• Dina de Uruguay (10/5): EXCELENTE , VOY A VOLVER - Ubicación, mobiliario pero principalmente la atención del personal via WhatsApp, contestaban a los minutos siendo un domingo. Y al otro dìa tenìamos la manta en la puerta !!! Todo muy bien explicado en su manual y para self check-in.
• Daniela (7/5): - • Nota a favore, la posizione. • Silenzioso • 350€ di caparra mi sembrano davvero esagerate oltre al fatto che non viene restituita dopo una settimana come scritto nelle info • Se si affitta un appartamento è perché si vorrebbe usufruire delle stoviglie ma anche di tre padelle adeguate per farsi un piatto di pasta o un secondo. Con il prezzo che viene affittato a notte credo doveroso dare uno sguardo a ciò che manca. • Pulizia poteva essere più approfondita, ma comunque dignitosa

• Claudia (10/5): Gerne wieder - Schöne zentrale Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Café, wo man morgens frühstücken kann. U-Bahn San Babile zum Flughafen Linate ist in 8 Min zu erreichen, der Dom in 10 Min. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und gut. Die Informationen zum Zugang waren ausreichend. Im Haus gibt es einen Concierge, der bis 18:30 h vor Ort ist bei Fragen.

• Karīna (10/5): Super! - Man ļoti patika naktsmītne , it īpaši atrašanās vieta un arī cena ir atbilstoša. Virtuvē bija viss nepieciešamais , vannasistabā arī ,viss bija ļoti tīrs un patīkams . Paldies ! Varēja dzirdēt reizēm kaimiņus ,bet tā nav naktsmītnes vaina , tur iespējams cilvēkiem vajadzēja uzvesties klusāk .

• Nere (6/5): - La ubicación es un 10 Te hacen pagar una fianza de 350€ que no especifican antes de reservar. Lo cual me pareció de lo más injusto y excesivo. Pero ya que me haces pagar ese dinero, intenta que cuando llegue no me encuentre tabaco de liar por todo el sillón del salón. Sería lo mínimo.

Bequemes Bett, gute Ausstattung alles was man braucht war da. Hilfsbereites freundliches Personal. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!! Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Flecken auf dem Sofa und an der Wand. Hilfreich wären mehr Schilder um die Treppen und den Schalter für den Eingang zu finden.
• Jean-Paul (8/5): - Appartement très proche du Duomo bien situé dans le cœur de Milan. La salle de bain est très confortable et bien équipée. L'appartement est très calme. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune denrée alimentaire( laissées par les précédents) pour démarrer le séjour. Pas de grille pain, pas de cafetière à dosettes. La machine à café proposée est une cafetière italienne à moka.

Appartamento facilmente raggiungibile grazie anche alle indicazioni del check in. Appartamento elegante e completo dei servizi necessari per il soggiorno (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura, stendino, ferro da stiro e phon).Ottima posizione per godersi zona Duomo. nulla
• Michael (7/5): Nice location, okay for the money. - Location was good A knife for cutting would be helpful for use in the kitchen. Elevator was poor and felt unsafe. Keys to get in gate were a little difficult

• Miranda (5/5): Not good value for money . - Location The room is very small and you can hardly walk around, we could also hear noises from the adjacent rooms . The dishes were still in the dishwasher and we could not use them. Funny enough we were asked to put the dishwasher on before leaving as they would empty it. If we wanted to cook , there weren’t many utensils and if we wanted to heat some food, there was no microwave. In the bathroom no hooks to hang the used towels. We had to pay a deposit as a security including cleaning, however , we had to take the trash downstairs ourselves. Really not good value for the money we paid.

• Ernesto (5/5): It is possible to make the stay more comfortable with a minimal investment - The location and size of the apartment were god It was the first time I have been in an apartment booked at booking that I have complained to the renting company about minimal items that were unavailable at the apartment. There was not electric kettle to boil water for tea or coffee, no wash up detergent to clean the plates, cups or and pans, no paper towels (or clothes) to dry them. Contempora management responded that no paper towels neither detergent or a kettle is stated on their web site therefore there are not provided. We boiled water in a pan what was unsafe to poor into the cups. The cupboard where the plates, cups and the drying rack is for people at lest 180 cm of minimal height in order to pick them. Only two pillows were provided for the bed, I would suggest Booking to establish a minimal standard of items to be available in order for some company or private to advertise on its web site. Additionally, there is no toilet paper holder it is over a washing machine, neither two hooks to hang the shower towels The shower hanger was broken so we have to hold the shower head by hand, they offer to repair it. What it is a pity is that the apartment has the potential to become cozy one if just the renting company will provide with the very basic items someone expects for a comfortable stay

• Soyoung (9/5): Superb - You not only use a room but the up-to-date apartment equipped with every modern convenience: kitchen, washing machine and elevator. The house is clean and well-functioned. The heating, flushing and other things worked very well. Great location! You can walk every famous places in Milano. Good communication with the staffs. I didn’t see the host or staff because of self check-in service, but the kind doorman helped me a lot such as finding the door keys, the apartment and place for garbage disposal. DEPOSIT. I had to pay 350 euro for deposit. As a traveler, I had limited euro for the trip so I was worried about my budget. After check-out, It took me 4 days to get refund. Sadly, my trip was already finished so I could’t spend that money and I re-exchanged it. I’m not used to turning on the induction, starting the dish washer and flushing the toilet. It would be nice to have some instruction in the apartment.

• Ester (9/5): Incredible location! - Location was perfect, 2 min from the Duomo and the Galleria. Very clean and instructions to get the keys are very useful. Everything was great but if I had to say something that could be improved: the TV is a little bit old and we didn’t understand where we had to throw the garbage bags.
• Christina (8/5): Very good - The proximity to the Dome, Saint Emanuele Gallerie, LA Scala, many restaurants, and shopping. The sofa bed in the living room had some unpleasant stains and on the verge of collapsing. The look of the apartment was overall outdated but functional. Some TLC is needed.
