• Rodrigo (1/5): shit and no support - I didn't like anything, everything is old and nothing works The service is very slow and there is no support. We were without hot water for 2 days. Several times were scheduled to solve the problem but they didn't solve anything.

• Giselle (10/5): A wonderful stay that truly felt like home with stunning ocean views and a perfect location in Brickell. - Let me start with our host who was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We loved this Miami Brickell Ave apartment! It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with modern simple furniture. The space felt very open and airy, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking. Being in Brickell, we were close to great restaurants and shops, and it was easy to get around. CVS and 7/11 are 20 steps walk and Wholefood is 20 mins drive. Nusret Steak house 5 mins walk. Finally, the building’s pool and gym were super nice as well. There wasn’t much to complain about, but you can’t wear bikini while you are in elevator going to the pool. It wasn’t a big deal tho.
