• engelbert (7/5): Well, considering it is Sakura blossom season, the price of the room makes sense but still very pricey. In fact, perhaps - Location is number one. Ease of entrance is 2. Walking distance to the train station is 3. Air conditioning is a 10. Modern toilet bidet 10. It’s very small for what we paid for. The bathroom is small and the toilet area is also small but understandable considering the location. No view from the balcony.

• Igor Marini (8/5): Localização excelente - Localização. Espaço apertado. Eram duas camas de solteiro e não havia espaço para transitar. O quarto era nitidamente pensado para apenas uma cama de casal mas foi adaptado, comprometendo o conforto.
• Daniela (5/5): - Is really small. Ok for 2 people with small luggage. Definitely not suitable for 3 adults as we could not open and use the sofa bed due to lack of space for that. Im glad we only spent one night there. Also, they had a issue with the cleaning crew and the apartment was available for us only after 7pm
• ANTONIETA (10/5): Awesome. - Good location just few minutes walk to Shibuya Crossing and Hachiko, and there's a lot of restaurant nearby. near the train station, and 5mins walk to Mega Don Quijote, the famous Ichiran. The foam of the bed are too soft.

• Matthias (3/5): Shop around - The location to central shibuya - toilet smelt worse than a public urinal - extremely noisy from the outside and can hear karaoke all night until 6am and people talking - beds were just foam and way to small
• Timothy (9/5): - Instructions were excellent and easy to follow. Made it easy for us when we just arrived in Tokyo. The room is perfect for anyone who doesn’t need to have anything more than a bed and a shower.
• William (7/5): Well-appointed, but not really big enough for more than 2 people. - The bathroom was great, the air-con worked well and the washing machine and fridge were nice extras. Some people might be a little put off by the immediate neighbourhood, but we found it to be safe and pretty friendly at all hours. Shibuya is, justly, renowned for its food, drink, entertainment and atmosphere. This apartment gives easy access to everything you need, including a choice of convenience stores just minutes away. I don't know if there had been some incident with previous guests perhaps breaking a bed, but instead of the extra sofa-bed being a single (which appears in the photographs), there was a double sofa-bed which simply didn't fit the space available. The geometry of the room wouldn't allow the width of the double to be accommodated. As a result, I slept on it configured as a sofa rather than a bed. To be fair I slept well enough, but it wasn't ideal. I think the best solution would be to limit the occupancy of this sized room to 2 people.
• Sandra (7/5): Great location for couples - This is so close to the shibuya area that is great. For us a family of 4, Two adults and two kids, the space was too small. No space for anything. The noise at night from the Karaoke was loud but expected since we were right in shibuya. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it.
• M (10/5): Closer to everything. Clean organized and great host. - Cute, clean, tidy and organized. It has laundry soap and bath stuff ready. Iron and board and hair dryer all thought through for the guest. Great for family of 3 I like everything about it. Can’t find fault 😇
• Thomas (8/5): Good for us as a family with a young child - The apartment was in a good location near to the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, various public transport stations, shops and restaurants and all the things that make Shibuya an interesting place to visit. The apartment itself, though yes it is small, was comfortable and being an apartment had a fridge, cooking facilities, a clothes washing machine (with detergent supplied, thank you) and a place to dry clothes in the shower area. This was essential for us travelling with a young child. The bathroom and toilet facilities were very good. The bathroom had a deep Japanese style bath, a shower and had a drying function for clothes using the panel in the corridor. The host was great, very polite and good at communicating with us for all the usual things. Though we didn't require anything particular we felt we could contact them if needed. Although the sofa bed was really only suitable for young children the main beds (2 x single beds together) were comfortable and clean. There is air-conditioning in the apartment which worked well and was easy to use. Overall the apartment met our needs and we would recommend it, as long as you realise that yes it is small and the location may not be for everyone (see below) The apartment is compact, there is no getting away from it, though it is in central Tokyo so it is no surprise. We stayed without issue as 2 adults and 1 young child (under 3 years old) and managed to have our suitcase, bags and pram in the apartment entrance area. It is tight, but it met our needs and we slept well overnight. We knew it was going to be this size so it was not a shock for us. The fact it is an apartment that was, for us at least, at a good price without that many compromises was great. The sofa bed is only good for young children and I think should be replaced soon as it is looking and feeling a bit worn and old. There was no lamp in the bedroom area which would be very handy. Location wise, as other people have said in reviews, there are a number of strip clubs and bars near by and one night there was loud singing near by. As for the strip clubs and bars we did not feel intimidated or unsafe in any way, this is Japan after all and everywhere is usually super super safe, so for us it was not an issue but if it is for you, particularly if you are travelling with slightly older children, please keep this in mind.
• matthew (1/5): The key didn’t work getting in or amazingly out of the room - Can’t think of anything in the room. Shibuya is fun. . Great small bars, restaurants and clubs. I liked avoiding the room 🤠 We couldn’t get into our room. The key didn’t work. . We waited around in the heat and were tired . We nearly booked into a couple of rooms at a nearby love hotel - would have been easier, cheaper and more amusing!! Oh and it was hard to find and I was with two Japanese speakers . The locks were dreadful getting out of the room was really difficult to use. Ridiculous. The third bed was uncomfortable. I wouldn’t have left this bad review except for two reasons 1. To inform you 2. The owners knew they had stuffed us up and offerred nothing. I have actually stayed in a lot of Tokyo hotels. This was not good value . No cheaper than a hotel but boy did we pay for there being no reception. Help keep people employed and go to hotels with staff on hand. I have two hotels and I really don’t recommend this ecperience. Other people who had no trouble finding it and getting in and , can you believe it, of there room might have found it passable. It might still be ok value for three people needing single beds who don’t mind sleeping so close to each other that they can feel the warmth of their friends farts🤣. Shibuya is great. Find the small bar area , enjoy a great restaurant and then club till dawn and you won’t even remember the room🕺💃

• Edmund (9/5): Really helped kick off a great start to our trip to Tokyo! - Everything was as described and expected. You trade size for location, but it was worth it; works great for 2 people. Really liked having a washing machine in house and that the shower room doubles as a large dryer -- bonus tip there is a rod somewhere (I found it beside the fridge) to hang your clothes while drying in the shower room.
