• Mahmut (10/5): Bence hiç düşünmeden konaklayabilirsiniz. - Çok temiz ve çok şık bir yer. Ortak kullanıma açık hemen hemen her şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir mutfağı var. Banyo temiz. Sokağa arabanızı park edebiliyorsunuz ücret ödemeden. Bir otobüs ve bir metro ile Berlin şehir merkezine ulaşmak çok kolay. Beğenmediğim bir tarafı yoktu, profesyonelce işletilen güzel bir yer.

• Rashid Faiz Raja (4/5): It was horrible stay ever I left the city after first night as I had plans but they runied. - Nothing was right The guy was very irresponsible they made me waiting for more than an hour in cold snow and than he menace me of police and truly it was ver bad experience with them Now they are sending me messages and again menace me of informing police.

• Yannick (9/5): Unproblematischer preislich guter kurzer Aufenthalt - Es war alles vorbereitet. Alles komplett unkompliziert und man hat sich wohlgefuehlt. Kein richtiges Rollo in Zimmer 2 = zu hell

• Ömer (8/5): - Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, ich musste meine Anreise auf Mitternacht verschieben was überhaupt kein Problem darstellte. Es wurde dahingehend auch Vorkehrungen getroffen was ich sehr gut fand. Es war alles sehr gut.

• Jacqueline (5/5): - Die Lage des Hauses. Der Fernseher hatte als Standarteinstellung PayTV und war nur für technisch versierte Menschen umzuschalten. Die Heizung ließ sich nicht anstellen. Da ich im Dezember bei -3 Grad dort war, behalte ich mich mit der 2. Bettdecke.

• Mario (4/5): - ich war geschäftlich am 26.11. in Berlin unterwegs. Beim Telefonat am Abend mit dem Vermieter, haben wir uns geeinigt, dass der Vermieter die Rechnung der Übernachtung bis zum Sonntag, den 30.11. per email an mich versendet. Bis zum heutigen Tage warte ich immer noch auf meine Rechnung, da ich ja beruflich unterwegs war. Trotz Nachrichten von mir per sms und whatsapp keine Reaktion mehr vom Vermieter. So ungefähr..Geld habe ich, was kümmert mich die Rechnung... Schauen wir mal..vielleicht gehen meine Recherchen hier weiter, ob es mit rechten Dingen hier geht...

• Mark (3/5): Bad experience, attempted money-grab operation - - collecting the keys was convenient - the room seemed to be cleaned all right - cold - bad insulation - no soundproofing, every incoming noise could be heard from other guests - shared bathroom - After a 5 night stay (during which, I never encountered any of the staff), the owner contacted me saying that there was more than 1 person in the room and wants more money. This is entirely false, it seems like an attempted "money-grab" operation.
