Important Information
Please take into account the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

- Vladimir (10/5): - The placement of the apartment is very good. You can reach the metro or bus in a few minutes. The view from the apartment is nice. It's clean and very comfy for a company of 3 couples. Few shops in a close range.

- Hugo S.H. (10/5): Excellent stay - Very spacious, everything new and well maintained. Very quiet location. One of the best places I've ever stayed. It's not close to downtown or tourist attractions, but there were shops and restaurants nearby. That makes it very quiet and family-friendly.

L'appartamento è spazioso, arredato di tutto, caldo e silenzioso. I due bagni utilissimi se si è in più persone. La posizione è ottima per la vicinanza della fermata della metro.

- DAMI (10/5): 여행하기 좋은 위치에 있는 넓고 쾌적한 숙소입니다. - 그라시아 거리에 있고 근처에 FCG가 있습니다. 무릎이 아프신 어머님도 무리없이 걸어가실 수 있는 거리에 까사 바트요가 있습니다. 방은 3개였는데, 1개의 방에는 더블 침대가, 2개의 방에는 각각 싱글 침대가 있어서 4명이 생활하기에 무리가 없습니다. 넓고 쾌적하고, 주방 가전과 주방 도구들도 충분히 있어서 요리해서 먹기에 충분했습니다. (소스나 향신료는 당연히 없으니, 필요하다면 챙겨가시길 권장드립니다.) 딱히 없었습니다. 굳이 한가지를 꼽자면 슬리퍼가 구비되어 있었으면 했습니다 :)

- Farahat (6/5): We limited our excursions to going out once a day because of the elevator issue. - The apartment was comfortable, good appliances, beautiful views. Small grocery store across the street was very handy. Although there were no instruction manuals for the appliances, the apartment manager helped start the washing machine. The elevator was out of order all 7 days of our stay. The apartment is on the 7th floor (8 flights up), a major issue for us, as we are 78-84 years old. We called about the elevator every day, but no satisfaction. We felt booking.com should give us a rebate for the inconvenience, but have had no response. One bathroom was so small it was hard to maneuver.
