, comfortable bed, fairly quiet neighborhood and friendly host. It isn’t the most ideal location in Osaka but not terribly far away from things to do. Train station 10-15 min walk.

Hay un Family mart enfrente y cerca tiene un supermercado chino que recomiendo por los precios La zona por la noche tiene un ambiente para tener un poco de cuidado, pero no tuvimos ningún problema.

• G-nac (9/5): So far the best I've stayed at in osaka. - Very convenient location. Food was very easy to get. The parking spot was so useful. The hotel was clean and peaceful. The room had everything we needed and more. There were a few harmless drunk people i saw roaming around in the morning.

• saori (8/5): また来ます！ - 安いので、古い、汚いかもって思ってたら、キレイなのにビックリ！！ 晩御飯食べようと思い、歩いて通天閣まで行ったんですが、その道中は、なんとも言えない独特な商店街を通過してしまい、治安的に良く無い感じでしたが、それ以外は最高でした！ 立地場所くらいかな。 でも、カーテン開けるとあべのハルカスも見る事ができて良かったです。

• Sayaka (8/5): - なんと言っても安いです。 安いのに、新しくて綺麗で、自炊も出来たので、朝ごはんは自炊しました。 トイレとお風呂が分かれているのも良かったです。 洗濯機があったので、洗濯も出来て、たすかりました。 また、機会があれば、このお値段のままなら利用したいと思いました。 3泊しましたが、1泊目のタオル、バスタオル、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉しか無くて、歯磨き粉は、節約して使っても途中で無くなりました。 タオル、バスタオルも使い回すしか無くて、残念でした。 ドアに掛けておいてくれることを期待しましたが、ありませんでした。 治安が良くないのは、わかった上で行ったので、問題無いです。 自炊できるのに、布巾がなくて、困りました。 改善されたらいいなと思いました。
