Please take into account the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

- Guest (5/5): Wouldn’t stay again - The location was great and the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The rest of the apartment was ok, but very shabby in places. I find it quite unjustifiable when running apartment rentals like this, that a window of only 4 hours is allowed for check in before they start adding all sorts of charges. We were arriving on different flights, and the person who was meant to get there during their very specific free check in time slot had their flight cancelled. They made us pay another €50 to check in. I know they state this in their booking, but it really is just a way of making more money off people in a difficult situation. Further to this, our deposit wasn’t returned and we had to call up and fight to get it back with them trying to claim they couldn’t find our booking. They also tried to charge us extra city tax for the children even though they are exempt, and insisted we pay an “admin fee” for the city taxes, despite this being a government tax. So beware of this lot and their sneaky extra charges which to honest I don’t think are even allowed. Better off staying in a hotel.
- Zsuzsanna (8/5): Fantasztikus helyen van, ár-érték arányban tökéletes. - Fantasztikus helyen van, az ablakból látszik a Sagrada Familia tornya, ki lehet menni korán reggel, tömeg nélkül is megnézni, legalább kívülről. Minden elérhető pár percre, kis bolt, nagy bolt, gyógyszertár, éttermek, isteni churros a sarkon, nagyon jó a közlekedése. Nagy lakás egy régi házban - emeletenként egy lakás. Nagyon segítőkész volt az ügynök, átvehettük a kulcsokat a hivatalos check-in időpont előtt. Összességében jól felszerelt. Bár nem nagy forgalmú az utca, de összességében nyitott ablaknál elég zajos. Érkezéskor egy kellemetlen szag terjengett a lakásban, de másnapra megszűnt (talán a lefolyók nem a legjobbak). A szállásadó 300 EUR letétet kért, és csak a távozásunk után nézték át a lakást, hogy van-e kár. Mivel a fal, a berendezés egy része hibás/sérült, kicsit aggódtunk, hogy hogy lehet bizonyítani, hogy nem mi okoztuk a hibákat - végül teljes egészében visszakaptuk a kauciót. Egyen csomagban kaptunk 1 mini flakon mosogatószert, 1 db mosogatógép tablettát, 1 adagos cukrot/kávét/oliva olajat, de semmi egyéb felszerelés nem volt ami sok apartmanban van. Legjobban a mosogatógép tabletta hiányzott, vettünk, otthagytuk, de a következő vendégnek is csak 1 db lesz :)
- damien (8/5): Un agréable séjour en famille. - L’emplacement proche de la sagrada familia, du métro, des commerces et autres lieux touristiques. Les 3 chambres spacieuses sont agréables. Le canapé serait à repenser. Nous étions 5, et pas souvent à l’appartement. Mais un canapé 2 places et inconfortable n’est pas l’idéal.
