• Guest (6/5): - aicond ok sejuk jee bilik air pun ok je heater menjadi wifi terlalu slow tak boleh nak connect dekat tv. plug cas banyak tak jadi. card lift cuma ada satu je untuk group yg ada 10org jadi susah untuk kemana mana.. kalau guna tangga pun tak bolh masa turn blh guna tangga bila nak naik ke rumah semua kene acces dengan card jadi tersekat kat tangga tu.

• Luca (7/5): Spettacolare peccato la pulizia - Ottima posizione per raggiungere ogni punto della città, il 19esimo piano fa sì che dal balcone ci sia una vista stupenda sullo skyline e i parchi sottostanti. Un bagno era inutilizzabile per l'umidità e la presenza di funghi. La pulizia generale lascia un po' a desiderare

The house was not clean at all and had a strong, unpleasant odor upon arrival. The bathroom was in particularly poor condition — water remained stagnant on the floor, making it very uncomfortable to use, and the shower in the master bedroom was not functioning. The hygiene situation was unacceptable. We encountered numerous cockroaches in the bedrooms, and both my children and I developed rashes from the dust in the beds, suggesting poor cleaning standards. Additional issues included: The air conditioner could only be turned on using a broomstick to reach the main switch. The sofa in the living room was damaged and awkwardly covered with a blanket. The small balcony, which should offer a view of the city, was completely blocked by a clothes rack. Overall, this stay was well below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

• Nawaid (8/5): Overall it was a good experience .. - Location, basic amenities in apartment Some items were broken, such as the sofa and the showerhead, which I reported to the staff. Additionally, the AC in one room was not working properly, and water was leaking from the indoor unit.

We only got one key and lift card which required a bit of organisation with the family. Having at least 2 lift cards would make this easier.

• Naeem (1/5): Holiday spoilers, greedy host⁴ - Timely refund Host changed flat. We booked 3 bhk he gave us 2 bhk We had heated argument as we were 2 couple with kids so required 3bhk. Host plainly said you can cancel booking. We were in fix came from airport & were tired. Host was rude & said you can complain to booking. He was arguing after cheating us We had verbal exchange I wanted to complain to police. He gave an offer to refund 1/3 amount & refunded cash MYR 200 FOR NOT PROVIDING ME 3 BHK I ACCEPTED IT AS HAD NO OPTION & SHIFTING TO ANOTHER PLACE WITH KIDS WILL SPOIL OUR VACATION. THIS WAS MY LAST BOOKING WITH BOOKING AS HAD 2 BAD EXPERIENCES IN 4 BOOKINGS I MADE THROUGH THEM.

• Thomas (1/5): AVOID JEFF’S PLACE AT ALL COST - Nothing everything was simply bad and Jeff is a bad host and should think about doing something else Do not go there! The apartment is badly maintained, water is leaking and the whole unit is damp. During my stay, part of the ceiling fell off in the master bathroom preventing me from using it for my whole stay. Jeff the owner did not bother too much and the offered compensation was less than 20€ refund for this damages. The place was not really clean either and we found cockroaches. In addition, he did not provided a working access card to the apartment which forced us to stop to level 10 and get the help of the guard to send us up EVERYTIME. Jeff pretended he was waiting for the management to fix his card, but chatting with the guards it rather felt it has been like that for a while and he was the one simply not coming to fix it.. This person should simply not be renting this unit as not responsible neither respectful of the his guests.

Very nice The bathroom drain is bit off. Need to push the water into the drain as it stays at one spot. The bathroom leveling is bit off.
