• Fatima (10/5): Krásny, pohodlný apartmán - Krásny, vkusne zariadený a pohodlný apartmán, ktorému nič nechýbalo ani vo vybavení. Pohodlne parkovanie, dobrá lokalita s dostupnosťou MHD. Určite sa vrátime opäť :) Pridala by som ešte jedno kreslo na terasu :)

• Anne (10/5): - L appartement est très bien. Il est joliment décoré. L équipement est de qualité. L emplacement est parfait car il est proche des transports en commun. Le plus c est le parking. Difficile de répondre car la location est parfaite.
• Natália (10/5): Super pobyt v modernom apartmáne - Moderný apartmán so všetkým čo potrebujete. Ocenili sme najmä vyhradený parking v garáži, čistotu, priestrannu kuchynku, bezproblemový checkin a checkout, plusom je tiež balkón a pekné prostredie. Pobyt sme si velmi uzili :) Rozkladaci gauč bol príliš mäkký a horšie sa na ňom spalo, ale to je subjektivny nazor, inak bolo vsetko super.

• Tuszyński (10/5): - The apartment is very well prepared for family staying, what was important for us. Also very well equipped like kitchen, bathroom and other rooms. We had everything what is needed for a few days staying. IMPORTANT- CLEAN aparment! Close to the tram station, and if you catch how to travel using busses, trams and subway.... location is perfect, off the busy Prague centre. Great comunication with landlords. Very recommended 👌
• Mateusz (9/5): Fajny apartament na krótki pobyt z rodziną w Pradze - Super lokalizacja, blisko komunikacji miejskiej. Bardzo blisko sklepy. Trzeba zapoznać się z instrukcją zameldowania, inaczej trudno zlokalizować klucz. Mieszkanie czyste, posiadało wszystko, co potrzebne do wypoczynku z rodziną. Polecam i w razie potrzeby, będę korzystał Nie zapoznałem się z instrukcją ze strony internetowej i bardzo trudno mi było znaleźć klucz. Przyjechaliśmy w nocy, wiec musiałem po ciemku szukać klucza. Nie mam zwyczaju klikać w linki z wiadomości, ale w tym wypadku nie było innej opcji. Po zapoznaniu się z instrukcją zameldowania, z zewnętrznej strony internetowej, zakwaterowanie przebiegło pomyślnie.

Very clean room 👌 Everything is available Parking is available for free Suitable for small family Nothing, except I waited more than 2 hours waiting a reply from the apartment, the recive the call the close .... 😞 As I mentioned the building is very clean, and I was looking for the building and pictures that shown in Google maps ( which is very old, not like the fact ) Which is positive 😃
• Kristína (10/5): Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this apartment. - The apartment was very cozy and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, and microwave in the kitchen. The living room featured a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, and the balcony was connected to both the living room and the second room, which had a large, soft double bed. There was plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. The bathroom was well-equipped with a hairdryer, hair straightener, washing machine, as well as shampoo and shower gel. A big bonus was the underground parking space for one car. The location was excellent — just a 3-minute walk from a tram stop that takes you quickly to the city center. The Fortuna sports hall was within walking distance, which we appreciated during our stay. The area was quiet and full of greenery.

• Maximilian (10/5): Prag ist eine der schönsten Städte der Welt, das Appartment ist top. Wir kommen wieder. - + Der Vermieter hat die Anreise und die Schlüsselübergabe (per Safebox) perfektioniert: alles ist mit Videos erklärt, besser geht es nicht. + Die Tiefgarage ist sehr gut zugänglich und sicher, der Parkplatz nicht zu eng. + Der Aufzug fährt von der TG bis zur Wohnungsetage im 3. OG. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist das große Plus dieser Wohnung. + Die Wohnung sticht durch außerordentliche (!) Sauberkeit extrem positiv hervor. Sie ist modern eingerichtet inkl. deutschen Fernsehprogramm via Internet und für 2 Zimmer mit Balkon sehr großzügig. Die Küche ist gut bestückt, sogar Kaffeetabs waren vorhanden. + Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig. Nachts hört man bei offenen Fenstern die Straße, die Lautstärke ist aber vertretbar. Mit geschlossenem Fenster hört man: nichts. + Die Wohnung ist mit dem ÖPNV bestens mit der Innenstadt (Strassenbahn (ca. 20 min) oder U-Bahn (ca. 10 min)) und der Prager Burg (Strassenbahn, ca. 25 min) verbunden. Der Weg zu den Haltestellen sind ca. 300 m. In Umkreis von 200 m sind auch mehrere kleine Supermärkte, bei denen man alles Notwendige bekommt. + Sehr großzügig ist Bepreisung des ÖPNVs in Prag: Ab 60 Jahren zahlt man 50 % des Normaltarifs, ab 65 ist alles kostenfrei, der Personalausweis reicht zur Legitimation. +++ Fazit: unbedingte Empfehlung Die Bedienung der Raffstores im Schlafzimmer ist etwas gewöhnungbedürftig, das teilt der Vermieter auch so mit. Es funktioniert gut mit einem "Doubletip".

• Zuzana (10/5): Výborné ubytovanie, maximálna spokojnosť. - Nádherný, moderný byt s veľmi príjemnou atmosférou. Od začiatku sa tam cítite ako doma. Výborná poloha, ľahká a rýchla dostupnosť všade, skvelá komunikácia s prenajímateľom. Parkovanie je bonusom.

• Katarína (10/5): - Lokalita, prostredie, krásny a dobre vybavený byt. Perfektne vysvetlený popis ako nájsť schránku, ako sa dostať k bytu, do garáže. Nedá sa povedať,že nepáčilo, iba skôr nezvyk na to, že ubytovanie je bez osobného kontaktu. Keď sme však niečo potrebovali, nebol problém sa spojiť.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic apartament, beautiful and clean, with a nice balcony in a designer housing estate. It has everything you need, every equipment you can possibly think of. Your car will be safe in underground garage, and the tram stop is nearby - it takes circa 15 minutes to get to old town. The metro station is also near, but we went only by tram. The contact with hosts is also very easy and nice. Definitely would stay here again when in Prague. Everything was perfect

• Richard_dsc (10/5): Excellent modern flat for a stay in Prague - Fantastic modern apartment in the Holsovice area, a short tram or metro ride into the town centre. Good sized rooms, modern equipment all clean and sparkling, great shower, adjustable heating, quiet area, helpful hosts. Supply of tea and coffee provided. Difficult to find anything - I guess a bath would have been nice, but the shower was excellent.

It looked great in the pictures, but when we arrived we were delighted with the accommodation. The location is great, the tram station is about 500m walk from the apartment. Parking space (closed) available within the accommodation. Recommendation for the accommodation and the host ❤️
• Jennifer (9/5): Lovely apartment - highly recommend! - The apartment is in a great location, easy to access public transit and in a nice neighborhood. It is comfortable and well appointed. I worked remotely for part of our stay and my partner did some touring around. The arrival directions were very clear. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the living room and kitchen were very nice! Overall this is a wonderful property and I would stay here again, so these concerns are minimal. I am adding them because this is a more expensive (high end) property. 1) The WiFi was spotty. The first day it worked fine, the second and third days the connection strength went up and down randomly. This resulted in lagging on zoom meetings and once losing connection but it resumed just after. If you are not working the connection will be fine to meet your needs. 2) the coffee machine took a type of pod we had never seen, two local grocery stores had never seen (I brought a pod to the store to find more) and Google lens could not locate. I think 3 pods came with the apt for a 5 day stay. There was no way to buy replacements and the host never responded about this. I was glad to have brought my own coffee cone and I bought ground coffee from the store and made my own. Host should consider a more standard nepresso machine. 3) I got locked in. With one set of keys, my husband went out and locked the door with the key when he left (which he should not have but it was habit) and put the keys in the key box outside. I could not get out- it requires a key. Also very easy to accidentally lock yourself out just going into the hallway (but you can only get locked inside with the deadbolt). I have come to see this type of lock is common in Europe - our last two places have been similar. We figured out how to use the intercom to buzz in after that if one person went out alone and that was the solution! (Also my husband made an extra key we left in the key box). Again I think we bear responsibility here and the owners now have a spare key.
• Łukasz (10/5): The flat fully met my expectations, I will be happy to stay there again when I visit Prague. - The apartment is in a new residential area, well furnished and equipped, quiet and very clean. Nothing is missing, the beds are comfortable. A great advantage is the free parking, the public transport stops nearby (you can reach the old town in about 20 minutes) and many shops and restaurants. Great contact with the host who cares about a good stay and the comfort of guests.
