• Diana (10/5): - Wir haben schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, auch mit Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Die Haltestellen sind fußläufig in 4 Minuten (Metro) zu erreichen, auch Bushaltestellen. Neben der Wohnung gibt es kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und ein Obstladen direkt an der Ecke. Die Wohnung ist nur 2 km vom Koloseum entfernt. Auch die andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von 20-30 Minuten mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erreichen. Es war eine schöne Zeit in Rom!
• Marta (1/5): Falta de higiene. Frustração no meu aniversário - Localização Higiene. O apartamento estava infestado de barata. Apesar das ter uma etiqueta de higienizado, havia um xixi de uns 4 dias que exalou cheiro de urina por todo o apto. O colchão de casal era mole e muito velho. Havia manchas de mofo nas paredes de um dos quartos. O filtro do ar condicionado não tem manutenção e começamos a tossir assim que ligamos. O sofá da sala estava sujo e grudava o braço se encostasse. Havia dois armários na cozinha, em um deles havia poeira e barata sobre as louças e no outro, louças estavam engorduradas assim como os eletrodomésticos. A água do chuveiro só esquentou se ligasse a torneira da pia. Havia uma vasilha com barata morta embaixo da condensadora do ar que pingava. Dia 4 hóspedes, somente meu marido tomou banho, já que chegamos na acomodação às 23:00 e saímos da acomodação às 00:30 após encontrar outro lugar pra ficar. Sempre planejamos nossas viagens com antecedência, mas neste caso, tivemos que sair da acomodação de madrugada, e nos submeter as taxas praticadas no verão europeu. Foi a maior frustração da viagem na véspera do meu aniversário de 47 anos.
• Bogna Nosal (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja,stacja metra 100m od domu. Blisko za zarazem daleko od zabytków miasta. W pobliżu piekarnie, supermarkety spożywcze, cudowny warzywniak, piekarnie, lodziarnie i bary. Można było poczuć rzymską codzienność. Zmierzyliśmy się z dwoma problemami. Pierwszym była awaria zmywarki, której Wynajmującemu nie udało się usunąć przez cały tydzień naszego pobytu. Drugim tzw. terma która miała słabą wydajność i wzięcie prysznicu nie było łatwe.
• luca (3/5): Meh - La disponibilità del padrone Per entrare c'è voluto un miracolo, sembrava di dover entrare in un caveau, per cosa? Non c'era acqua calda, la maniglia della doccia era rotta e rimanevi chiuso dentro e in generale era sporco. Peccato perché l'host è stato disponibile

• Atamna (1/5): Bad - Nothing First of all it’s far away from colosseum more than 40 minutes by walking Netflix not working by them u have to but your own The water is so cold come for one minute hot and the rest cold The air conditioner in one of the room was flushing water on the ground
• Mansoor (5/5): Wouldn’t stay here again - The location was handy - close to metro to access points of interest. The apartment was spacious. A lot of the points that have been raised in previous reviews - these should be addressed by the owner. Cleanliness could have been better including for cutlery and crockery. Netflix doesn’t work, air conditioning didn’t work everywhere, water temperature in the shower was not consistent. Also, we didn’t have WiFi for two of the three days. Basic amenities in the apartment upon arrival (e.g. water bottles) would have been a nice touch and other then how to get in the apartment there were no instructions for anything else (e.g. where to find iron, or how to log into WiFi) or any recommendations for visitors to the city.
• Chris (3/5): Rome is nice - apartment IS NOT - To like, honestly there is not much - maybe the location is ok- to dislike there is a lot - many problems which have been mentioned by others who have left feedback and nothing has been done - kitchen has old and dirty plates , knives , forks pans etc , WiFi doesn’t work , Netflix doesn’t work - SHOWER - water cannot control - sometimes to cold and many times boiling hot / dangerous for children , no heating , air condition don’t work - and just when you cannot take anymore - the neighbours - I have never stayed anywhere so noisy - don’t be fooled by the pictures of the apartment - Honestly its a terrible place …

• Jern (5/5): Beware: misleading advert: No Netflix access or heated towel rail. Noisy neighbours - Near metro station. Fairly spacious property. Good video instructions on how to access the property. There are staircase steps to climb before able to access a mini lift that can fit 2 people with luggage at a time. Water drainage of the toilet basin is slow and drainage seems blocked. Shower cubicle edge does not seal well, water leaking. Towel rail heater not working. Bedroom ceiling light not working. Burnt ceiling light not replaced. Noisy neighbour esp if sitting in the kitchen. No Netflix included despite advert. Misleading advertisement.
• Tereze (10/5): Great. Thanks. - Very comfortable apartment in great location- just few mins from metro, easy to reach the center. All clean, kitchen fully equipped. Host provided baby bed even if did not ask - that was very kind. Would be nice to have some coffe capsules as there was a coffe machine
