- Nur (8/5): Very good - I stayed at this 3-star hotel for a few nights and overall, it was a good experienceđ The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. Wi-Fi couldâve been faster, and the breakfast was pretty basic, but for the price, it was worth itđ€© I'd stay here again for a short trip

Durty sheets toilets are leaking⊠sitting on the toilet wasnât a optionâŠ. (Standing in 2cm water anywayđč)Just a very rundown place with a very unfriendly sri lanka lady at the receptionâŠ. It was shocking we coverded the matress with our beach towels as we had not really a other option as it was already midnight. This was a very sad stay⊠Everything!!! It was terrible!!!! Read above!!!!!! On the picture you can see mould I didnât bother to make more pics but ifs shockingđ«Ł
- Mohd (4/5): Good Location But Need To Improve Other Aspect - The location is good. Service is average. The room (Standard Single Room) wasn't good enough, can't qualify as "Standard" yet. It is tiny with thin wall. If I could listen to other people at next door or outside... They might could be able listen to me as well. There are other different hotels that provide better standard room with the same price in the area. Just that they lose in term of marketing part compare to Swing & Pillows. * I understand now why some people did rate this place for 5 stars. While on the way checking out, they were being asked to rate it in front of the receiptionist and the receiptionist will take a screenshot after they gave the review. I'm not sure because of the management order or the individual effort. Very cheeky, huh?

- A (5/5): Passable - Accessible, Got smartTV which is good also. We like it because the price is cheap since we just need to put our things. Aircon is good very coldđ„¶, got water heater also if you want to have coffee. And 2mugs and 2small spoon. Shower heater working properly also. Its actually good to rebook to your hotel, however because of few things we dont like..Will get other place to stay. Especially your front desk đ poor customer service! You're receptionist is not pleasant to do customer service, If your working as a customer service should know how to be one! Feels like we are not welcome! And We stay there for few days never got room service to clean it. It should be automatic " they will knock said room service".. And someone try to open are door and this person after trying to open are door, this person try to open other's door after ours đ€đ€š why? And very noisy outside our room. Should have policy to keep it quite because some people are trying to get rest guys! So even we want to stay again in your hotel we get other hotel. Hope take it as a positive so can change so in the future and make your customer come again, especially your price is very good! Good luck đ

- Ryunami (5/5): If you don't have any choice.. - During my stay, I saw too many guests requesting for room changing because the aircond are dysfunctional or the room are badly leakage during the rain. The front desk were really busy attending these problems. Thank God my room was okay, the room and bathroom are clean but unfortunately it has no TV unlike in the photo and there is only one switch for the lights, it's either you sleep under the brightening light or in total darkness. The size of the single bed room and the bathroom are very small but thank God the hot shower worked just fine

- Devon (1/5): Bad - Location The lift was not working(my room was on the 3rd floor). The room required a pin every time you entered. Worst of all, the room was not soundproof. You could hear the live bands playing until 2-3 o'clock in the morning. I had to change hotels, or else it would have been impossible for me to sleep. I wasted three nights' worth of rental here.

I stayed the other day in a hotel 20th floor for 22 bucks so this one would be 10 Usd max for the value u get and small size of the room!

- Sam (8/5): Great location - The staff was great. Shout-out to Nina! Requested for a room change on second day and Nina promptly helped us with it. No more water disruption after the first day, in fact the water pressure is super strong. The room is relatively small but I have already expected it from reviews of other people. Finally, great location ofc. First night was a nightmare. We had a room facing the busy street of Bukit Bintang. It was so so so noisy because the window is not completely sealed too. Then, there was water disruption. I was just about to shower and then there's no water. Had to wait 30 mins before I got my water back.

Location is perfect Because we were on the ground floor , the noise was a lot and sometimes the worker on duty speaks loudly on the phone the whole night so we could barely sleep lol. But because they were so kind, somewhat didnât really bother us. But perhaps just advice to be a bit quiet..
