• Eber Lucas (4/5): The location is really very good, but it's not comfortable, it doesn't have 3 beds and there's no internet. - The only worthwhile aspect is the location. The beds were very soft, one of them had a hole, very uncomfortable. The house smelled bad. The ironing board was broken. The shower was very good, but the bathtub was very slippery and the curtain was all moldy. There are 2 beds, a single mattress without a bed frame, and a sofa that you can sleep on, but it's not a sofa bed. We expected there to be internet in the apartment, even though it wasn't in the description, and in fact there isn't any available in the property.
• Vanesa (1/5): - Sólo la ubicación era buena el resto mal NO HAY WIFI ni TV aún anunciando que si, los colchones incomodísimos se hunden y notas el somier, la cortina del baño estaba negra de suciedad, había humedades, el grifo del lavabo no cerraba bien y no paraba de salir agua caliente. Nos intentamos poner en contacto con el propietario (fue difícil) y lo único que nos dijo de todo lo anteriormente expuesto es que la clave del wifi estaba en el router ( nos vaciló bien) porque no había router ni nada, y a pesar de los mensajes que le enviábamos no nos contestaba y lo único que hizo tras reclamar a Booking es anular la reserva a falta de un día de irnos. Un IMPRESENTABLE el dueño/a. Las fotos del anuncio no se corresponden con el estado actual del piso, deben de ser de hace años.

• José Antonio (1/5): No vengáis, es mejor gastarse un poco más a vivir lo que nosotros vivimos - La ubicación Humedades por todos lados, dejadez en mantenimiento, vajilla sucia, camas que podrían tener 30 años, se notaban todos los muelles, fuimos con un niño de 3 años y el cuarto de calderas estaba abierto sin llaves, NO HAY WIFI, no estaba ni el módem y la tele no funciona claro, imagínense el viaje con ese niño sin poder ver la tele Lo mejor, que el anfitrión no nos contestaba, se reía de nosotros, pusimos una reclamación y nos compensaron económicamente, así que por favor, no vengáis, no os dejéis engañar con el precio y ubicación

• Catherine (8/5): Except for the host’s attitude the property was really nice. - Location was very good and the property was just as the pictures very nice The host had an attitude, poor communication and lack of empathy. They did not pick my calls when I had questions and responded very late to my messages yet kept sending reminders of my check out time)

Booking.com have been very helpful but customer service from the property has been poor.. It was a dreadful experience for me.

• Magdalena (10/5): A fantastic stay in a perfect location — I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again. - The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was excellent — just a short walk to London Eye and very well connected to public transport. The beds were comfortable, the space was bright and well laid out, and all amenities worked perfectly. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was clear and helpful There was nothing significant to dislike. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
• Fazal (4/5): - Location is great Great food near by. Nearest to London eye Dishwasher is available but bring tablets along with you. Floor was clean but carpets are very old and dirty. Cupboards , iron and crockery was available We were on 7th floor and Imagine there were not any lift. No parking was available we had to park car half mile away and paid £50 for 2 days. Sink hot water tab was broken and in December we had to wash our hand and face with cold 🥶 water. There were no Internet facilities at all. TV was available but no entertainment connection was a There were written that 6 people can live. But only 2 double beds were available and 1 single mattress and 1 sofa. These were for 6 people.
• Nazmeen (1/5): the worst place ever no comunication an not shown real pictures - it was near the shops which is why we booked this place. an it looked good in the photos no tv no wifi ceilings had leaks floors wore scratched. an in the photos wore covered up by a rug an cellings wore not shown tv didn’t work i had a child that has epilepsy an autistic it was a complete nightmare for me an my family we paid to book this place to get away an have a nice break but it was the the worst night mare. my daughter was very un settled as there was no tv or wifi.i feel i should be refunded as i wasn’t comfortable or happy my family as we had my daughter that was upset screaming crying as this wasn’t fair for mean my family. i contacted the person who was in charge of this property he ignored me an said he will contact someone to sort the tv an wifi out but again we wore fobbed off. an i was left upset frustrated feeling worse than i was at home.

But No luck. Didn't like the bed and the linens.. The towels were all wet when we checked in..didnt use any of them as we brought our own..
• Uzma (5/5): Overall good stay if just to sleep. Would probably stay again. - Easy walk from Big Ben to the flat. It was a nice little street and just round the corner from Waterloo station. Easy to buy basic essentials from the co-op an Iceland on the street. The flat could have been a little cleaner especially the stove. It was very sticky. Also the wifi wouldn't connect to the t.v.

El baño el wc sin tapa, la bañera sin cortina agua por todo, la cama supletoria sin poner te deja un colchón en el armario sin hablar de las camas que sentidas hasta los muelles del colchón en definitiva vaya mierda de estancia Una vergüenza de asistencia y de alojamiento

• Abigail (6/5): Disappointing - Really central and easy to get around from. Check in and check out was easy. Well equipped kitchen. No instructions on where the log on to the WiFi was. The WiFi didn't work therefore no TV! With a young child this was a challenge. No shower curtain and the toilet sheet was not attached. Notified management company as previous occupants had, but this was not fixed when we were there. Mattresses were solid! Really shame so many negatives as it could could be wonderful here.

• Katrina (7/5): Nice apartment, but needs TLC. - Great location in Lower Marsh. Spacious apartment with balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Owners responded to messaging promptly. Very close to Waterloo station. Not for anyone with mobility issues, as no lift. Climbing 5 x flights of stairs with suitcases was hard going. Washing machine door didn't open. No air con, just a fan in living room. Toilet seat was not attached to toilet. Floor in living room very scuffed. Balcony - solar lights wire was snapped, not working. Balcony table very rusty. Dead plant in pot full of weeds. Full ashtray hadn't been emptied before our arrival. A shame, as this would be a great property with a little TLC.

TV didn’t work and no assistance was given. Needed help as was in room from 3pm til 9am with no tv and with 2 Kids was disappointing. No reimbursement and was told to make sure was out at 10am

La falta d’implicació del propietari/a, ja que la tv no anava i no la varem poder encendre en 7 dies que vam estar degut a la seua deixadesa. A més a més, no semblava net del tot, ja que la moqueta deixava molt que desitjar i l’estoreta i la cortina del bany qüasi parlava; Sumant altra cosa, la tapa del wc estava trencada (solta totalment i pegada en cinta) i la taula del menjador coixa perquè li faltava una peça (ens la vam arreglar nosaltres). Els llits eren molt incòmodes i es notaven molt desgastats i vells. Per al preu que te, crec sincerament que no hauria de formar part de booking, ja que vos ha deixat en mal lloc (és la primera vegada que em passa i mira que hem reservat vegades amb vosaltres).
• Benjamin (4/5): You get what you pay for and this is cheap for where it is. However, would I stay here again? No. - Location is good. Feels very much like a landlord special. Toilet seat was on the floor when we arrived. No shower screen so water splashed onto the floor. Carpets were dirty. Bathroom sink had expanding foam holding it together. Living room floor is heavily scratched. Front panel was missing off the microwave .

• Giovanna (1/5): 5 floor, no lift, without WiFi, bad host - Location I never received support about WiFi, so I don’t have internet in my all stance, in the description of the property never mentioned the 5 floor without elevator
• John (1/5): No keys, no communication and no caring. - Rooms were fine, good living space. We could not get any access to the property upon arrival. I had 7 unanswered calls to the number given to ring. I sent booking.com messages and text messages. I explained my wife was disabled and I was with my 2 daughters, fully loaded with cases in 30 degree heat. Booking.com were also trying to get contact with the property owners for me, with no joy. I was on hold 21 mins with them trying to help. I eventually got the code to the key box and it was empty. Again I could not get any contact response. We got the keys via the cleaner when she returned to the property 2 hrs after I had arranged to pick them up with the property owners weeks before we arrived. My daughter was in tears, panicking, trying to book another hotel and looking for a train to go home the next day. There are 7 flights of stairs to the flat. This needs publicised as people with disabilities or health issues would really suffer, as my wife did. The property is ok, clean but no walk in shower. Only one in a bath, again no good for some people. The location is good, handy for most things, it's very close to the train station and noisy but that did not bother us. I would never ever deal with this property owner again after our experience with them, they really spoilt our trip. We also paid £798 for 2 nights. Not worth the money in hindsight.

• Andrew (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - Exceptional Stay in the Heart of London – Don’t Be Put Off by Old Reviews! I’ve just spent two nights in this fantastic flat in London, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is absolutely superb — just a one-minute walk from Waterloo Station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The flat itself exceeded all expectations. It was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. There are two spacious bedrooms, a stylish and well-equipped kitchen, and a contemporary bathroom, all finished to a high standard. It’s clear the property has been maintained with great care. A special highlight has to be the two balconies with breathtaking views of the London skyline — perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I’d strongly encourage future guests to disregard any previous negative reviews. Yes, the communal entrance area at street level looks a little tired, but don’t let that put you off — the moment you step into the flat, you’re greeted with comfort, cleanliness, and quality. An outstanding place to stay in central London. I’ll definitely be booking again! There were no negatives

• Anita (1/5): Nightmare on Lower Marsh - The location This property was not clean and lacked basic needs such as teatowels, teaspoons, pasta strainer, coffee, frypan, tongs, and more. No WiFi for 2 days. TV is broken Kettle unusable Probably the most disturbing was the mouldy mattress for our 3rd child to sleep on. It's an absolute rip-off and definitely Not suitable for families. Communication is poor. The host was unreasonable. We tried negotiating with the host for a 1 night refund in good will of all of this and were refused. We will be seeking compensation. Please message us for photos if you like.

• Karen (6/5): Pleasant - Nice looking. TV good. Bedrooms good. Fridge not working, no teaspoons or oven gloves. Reported on line about fridge - no comment. We would have hoovered before left, but couldn't find. Couldn't find controls for the Bathroom towel heater. Was like a sauna.

Fridge and freezer didn’t work through our stay, and no attempt was made to remedy it. Various fittings and fixtures were either broken, or ill fitting There was no connection to the wi-fi No instruction manuals, welcome information or pack, in fact, no info of any kind. The bed in our room had a mattress like a morgue slab, and the bedrooms were unpleasantly warm, despite the time of year. The protruding sharp point of a screw on the dishwasher was frankly dangerous It was reported, pictures sent, and again nothing was done to remedy the issue. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay However, we would not stay again, and certainly would not recommend. Shame, could be really nice with a minimum of effort. Alan.
