- Uyen (9/5): It’s slightly better than the previous stay - Location is 2 mins walk from landmark, surround with restaurants, spas, convenient stores, … The area is highly secured inside and out. Mold and stains on wall, bedsheet, kitchen surface, wardrobe, … indoor slipper wasn’t clean as if used in washroom will see dust water coming out. With the price, cleaning could be done much better. If you just look for good location, aircon and secured place to stay, this would be good enough. One last thing is that elevator is a bit slow as building has many floors. But overall it was better than my previous stay with the same host at different building in landmark area. Sidenote for host: Please pay more attention in cleaning service as it’ll level up your guests’ staying experience quite a lot.

- Maria (1/5): Bad - Be careful! The apartment is totally not the same as on pictures and the worst management. After they taking money they won’t help you with any problems. The apartment are old and look more cheap compared with one I booked. Also it’s not same location as on booking. The mattress in the main bedroom is very uncomfortable. At 6.30am every day you can hear loud speaker from street and can’t sleep. I asked to change the apartment to high floor (mine was on 12) and the manager said “sorry, stay at yours, bye”. But they have many available apartments on booking these days. I also asked why the apartment looks totally different as one I booked on booking? Also no answer. So after you pay them, they will totally not help you with your problems. Also they don’t accept cards, only cash. If you pay card you will charge extra fees. Be careful. I guess the most reviews about the place are fake, because the apartment is really old, dirty place with manager who will only ignore you, but never help
