• Salih (10/5): Roma da 2 km lik daire çizin merkezi via sistina caddesi heryere max 2 km - Konumu mükemmel ve tarihi romada heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Eski taş yapı ama sevimli. Güvenli bir bölge. Temiz ve tam fiyat permormans yeri. 3 kişiden fazla kalınmaya uygun değil.

• Elena (10/5): Molto ben organizzato. - Posizione ottima, pulizia e spazio abbondante. Elasticità per check in e check out. Tutto perfetto, solo un suggerimento: un paio di bottigliette d’acqua a disposizione potrebbero fare comodo nel momento in cui si arriva da un viaggio.

• Natalia (8/5): Buen lugar y céntrico - Alojamiento céntrico, las instalaciones muy buenas y muy completas. Todo muy limpio y útil, si vas a pasar bastantes días tienes servicio de lavadora y secadora. Para ser una calle con bastantes restaurantes abajo no se escuchaba nada! Las ventanas bien aisladas. El chico que nos dio las llaves y nos indicó todo sobre el alojamiento fue muy amable! Le dijimos sin podíamos dejar el alojamiento a las 11 (ya que nos indicó a las 10) y ningún problema. Muy atento al WhatsApp El wifi no funcionaba, deberían de modificar la dirección que hay en booking porque el alojamiento no se encuentra en ese lugar… tuvimos bastante lío para terminar de entendernos y saber donde realmente estaba… el teléfono que tienen en el post tampoco corresponde al chico que me llamó para darme la información de la dirección correcta. (Le tuve que preguntar con tanto lío sobre la dirección si el alojamiento era el que se veían en las fotos y si

• Piotr (8/5): Pobyt udany, lokalizacja super - Przestronny apartament, lokalizacja bardzo dobra! W samym centrum, do fontanny di Trevi okolo 10 min na pieszo, sklepy spożywcze też są w pobliżu. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre, suszarka, ekspres do kawy był. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i dobry kontakt Nie wygodne łóżko w salonie. Czuć sprężyny. W mieszkaniu słychać jak sąsiedzi wchodzą po schodach i wszystko co dzieje się na klatce schodowej. Niesie się dźwięk. W obiekcie jest winda natomiast nie działała i była zamknięta na klucz. Utrudniło to dostanie się z ciężkimi walizkami do mieszkania.

• Ionut (10/5): Recomand - Am apreciat amabilitatea proprietarului, curățenia și faptul că există fier de călcat. Canapeaua a fost foarte tare, iar semnalul la internet era slab în zona canapelei și a dormitorului. De asemenea, ar fi util dacă televizorul ar fi înlocuit cu unul smart.

• Mari Mereu (10/5): - L'appartamento accogliente, luminoso e silenzioso la notte. La posizione è strategica ed ottimale per gli spostamenti a piedi o con la metro linea A Barberini a 100 metri. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. L' appartamento consente di vivere al meglio l'esperienza turistica. Potrei solo suggerire un miglioramento sulla qualitá del divano letto per un riposo di qualità.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and had all the facilities. The guest was very kind also and serious, we didn't have any problems. I highly recommend it for families, groups etc. It is just like in the pictures. 😊👍👍 We liked everything.
• Okan (10/5): Çok güzel anılarım oldu. Tekrar gelmek isterim. - Daire kocaman,Çok temiz, çalışanlar çok beyfendi ve yardım sever , eşyaları hemen taşıdılar , iletişimleri süper, Chris muhteşem biri. Mutfak malzemeleri tam özellikle tavalar yeniydi.Daire sessizdi. İki tane klima var.Her yere yakın. Metro dibinde. Civarında marketler fazlaca var.Daire içinde ütü,çamaşır,bulaşık,kurutma makineleri mevcut. Banyosu süper su basıncı ve sıcak su gayet iyi. Kahve ikramları var.Erken girişte çok yardımcı oldular. Büyük büyük duş şampuanları, bebek şampuanları , bolca havlu var. Daire 2. Katta ve bir asansör var, sadece en üst kata çalışıyor. Sanırım bu şekilde konaklamada kullanıldığı için üst kattaki mal sahibi diğer katları iptal etmiş.Çok anlamsız geldi. Bu asansör sonradan yapıldığı için mervdivenleri daraltmış. Valiz, bebek arabası gibi eşyalar dar olduğu için zorlanıyorsunuz. Dairenin giriş kapısı 2 kanattan oluşmakta ve bir kanadı asla açılmıyor bozuktu. Bu nedenle büyük bebek arabası sığmadı , her defasında katlamak yada 2 parça halinde içeri koymak zorunda kaldık. Büyük boy valiz zor geçti. Daire sahibinin aynı katta 2 tane daha yeri var ama büyük diye biz burayı tercih ettik. Temmuz ayı sezon sanırım fiyatlar bana yüksek geldi.

• Jodi (7/5): Nice stay if you’re not looking for a hotel - The property was large and spacious with a lot of great facilities if you’re looking for an apartment. The bed was comfy and the lounge space was satisfactory. The team were nice in helping to accomodate an earlier check in and late checkout. The wifi was terrible not reaching to the bedroom - when we asked if they could help connect to another one of the lines there was not a real response. There was no lift and the apartment was on level 2 - but the team helped to lift the suitcases. The apartment is a little dark at night - there could be more lights added.

It wasn’t not value for money I was shocked by high score - Close to attraction and restaurants 1-Sofa bed is not comfortable and main bedroom mattress is stiff like aboard. 2- Toilet flush after use keeps leaking water for long time so making noise 3-Flat superficial clean but actually it is not 4-WiFi cut off when you are in bed room 5-Noise from neighbour flat, it looks like a plaster board between us and them , you could even hear them when they are using bathroom or talking 6-Outside door is a nightmare to open, owner aware of it but likely trying to ignore fixing such issues, we were lucky to get in as a family just left, contacted them, they brought another set of keys but it is the same issue .we decided not to go out as not sure if able to get in later! You have to do certain approaches to open it! 7-Kettle was very dirty and wiring out for switch, agreed to buy a new one 8-Lift is broken, I have noticed this in previous reviews from June 24 9-Floor mat for bathroom room is cheap quality and unhygienic 10-Communication was difficult with no clear instructions, You have to communicate through booking which takes time for owner to answer. Likely I have to ask his worker for details. 11-Address is wrong on booking . Again owner aware of it from previous reviews. It is 5 minutes walk but you could imagine taxi dropped you off with luggage and children! The message didn’t not tell me to take notice for a different address so just used booking address for taxi 12-Shower shampoo and body wash, just cheap quality from a shop, likely used by previous customers! Again unhygienic! 13- Weak shower 14- Give one set of keys which locked in a ring with slot to use for electricity. If I need to go down stairs or to shops then my family stays with no power, they provide me with another one when dropped the spare key. 15- poorly ventilated through out with bad smell

Washing machine, flatiron, coffee machine with coffee capsules, etc. Also the location was great We couldn t comunicate well with the host! They gave us a number that didn t work so we sent booking message and they responded very late. At the phone no from booking we had no answear.
