• MARIA (10/5): Muy buena estancia. - Me encantó todo del apartamento, super acogedor y gustoso. En una zona buenísima para mi gusto para moverte tanto andando como en el transporte público, que en Viena es maravilloso y tienes todo al lado. También buenos lugares donde comer cerca. Un lugar calentito que se agradece en un sitio que tiende a ser más frío. Estuvimos muy cómodos mi pareja y nuestra niña. Estuvimos genial pero si tengo que poner un pero y hacer una crítica constructiva, diría que el colchón de la cama era muy blando a nuestro parecer. Hay muchas personas a las que les encanta así y para ellos estará bien. Pero nosotros si hubiéramos preferido que fuera más durito. Aún así, repetiríamos seguro. GRACIAS!!
• Staric (8/5): Apartman je ispunio očekivanja, pored primjedbi tj. manjih nedostataka, vrlo ugodan boravak!! - Iznimno dobra lokacija, vrata do ulaza u podzemnu željeznicu, u blizini stanice tramvaja i autobusa. Više dućana, restorana i kafića u blizini. Prostrana soba, funkcionalan apartman, udoban krevet i dvosjed. Vrlo detaljne upute sa svim potrebnim informacijama su poslane na mail. Apartman je uredan, primjereno opremljen, ali pokazuje znakove "umora". Brava na ulaznim vratima apartmana zapinje, potrebno je zamijeniti cilindar. Ulazna vrata apartmana su iznutra presvučena kožom radi zvučne izolacije, no vidno je pohabana i ima vidljiva oštećenja. Napuknut je umivaonik u kupaonici, potrebno ga je zamijeniti. Tuš kabina - silikon na spoju kade i zida je pocrnio od plijesni, na vratima tuš kabine prisutna plijesan i kamenac. Nedostaje rozeta na odvodu u tušu, gumenu protukliznu podlogu u tuš kabini je potrebno zamijeniti. Klizna ulazna vrata kupaonice se malo teže zatvaraju/otvaraju, potreban popravak. Oštećen/slomljen je laminat parket ispod lajsne u vratima između hodnika i sobe te postoji rupa! Parket se ugiba pri hodanju, labava je lajsna ispod vrata od sobe. Postoji manje oštećenje lijevog ruba zida lijevog prozora u sobi.
• Silvia (8/5): - It's a great location and easy to reach by public transportation. It's a quiet street but close to everything you need (restaurants, shops). The apartment is perfect for 1-2 people. The bathroom wasn't clean when I got there. There were long black hair in the shower and on the floor everywhere.

• Teodora (5/5): The only plus is the location - Very quiet apartment right next door to the metro station. The host sent a very detailed information how to reach it, get the keys and every single thing in the apartment. The fireplace is very cosy Apartment is not very clean, dirt everywhere, when I opened the toilet there was a dirt and hairs left in it, shower cabin was disgusting, hygiene definitely is not a priority, strange smell as if a dog lived previously there. Lots of stuff are worned out. Would be nice to have toiletries at least for the first night as we arrived late, no washing liquid for the dishes even. Mattress is awfully soft, husband got a back pain. Pillows are as for a child, very small and thin. Bathroom is the smallest one i've ever seen in my life, second big towel wasn't provided.

• Anve (6/5): Temporary stay 1 or 2 nights is fine - Very Close to subway station! Small old apartment ，The paint on the kitchen wall is falling off . Equipment are old. Clothes are always wet after washing, it would be better if there is an instruction manual there.

• Vasil (9/5): Superb - Location is super, right next to the metro and if you like walking also not far away. Apartment is small, but quite cozy and there is everything you need for having a few days stay. It was warm, quiet and perfect for few nights. I will definitely recommend and visit again. We did not like the bed, it was too soft, feels like in a hammock. And also you have to pay for coffee capsules, not a problem, but would be nice to be written in advance. Fair play to host, who informed us about everything in advance and has prepared a full-scale guidance on everything you need.

• Věra (6/5): Nothing more to add. - We prepared breakfasts by ourselves. The location was calm, without traffic and super near to the underground U3 station Schwegler Straße. Three people = three fully made beds = only two beds were ready. Three people = three chairs = only two chairs at the table. Troublefree password wi-fi connection. No password, no connection, no communication. Troublefree receipt of usual, standard TV chanels = not possible on the TV set.
• O (8/5): This was to study many of the historical structure , in particular the Palm House , at the Hofburg . - That it was near the Westbanhoff Station. To obtain keys , it was difficult to understand the instruction Happily the kind man from Apartment 26 , solved the problem .
