• Hyunseok (10/5): 숙박 만족 - 163이 위치는 Ooak만큼 좋은데 Ooak보다 더 먼저 지어저셔 약간 더 낡았을 줄 알았는데, 숙소 관리 상태가 좋고 정수기, 쓰레기봉투, 세탁세제 등 필요한 용품들이 다 구비되어 있어 Stay를 위해 추가로 구매해야하는 것들이 없었음. 말레이시아 콘도들이 그렇듯이 우리가 숙박할때도 운나쁘게 하필 아코리스 A동 수영장 시설이 수리중이었는데, 관리 하는 분께서 Ooak 출입증을 우편함을 통해 제공해주어서 Ooak 수영장과 헬스장을 마음껏 사용할 수 있었음. 문제는 생길 수 있지만 밤 10시건 상관없이 대응해주는 관리팀에 감사함. 큰 수건이 네장 제공되는데 여분이 더 있었으면.. 수영장 가고 할때 쓰이다보니 좀 부족하다고 생각했음.
• Howse (9/5): Great spot in MK - Location, furnishing and cleanliness. Quiet also due to excellent double glazing. Shower heads faulty, bedside lamp didn't work and ironing board was very poor. On balance these were very minor things though.

• Cynthia (10/5): Overall, this is a fantastic home away from home & we’ll defintely stay here again as we make frequent visits to KL - In a great location close to amenities & 1MK & 1 Utama malls. It’s just behind Hyatt House in Mount Kiara & next to 163 Mall too. Nothing to complain about except that the towels provided were not very absorbent & we ended up buying some of our own.

• Fatyn (9/5): Great location, clean and new! - The location is really great, its nearby alot of cafes and restaurants that you will enjoy. The rooms are really clean, new and there is everything you need for a short couple of days stay. The owners are very responsive to any queries you have. I will definitely come back again as this place is perfect for us. The self check-in was hassle free, really nothing bad to say about this. Thank you Marilyn and CG!
• Yuko (9/5): Good in general - The location was super good. Many choices of restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores are all in 5 minutes walk. The unit was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. It was convenient for kids to have a desk in each room to do their homework. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to understand. The furniture arrangement and kitchen layout were different from the photos, but it was not a problem. However, the washing machine had a strong odor at first, which transferred to our clothes. We bought vanish and thankfully it resolved the smell. Additionally, the screws on the legs of dining chairs came off and the chairs were wobbly. We bought an Allen wrench to fix them.
