• Vicky (4/5): Uncomfortable apartment but good location near major tourist sites - Good location, a couple of blocks from the Duomo and other tourist sites The apartment was very sparsely furnished - just the absolute minimum of bedding, no cushions, no extra blankets etc, so it wasn’t very comfortable. And the self check-in process was confusing, plus we were overcharged and it took quite a bit of effort to get this fixed (early communications to the property weren’t responded to). The overcharge was eventually resolved but it was stressful and slower than it should have been.

Szkoda, że nie udało się spędzić czasu w pierwszym apartamencie tylko w rezerwowym z powodu niespodziewanej usterki, rozumiem. Nie podobała mi się komunikacja z gospodarzem, musiałam natarczywie pisać i dzwonić a odzew był na następny dzień lub po kilku dniach. Apartament, który zarezerwowałam był 20 minut do centrum na nogach, niestety z powodu usterki, która się pojawiła tydzień przed naszym przyjazdem. Dostałyśmy rezerwowy nocleg, który był ponad 40 minut na nogach do centrum. Rozmawiając z obsługą, pytałam czy ten zastępczy apartament będzie tak samo blisko dostałam odpowiedź, że tak. Niestety tak nie było.

• CLUA CAMACHO (9/5): Aparamento perfecto para unos dias en Milan - La ubicación es perfecta cerca del centro y de l para de metro. Esta muy limpio, los utencilios de l cocina precen o son nuevos. Toallas nuevas. Ampilo y bien aislado del ruido. Cojines un poco incomodos y huele un poco a cerrado o tabaco, como raro.
• ATHANASIOS (9/5): - The location of the apartment was perfect, making it very easy to get around Milan. The apartment was very clean and always had hot water. It was also warm and comfortable, even though the weather in Milan was quite cold during our stay. The only downside was that the household supplies were very limited, as there were only two small bottles of water provided. Additionally, an extra blanket would have been appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

• Neva (9/5): Great stay - The place is clean, accessible to everything, and has a homey atmosphere. I have to throw the garbage before checking out. It's ok to segregate it, but to bring it to the garbage room that stinks made me puke. Also, some of the guests didn't follow the rules of segregation, so it was a mess.

• Marijana (5/5): Very cold - I liked the location only The apartment was very cold even though it was May, so be aware that you don't have controllable AC, when I said that we are freezing in the apartment they sent as a dirty blanket, also you will get only a few little soaps in the bathroom, I wouldn't recommend it, they should put something for heating in the apartemnt for months when the weather easily changes

I am extremely dissatisfied with the apartment; it is freezing cold, and the entire place feels like being on the street due to the ceramic tile floor, plus the furniture is outdated. On top of that, they took a 350 EUR deposit, but I don't understand what it was for.

• Ron (8/5): Great location - The apartment at via Felice Cavallotti 13 is in a great location near the Duomo, Galleria and numerous restaurants. The apartment is spacious and very quiet and importantly has a washing machine. Therefore I would recommend any tourist looking for somewhere to stay in Milan should consider this one. No major issues just a lack of bench space/storage in the bathroom.
• Jesse (3/5): Poor - Location No responses to 3 separate contacts through booking.com. They took a massive deposit worth more than the actual cost of the rooms. Then forced you to throw all trash and clean dishes as part of their”contract agreement”. The air conditioning was privately controlled so you had no control over temperature in the room. The process of getting into the room was automated and a mess if not for the man who is working during the day and was helpful. Nothing was in the room expect dish soap they wanted you to use for dishwasher.
• Kavinder (9/5): Superb - This is mostly automated stay apartment. There is no host, all the instruction like finding key and pins to open the door will be provided to you via text. There is one person active on WhatsApp who will clear most of the doubts if you have any. That was very helpful. The apartment is located walking distance from Duomo and metro. It was nice experience living here. Note: they take security deposit of approx 350 euros(2 day stay). That will be returned within 1-14 days post your stay. I am yet to get mine. Size of the bedroom is small. There is just space for bed. But it's in middle of city so I am assuming that's standard room size here.

• Tedy (8/5): The apartment is clean, comfable place to stay with family, and location is very near to Duomo for us to enjoy Christmas - The location is just working distance to Milan Duomo and shopping areas are working distance. The room is spacius with a sofa TV room, Kitchen and dining room is great for us to cook dinner or breakfast. We have to buy shower gel and shampoo ourself as it provided solid soap. Laundry machine works well. except that we have to hang them to get them dry before packaging. Always bring a long small packs of detergent for laundry. Sandal should be provided especially winter floor is rather cold.
• Victoria (7/5): Overall good stay - Great location. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. It’s mentioned somewhere in the reservation rules but not so obvious that there’s 350€ damage deposit that will be charged on top of the cost for your stay. They will require you to fill in a horrible registration form with unnecessary but private data including the passport photos of the guests, otherwise the self-check in instructions wouldn’t be provided. The communication with the property management via booking.com is very slow, you might not get answered on all your queries. The concierge guy was at least friendly and helpful.

• Oksana (9/5): Great apartment in a good location - A great apartment, beautiful and spacious in great location. Few min away from Duomo. Multiple supermarkets nearby. Tip: highly recommend laESSE supermarket over Carrefour Express. The management not so great. There were no spoons and a couple other necessities, tried to reach them for 3 days through both Whatsapp (preferred option) and Booking.com with no luck.
