• Tumiso (1/5): The place should be investigated - I didn't like anything, I didn't even get to stay there, the owner responded to one of my messages about move in time, told me that he sold the place and I should get t a refund from booking.com, thr place is still listed on booking.com but the owner sold it, no refund is given to me and booking.com didn't help at all so I lost my money, I wouldn't recommend the place until this ownership is resolved, They responded a night before and I had to go look for another place and pay while the place keeps showing confirmed booking and charged me actually.

• Joanci (6/5): Convenient and clean. - A clean bed in a good neighbourhood. Property is very run down and in need of maintenance. Think peeling paint, cracked tiles, broken windows, dead garden. Finishes and furnishings very basic.
• Siv (9/5): ONE IN THE BAG-LEY - Quick, easy check-in. Calls are answered. Privacy goes both ways, give and you will receive You do receive a remote control for the main gate-use responsibly. Stayed at the address a number of times, and it is always neat & clean on arrival, bar fridges clean and smelling like a fridge should. Bedding is clean like bedding should be. The venue is modern, and rooms are easy on the eye, not overdressed. Boomed off access controlled area It's still one of my favourite venues. 10h00 check out - 11 is always nice The Bolt app does take its drivers to the address via the preferred Bolt route, which does delay the pickup as drivers do get lost on the positive side it does not happen with every trip.

• Gibson (8/5): Excellent, safe, great location and quiet. - If I had one comment and as a suggestion. Would suggest putting a mirror in the bedroom. Difficult to use a hairdryer as the only mirror is in the bathroom. The host did give me an extension to use but it was a bit awkward.

• Rajambal (9/5): Stay at 145 Bagley - It was very clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect for my needs. Liked that there was enough tea, coffee , milk and sugar provided. The wooden chairs were a bit uncomfortable- needs cushions. Otherwise everything was good

• Goitsimang (7/5): My stay was a solid 10, the comfort, privacy. When I requested the stove to cook they brought the stove. The place is a - The privacy, the set up in the room, strong Wi-Fi and comfort. I didn’t like the fact that the pool was dirty, I even requested to have it cleaned the lady said it’s cold. Secondly I was low-key disappointed when I found out there’s no washing machine in the room and I have to pay R80 for my laundry to be washed.

• Liz (4/5): It was ok. - The location was perfect and if all you want is a room to sleep in at low cost - it will be suitable. I found it difficult to alert anyone when I arrived as there is no bell at the gate. I had to phone the contact number on the booking site and then someone let me in. He was not overly friendly and did not say much at all. The TV remote was missing - I was offered another room but I had already unpacked. Most of the holes in the shower head were blocked and there was no door / curtain so the floor got wet. I see that the booking site described the room as having a washing machine (not that I needed it) but there was none.

• Letsaolo (10/5): Exceptional - The reception lady was so friendly and welcoming The room was so clean and tidy and the place is so nice and quiet which can give one a peace of mind plus the security there is so👌🏾 At least add a door or something at the shower that will prevent water from being all over the bathroom when one is taking a shower And also maybe clean the pool if possible🙆🏾‍♂️ my partner was sure that she would get in the pool but then it was not clean

• Sithabile (1/5): HORRIBLE AND DISSAPOINTING - Nothing From the first day of my arrival, they guy who helped us in did not even open his mouth to greet or welcome his guests. He just opened the door, gave me the ,showed WI-Fi password and the left. My entire stay the WI-FI was not connecting in my room. TV was not working.They don’t clean the rooms no Matter how long you’re staying , they don’t even help with disposing the room bins. There’s a dog that jumps on you when you fetch your Uber eats, tried to call the owner and he did not even pick up, I was rescued by the Uber eats driver. No one checks if you’re okay and you don’t even know who to contact if you need something. It wasn’t pleasant at all. Hospitality is 0/10.

• Bugler (3/5): Disappointed and frustrated - The location for the purpose I needed it was good. I arranged a late check in and was assured they would be expecting me. On arrival at 23:00 everything was locked up with no one around. It took me almost two hours to gain access to my room after a stressful sequence of events to even get someone at the property to wake up to assist me. I eventually got into my room around 01:00. At no stage thereafter was there even an apology and I did not see any staff for the rest of my stay albeit they had ample time to come and apologise. In the room, there was a leak from the shower onto the steps into the bathroom which could create a hazard if you slipped on the steps. I have been in the hospitality trade for 36 years and never before had such a “lack of caring” by a host. I also know that bad reviews can hurt a business so this is not a simple case of just complaining but a genuine concern for the standard of the so called service they claim to offer. I was very disappointed due to this as service in the hospitality industry is what counts.

Its also in a very good neighborhood.secured and clean Everything is 100% Maybe just the fact that i still got Loadshedding was not great. But the place is simply amazing
