• Naziah (6/5): Hope you guys improve - The view from the room is satisfactory and offers a pleasant experience. The staff members are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. Furthermore, the room service is prompt and efficient. I was very disappointed to find strands of hair on the floor and worms in the bath while preparing it for my children. It was extremely unsettling and distressing, especially since I expected a clean and safe environment for my kids. I truly hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures better hygiene standards moving forward, so that no other family has to face such an unpleasant experience
• Najib Redzuan (8/5): Big loft at the heart of JB - The house is big, beautiful and clean with complete amenities such as an iron, water dispenser and washing machine. The host is very responsive. The check in is easy. The swimming pool has the maintenance, days before we arrive. Future occupants should double confirm the availability of the swimming pool. As the pool is one of the deciding factor we chooce this place.

• Tian (8/5): Nice stay overall. - The location was near to the malls around JB. The view was good as you able to view sunrise and occasionally fireworks. Key collections is the easiest in all the AirBnB that I have stayed in. The gym above at times is noisy with the users dropping the weights and the banging sound is quite frequent and last long period of time. The toliet door for the common room is very noisy too.

Would have been better if a grab bar was installed at the bathtub in 2nd bedroom. The bathtub is rather high so need extra care getting in and out.

Check in and out was fuss-free and easy, the videos provided were easy to understand and follow. Easy to find parking as well. The whole place was spacious and comfortable. The property's lift is a bit slow.

From the point of booking till the point we checked out, host was very detailed in the whole process..Will definitely book again, this time will stay longer.Keep it up..zero hiccups during our stay there.. Can view the construction of the LTR. Between JB n SG . Provide Aircon controller battery fast when reported. Check in and out is easy. Service team provides a good guide. Living only one Aircon , not able to cool the room. very hot day time. Not much facilities. Stayed at level 35. Provided water dispenser. But didnt service on Aug 2024.. there is stain at the soda seat. A bit ex pay about sgd190 per nite. A good experience.

A great place to stay if u want to explore JB or Singapore. Me n my family stay here for holiday to singapore. N its easy to go in n out to CIQ from here. Nil.
• Muhammad (9/5): The owner was helpful enough to accommodate for earlier check in and guided us with a full tutorial before the stay. Onc - The property is spacious and private. Overseeing the sea and the playpen underneath the stairs was a nice touch for families with children. There were a few ants probably due to the wooden table but it wasn’t really a big deal. Otherwise there is nothing.

• Yu (10/5): Great view and clean, recommend to family traveling with kids - We had an awesome night staying at this accommodation. It looks exactly like the photos listed and it’s very child friendly. Not only has the indoor play area for kids but also provides the baby high chair. Surprisingly the kitchen provides not just microwave but also air fryer. Corner of the floor is dusty. No shower gel in main bathroom.
• Nurul (10/5): Great stay! - Hosts were very informative, prompt, friendly and approachable. They provided clear instructions with pdf on how to check in, what not to do (eg keeping noise down after 11, etc). Location was near CIQ. Views were great at level 35. Facilities were also convenient ( we used the building swimming pool, our kids loved to play in the play house. Microwave, fridge and cutleries (they even provided children cutleries and a baby chair) were used by us.) The men and kids loved the game console! The water dispenser was also convenient since we didnt have to keep buying bottled water. The loft was clean and the beds were comfortable. Toilets were also clean and all were in working condition. Wifi was working as well. It might be great if hosts can replace the bath towels cos they seem used and one of the comforter was abit itchy.
• Voon (8/5): Very good - Owner was nice to give compliment 2nd parking, there are hot/cold water dispenser. The place was clean n spacious. The 2nd floor pull-out bed was too close to the queen bed, couldn’t pull out the bed fully.
• Louis (8/5): The apartment is clean and nice, comfortable for homestay. - Beautiful unit , very clean and provides towels, toothbrushes, cutlery’s, plates , hot/cold water dispenser , big and clean fridge . Very comfortable for homestay. This location not so far away from R&F mall and City Square Mall and the CIQ. Due to construction on-going, not so convenient to walk to all these destinations. Have to take grab taxi. Nearby or below this apartment, no eateries during the day time except after 5 pm there is a food court so-called “FGJB foodcourt “ just beneath the property. Plenty of nice foods. Overall experience, 8/10. Not near to eateries or coffee shops during the day time.

• Jaye (10/5): Great host, great stay. - The hosts are great! A family member of mine is a vegetarian, and I asked the hosts before my visit for recommendations around this area. They kindly help me search up a few restaurants to visit. They were also very prompt in answering all my queries. Check in and out were easy and fast. Upon arrival, my family was all impressed once we stepped into the unit. Children went for the play area while adults admired the views. This place is equipped with a game set, water dispenser, fridge, tower fans, microwave, and washing machine. Can't comment on their functionality as we didn't use them except for the water dispenser. There's a jacuzzi bathtub in the upper bedroom. Water is warm enough (instant water heater, not storage kind) for a good shower, but if you need to fill up the tub, the water will not remain hot, but it is not cold either. The water temperature will still allow you to enjoy a good soak. There is a food court located just in front of this place. It offers a good variety of food, but the downside is it only opens at 5pm. This means breakfast and lunch place will have to be a slightly further walk away or a short ride to the nearby mall. By Grab, it is about RM5-6. Overall, this place is definitely worth staying at.
• Ssy (8/5): Very good - The loft suite is spacious and comfortable, great for family. The aircon is not strong enough to cool the whole loft suite. There were fans given, but the loft was still humid upon switching both fan and aircon. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

• Jacob (10/5): A clean and comfortable stay - The place is very clean, comfortable check in- out process is easy and convenient. My son love the play corner! The upper floor bedroom missing 1 curtain on one side of the window which makes the room a bit bright at night.
