• Ricardo (10/5): Buen lugar calidad / precio - El baño es más grande de lo que parece. La habitación fue bastante cómoda y limpia para mi esposa y yo. Las instalaciones estaban en buenas condiciones y el barrio es bastante tranquilo.

• Raul (8/5): Apartamento pequeño pero bien equipado. - En comparación con el apartamento el wc era muy amplio y tenía muy diferenciadas tres partes, ducha, retrete y fregamanos. La habitación para 4 personas es un poco justa. No había silla para todos (únicamente encontramos 3). Algo alejado de las zonas céntricas.

• DanKitching73 (9/5): Kiwi Visitors in Dec25 - It was a cosy place for ourselves, with good transport links and great value when staying for a few days. Close for walking to nearby places including skytree, with trains back if walking is not your thing A little more room would help, but we made it work for 4 of us.
• Guest (10/5): Great apartment for a small group/family to stay in as it is very clean and comfortable! - Everything was supplied for us, we did not need to buy many toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - only toothpaste. The kitchenette was supplied with everything you could possibly need and the convenience of having a mircowave meant that we could easily pick up something from 7/11 (only like a 6-7 minute walk at most) and reheat it in the comfort of the apartment. There are also many transport links like stations and buses around which it made it very convenient when travelling. The only complaint we had was how far we were from the Tokyo's city centre, however, that was our fault as we did not realise the distance to the activites/places we had booked for in advance.

• Mo (7/5): A functional, clean, and budget friendly place to stay - (1) BEST - Hot tub bath has a heating unit built in and is fantastic after a long day walking Tokyo streets. (2) All amenities are provided and the host is easy to contact and helpful. Main issue: It's a very small unit, which made it a challenge to move around with two adults; it would be extremely tight to add any more people. That said, the apartment has everything you need (including cups, bowls, utensils, stove top) and it's all where you'd expect it to be. Minor: An always-on check-in iPad glows through the night; would be better if it could be put away somehow after check-in. The provided slippers are clearly pre-worn. TV service stops after 20. min and pauses for a time; I think it's preview only and subscription required but not subscribed.

• Massimo (8/5): Vivi la vera Tokyo - appartamento pulito e in ordine. molto silenzioso aria condizionata ok bagno e servizi puliti e completi letto comodo check in semplice la zona non è turistica, ma a noi è piaciuta molto perché vivi la Tokyo degli abitanti, frequenti gli stessi locali per cena (molto più economici che in centro e con servizio più attento). la stazione dista circa 10 minuti a piedi mentre la fermata degli autobus è molto vicina. Katsuo molto gentile e risponde velocemente. i quartieri di Tokyo distano tra i 30 e i 90 minuti con i mezzi pubblici rampa di scale piuttosto ripida, per gli standard occidentali l'appartamento è piccolo, va bene per una coppia. in 3 ti devi adattare. avrei gradito qualche stoviglie in più, ma nulla di grave. comunque consigliato.

• Tito (10/5): 很棒、很喜歡。 - 網頁照片與實際內容相同，整體的住宿體驗極優，住宿價格也實惠。房東回覆訊息快速及友善，令人安心。位置在巷弄內，清幽寧靜。兩個小孩（11歲跟13歲）都很喜歡，舒適又有家的感覺。室內的空間設計及設備，滿分。二大二小，剛剛好。泡澡、洗衣、微波食物⋯⋯該有的住宿設備都有。另外，還有陽台空間及衣架設施可供曬衣。走路5分鐘，有7-11及二手店（2ND STREET)。如果有機會再到淺草及晴空塔附近觀光住宿，會願意再次租賃。 真的要說缺點，就是需要走十幾階樓梯上二樓，雖然這對我及小孩來說，不是什麼大問題：）。若有大型行李的，樓梯旁有扶手輔助，也不會太費力。小心一點，就不會有安全問題。
• Allison (10/5): - I like the convenience because it was close to the train station and a short walk. The apartment had everything I needed. And I feel like I got my money's worth. Great value. It was a studio apartment and a little cramped for two but it served its purpose. We used the apartment basically for sleeping only. But all the conveniences made up for the smaller space.

• Sheila (10/5): if you want a peaceful and clean place to stay , you can stay here but the only cons here is that 45mins travel to shinj - it is very clean...bathroom and all...very comfortable to stay...near to tokyo skytree. only the cons is travelling from shinjuku (center) to the place (accommodation) took around 45mins to 1hr and we are in hurry to go home before 11:30pm so that we can catch up the last train...
