- Bray (10/5): Poifect - Clean and secure! Perfect location to stay for events at the Saddledome. Great view as well! 10/10 good time! Not much to say here!
- Jade (10/5): -
- Jacqui (9/5): - This was a very spacious property with fantastic views. The bed was comfortable & the seating area too. Good shower & amenities. Lovely to have both dishwasher & washer / dryer + the products to use them. No blackout curtains in the bedroom. The sunrise was amazing but I didn’t necessarily want to see it every day! No can opener & we had an issue with the washing machine not switching on.

- Gano (8/5): - View was nice, well equipped for short stays, location as always,I've stayed here numerous times just for that Certain things needed repair, bathroom tap leaked, cabinet above fridge needs adjusting as everytime you open the fridge it caught it and opened it too, patio door extremely noisy and hard to open
- Donald (8/5): -
- Francine (9/5): - L’emplacement est top n plein centre de Calgary, le parking est super pratique car nous avons visité Calgary à pieds. Le canapé n est pas trop confortable pour dormir, mais pour 2 nuits ça va
- Kimm (1/5): Not overly happy - Not set up for the number of people I booked for, what an absolute nightmare getting into the room, parking down in the basement is a nightmare as well and not easy for bigger trucks.
- Stacy (9/5): - Beautiful space and safe N/a
- Jesse (10/5): -
- Zack (8/5): - Perfect location! Need more then one key fob. And had a slight issue with elevator working before I had fob. After we got it it was all good!
- Juan Manuel (10/5): Fabulous. To future hosts, read very well the welcoming instructions. All is in there and very well explained. - Great location to rest without the hassle of a hotel. It truly feels like home, and the owners are very helpful and responsive. You self check, use your given initial code to access the building. You have only 5 minutes from the code entered to reach the lift and press floor #where the apartment is located. There you recuperate the fob key. Nothing would work without that key! Some reviews claim unclear instructions. My take away, most of us in the rush of getting there, we trend to not to read what is advised to be done before getting in the premises.
Safe parking is free and available at the lowest level of the building. Just make sure to read the instructions carefully to the very end. The parking entrance is just beside the building’s lobby entrance. The parking door opens once you approach with the vehicle. No mystery. The assigned spot is in the North Tower, while the apartment is in the South Tower. To access the lifts to the South Tower use the yellow door that is about 10 meters away from assigned spot and not the one in front of the assigned spot. Yes I fell in the trap not reading to the very end… but we laughed a lot and enjoyed the moment! All okay; nevertheless I realize how annoying might be for permanent residents to have AirB&B neighbourhoods, but anyway great for us as a customer.
- Miller (8/5): It was a good distance and comfortable stay but some of the things were a pain it was pricey but overall I enjoyed and - I liked that the bed was comfy and so were big white pillows and it was very close to cow boys and country thunder One of the pillow cases was literally stained yellow, the walls were not very clean and it was dusty in lots of areas and you can see the damage they tried to hide in the property. The checking in and out process is extremely frustrating and I feel like there should be black out blinds not just regular white ones in case someone actually wants to sleep in and not have to wear a eye mask.
- Lena (8/5): Nice stay in Calgary :) - I had a great stay at this place in Calgary! Everything was exactly as described – clean, well-organized, and very thoughtfully set up. You can tell that a lot of care and attention went into making sure guests feel comfortable and have everything they need. The communication beforehand was clear, and the apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped. It felt very safe and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local shops, transit, and everything I needed during my trip. The only minor downside was the check-in and check-out process, which turned out to be quite time-consuming. While everything worked out in the end, the procedures could be streamlined a bit to make things smoother and quicker for future guests.
Other than that, I really have nothing to complain about. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained stay in Calgary!

- Chenille (2/5): Overall, our stay was okay, and the location of the unit was perfect for the event we were attending — which we truly ap - Location I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding the experience. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, there were several issues that affected the overall quality of our stay.
Unfortunately, a number of key amenities were not functioning during our visit. The elevator was out of service, which caused major delays for us as we were trying to get to scheduled events. The in-house washer was also not working properly, which further impacted our plans and created unnecessary stress.
In addition, the cleanliness and room service fell short of expectations. We were provided with dirty linens upon arrival, and despite staying for 3–4 days, we were not given extra towels — even after requesting them.
While the staff may have been aware of these challenges, no one offered any verbal reassurance or support, which made the experience feel impersonal during a frustrating time.
I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences, as we had looked forward to our stay and expected a higher level of service.
- Pamela (10/5): Absolute, perfect accommodation for my visit to the CS. - The location to CS was perfect, loved being able to watch the fireworks at night. Apartment had everything I needed ie kitchen and laundry. Trying to access the apartment was a little tricky - but this was mainly due to the building lift issues. Only one lift was working for my stay - so long delays. This was not the responsibility of the apartment owners - they even notified me by email on what the issue was. They were also super responsive to my checking in issue. The building attendant was super helpful as well.
- Anonymous (4/5): Won’t be back - The condo was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect! Staff were very helpful. The only complaint I had was the elevator. It was absolutely horrible. There was only 1 elevator working out of three for a building with 41 floors. It took forever to get up and down in the building. Being on the 34th floor it was not an option to take the stairs. Apparently this is an ongoing problem in the building. I am a claustrophobic person so will NEVER stay here again. Our group was very disappointed.
- Colgan (8/5): Very good - I've never seen a more convoluted check in my my life. I'll never stay here again. Checkin processs does not give enough time to take elevator to enter code.
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful Everyone and everything
- Maria (8/5): High up..34 floors...complex, but good - If you love remote check ins via your phone, this place is for you. Detailed, complex instructions with photos are sent to your phone. Some are time bound...but doable. Lovely view and comfortable room. A bottle of wine was waiting for you! Location for downtown is perfect. A $400 deposit for possible room damages... and we better get it returned. Only 2 elevators working, so long waits at times.
- Uraz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pottle (10/5): Affordable comfy place to stay - I loved that they have private parking stalls for your vehicle to store it safely.
Amazing view
Very clean place to unwind after a day of exploring , never gets old The key retrieval system can be a little bit frustrating as we had to try a couple times before it times out
- Marni (8/5): Incredible view and great location downtown. - Location Noise in hallways
Ridiculous safety deposit, even for short stays.
- Anonymous (1/5): Disappointing and Frustrating Experience – Not Worth the Hassle - Good view I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely frustrating from the start. It took me around 2.5 hours just to get into the property. The check-in process is poorly designed—you’re only allowed into the elevator within 90 seconds of gaining access, and if you miss it, you’re stuck waiting for the next one. That means long lines (up to 30 minutes) just to go up or down.
Trying to get help? Good luck. The phone support was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real assistance when I called for help.
On top of all that, there are hidden fees. You’re forced to either pay $107 upfront or leave a $600 deposit, but there’s no walkthrough or guidance on how to ensure you get your deposit back. This lack of transparency and support is unacceptable, especially when the deposit is significant.
To make matters worse, no park pass for Banff was provided, which adds more cost and inconvenience.
Overall, this was a waste of time, poorly managed, and not worth the money or stress. I would not recommend staying here unless the management seriously improves their check-in process, transparency, and customer service.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bats33 (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and whole apartment to yourself Didn't seem to be any sun blockout blinds or curtains so room was very bright, hard when battling jetlag
- Md (7/5): Decent, great price but have to have more elevator for this building - Location, washer dryer, balcony, checkin and checkout easy Elevator slow, bedroom too small, coffe machine not working,
- Boxer (9/5): Perfect Downtown Location - The room was very nice and the location was great. The parking was very nice to have also It was too light in the bedroom, hard to sleep. Blackout blinds or curtains would help. The bedroom was a little tight
- Arnab (10/5): it was very nice -
- James (7/5): Great location/Not for those technically challenged - Close to Saddle dome. The complimentary bottle of wine was nice. The check in process is exceedingly complicated. If you don't go fast enough when you enter the building you cannot access the elevator without the fob which is the apartment. Another person used their fob to get us access to the 34th floor. There is no instructions for any of the appliances or TV. There was a lot of street noise and construction noise. No info on grocery stores or restaurants near the apartment.
- Abhikumar (1/5): Bad -
- Marni (8/5): Worth a return visit. - Incredible view and a nice, bright apartment. Noise from neighbors, especially those yelling down the hall at 3:00 am.
- Kan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was optimal, great view as well. Instructions and directions was well provided and exact.
- Cary (7/5): Good - Location was great. The check in and check out processes are very stressful. Elevators were broke down. They charge a $600 refundable damage deposit or a $100 non refundable which isn't mentioned when booking.
- Hyatt (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cody (10/5): Great host and location - Location and Price, check in instructions were step by step very helpful
- Lloyd (8/5): Very good -
- Kathryn (6/5): Great location but you can probably find better. - Great location Not super clean. Found lots of hair in the shower, there was some spray or smell on the bed that I was allergic to, and the faucets were wonky/broken.
- Marcel (2/5): Really not well kept . - Did not like anything about it The property was not looked after .poor quality small uncomfortable bed bathroom tap not working properly . No laundry soap etc etc .
- Anastasiia (2/5): Unexpected expenses and charges - The downtown location is excellent, with a nice restaurant close to the buildings. We didn’t expect to be charged a $100 fee that wouldn’t be reversed. There are two options: block $600 on the account or be charged a one-time fee of $100. During the check-in process, there is a list of potential additional charges.
The room wasn’t cleaned properly and is in poor condition. The check-in and check-out process with ID verification is annoying.
- Hamid (2/5): Very poor -
- Srinath (1/5): Bad - I had a disappointing experience with this property due to dishonest practices by the host. Future renters should note,
Document Everything, Take photos of any damages when you arrive and before you leave. The host charged me for damages I didn't cause. Banff Pass and Wines these extras are not worth it and may result in unexpected charges. Take photos of the key fob and Banff Pass when you leave. I was charged $150 despite leaving them in the room.
Overall, the view isn't worth the cost and hassle. Be cautious and document everything to avoid unfair charges.
- Gabriella (9/5): Can recommend this apartment - Very fast response from the owner, super appreciated! Also we got help from the owner when we couldn’t get the laundry machine to work, she even took her time to come to the apartment. Very clear instructions when checking in and out. The apartment felt new and nice. The bed sheets for the bed sofa was not folded but laid in a pile which felt like they might not have been washed. The bed sofa was broken in some way and needed some force in order to making the bed. Wished there would’ve been chairs/sofa on the balcony to enjoy the view.
- Laney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gunther (8/5): Comfortable and clean - Good kitchen , bathroom and hot water excellent. Comfortable mattress . Good service when we left entry fob in apartment . Supermarket and cafes close by and downtown walkable or tram nearby Had a little trouble with check in and location of lift from carpark . Directions for washer would help but it is good when going . Also the bedroom needs block out curtains or blind as the lights from the Casino and entertainment area are bright . Lucky we had eye shades
- Solange (10/5): Nice stay! - Close to downtown, amazing view on the mountains, thank you to Dominica who is really helpful and make the difference! An improvement will be to have opaque curtains in the bedroom due to the long long day!
- Miguel (6/5): Great View, nice layout, terrible bed and linens. - Location was decent in correlation to the downtown area The bed was horrible, the couch was hard and is showing its age
- Branden (6/5): Good location bad value for your money - Great view and location Burnt out lights in the bathroom. Stains on the walls. Weird sticky stains all over the deck. Bad water pressure. Kitchen sink only runs hot. Long elevator waits. Annoying check in and out. Hidden fees.
- Tammy (9/5): Superb - Location and views
Comfortable bed
- Khaled (10/5): Exceptional -
