• Aneesha (3/5): - That it had 2 bedrooms I was extremely disappointed with my stay as it did not reflect what was advertised or promised at the time of booking. The rooftop and pool, which were a key reason for choosing this accommodation, were closed without any notice despite being booked months in advance, and free parking that was confirmed beforehand turned into an unexpected $30 daily charge. Essential amenities such as WiFi never worked, the utensils and fridge were dirty, the main bedroom and lounge lights blew, and both the bath and shower stopped working for over 12 hours during our short stay. In addition, rules around visitors were not disclosed properly, leaving us feeling misled. These repeated issues created constant inconvenience over the course of just 7 days, and combined with the lack of transparency, amount to false advertisement.
• DAVID (9/5): Un superbe appartement à Downtown LA ! - Un très bel appartement de type industriel, en excellent état, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, avec une superbe vue depuis la grande chambre. Des sodas, des bières et une bouteille de proseco dans le réfrigérateur, au top ! Des dosettes de café et tout ce qu'il faut pour la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle. L'isolation phonique de la grande chambre avec vue qui est côté rue. La fenêtre est particulière, est simple vitrage. Ça permet aussi d'être en prise directe avec la ville ! Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits boules quies obligatoires. Des WC séparés auraient été un plus mais ce n'est pas obligatoire Sinon nous avons eu un problème avec le parking annoncé gratuit. La carte n'etait pas reconnue et la première nuit nous avons dû payer 42 $ ! La carte n'a jamais fonctionné de tout notre séjour. Après prise de contact auprès de la société qui gère l'appartement, ceux-ci nous ont proposé un remboursement contre justificatif. Rapide et efficace !

• Grace (5/5): - Clean, comfortable beds. Location was super loud. And the parking was a little stressful because the card key provided didn't work at first.
