• Giovanni (6/5): - Posizione Porta del citofono non si apriva nemmeno seguendo le indicazioni del gestore, wifi non funzionante, appartamento nel complesso carico ma trascurato con mobilio e doghe del letto rotte.
• Sinem (3/5): Very dissapointing. - Nothing when we entered the building! 1. The room was facing the garbage room, not a meter away! I didnt expect that. It looked like a sweet garden in the photos. 2. The room smelled, the sheets were moist! I dont know if it is the area because the apartment is in navigli but still! 3. The host knew we were 3 people. There was only one small bottle of courtesy water and 3 rolls of toilet papers. Oh but there were two sets of dishwashing soap expecting us to wash dishes -we paid the cleaning! (Its not my first time renting an apartment but it is the first time the apartment was not welcoming at all) 4. It was very difficult to reach the host. We needed the wireless password. Usually the host leaves an explanatory sheet of paper or message the necessary info. It took like forever to get the wireless code which is very efficient for foreign travellers! 5. The wardrobe in the bedroom smelled so bad and there were dirty nylon bags and whatever. The cleaning sucked! 6. There was a cabinet in the living room and the door of the cabinet was broken! Not a welcoming detail! 7. Having hospitality work experience myself, I suggest that with small touches like a room scent, like a welcome note with wifi password you can make the stay worth.
• Nataly (10/5): - Розташування зручне. Чисто, комфортно. Бронювала з автостоянкою її не було Інтернету не було. Просили доступ до вай-фай не отримали. Було пізно заселення, інструкцію вчасно не отримали.
• Kseniia (8/5): Рекомендую! - Класне, стильне, зручне помешкання. З двома спальнями. Гарне містоположення. Чуйний персонал Хотілося б, щоб були таблетки для посудомийки/стиральної машини та кава. Хоча б по пару штук.
• Delphine (8/5): - Conforme à la description, bien situé, proche de navigli grande et bien desservi par le tramway. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Je recommande Malgré le fait que l’appartement soit très bien équipé, certaines améliorations seraient à apporter. Lave vaisselle mais pas de capsules, lave linge mais pas de lessive, pas de sel, poivre, torchon à vaisselle. 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 3 personnes qui séjournent 5 nuits, c’est peu…. Le dernier jour de notre séjour il n’y avait plus d’eau, nous avons envoyé un message à l’hôte qui est resté sans réponse
• Sindu (9/5): Comfortable, convenient stay. - Location was very close to our son’s accommodation. Has all necessary amenities, induction cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge and dishes. Comfortable stay. Not much really. There was a leak from the toilet on the floor. Other than that all was good.
• Anita (9/5): Superb - Beautiful and big ❤️ and quiet neighborhood Safe for ladies and solo traveller's I would have liked more options for public transportation, especially for solo travelers. The destinations indicated on booking.com appear a bit closer than the reality. Night live not really close to property
• Stephen (3/5): There are much better for cheaper available - Comfortable beds and location is pretty good short walk to most transport Zero WiFi and zero effort to do anything or fix issues If you are under 6foot you will struggle to reach anything I’m 6ft4 and was tip toed
• Matilda (7/5): Good - Very spacious and a good apartment. The bathroom needs better ventilation. It gets sooo humid which leads to... :( So a proper clean would be good in ceiling and walls.

• Kieran (9/5): Lovely and excellent value - Location and look, where it was in relation to navigli night life was spot on. The was only one negative really but didn’t overly affect us the bottom of the shower was not sealed very well at all so water ran out when you showered. Also there is a iron board in the apartment but no iron.

• Dols (7/5): Good - Modern and clean appartement in a good location near the vibrant Navigli area. The accommodation was perfect with our group of 4 friends in total. Good price-quality ratio. Please note you have to pay the tourist taxes in cash. It would be more convenient if this can be done via bank transfer or it's this tax is included in the price already. Our host also arrived late for the check-in, would be easier if the check-in would be through a lock box.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Easy to get around walking. The apartment was clean and they provided everything we needed.
• Andrew (7/5): Good - Nice quite location and close to many restaurants and public transport. Looked exactly like the pictures and the host was very kind and even let us check in a little early. This place is good for a short stay. The shower leaked water over the bathroom floor, but aside from that no other complaints.

• Lucia (10/5): The best place we have stayed in Milan and location is beautiful. - Looks exactly like the pictures, beautiful apartment. Was so clean and had all the facilities you need (hairdryer, towels, coffee machine, dishwasher).

Lots of appliances in the kitchen but you will need to bring everything yourself such as coffee pods or dishwasher tablets It’s easy to get tram line 3 from just around the corner to the centre The pillows
