Important Information

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following important information before booking: - Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included. - Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100 - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros. - If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€5.5/per person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Marta (1/5): Bad - Location. After my departure, I was informed that the coffee machine wasn’t working, and as a result, part of our deposit was withheld. However, we never even touched the coffee machine, as none of us likes capsule coffee. This feels incredibly unfair. I will never book a flat in Barcelona again—only hotels, to avoid being deceived! After contacting the agency, they refused to give the money back. I can imagine that when you earn additional 50 Euro each time you rent a flat, that's a big amount yearly...

Rita (8/5): Good value if you want a place in a more local area. - Roomy for the four of us, especially with the individual bedrooms. Great view. Sarah from Loca Barcelona was friendly and helpful. The bathroom stunk upon arrival and during the stay due to the plumbing. The bottom of the shower had mold all around. There was no blind/pull down shade over the bathroom window.

Nana (9/5): It felt home. - Location was perfect, it was right next to the L3 metro station (Poble Sec). The apartment was clean. Facilities worked well, everything was functional (washer, microwave, electric kettle, oven, hairdryer etc.) The company representative was nice and helpful. All three bedrooms had access to the balcony and the view was on the avenue. The storage room was super helpful for drying clothes or storing large items. All rooms (including bathroom) had windows. Bedroom windows looked to the street, others looked to the indoors of the building (stairs and elevator) but you can have fresh air in all rooms. The living room doesn't have direct natural light. It's in the middle of the apartment and doesn't have a window or balcony with view to the street. It does have a window but when you open it you see elevator and the stairs inside the building. It didn't bother us much, we used electricity light whenever we were at home, but as tourists we walked a lot and were not at home during the day at all. The elevator is small (only two people with luggage were allowed).
Maksym (9/5): Superb - Excellent location - easy to get from/to airport, easy to get to city center and main locations - stright lines by bus or metro. 30 minutes walk to the beach area. Friendly hosts, comfortrable appartment which was excellent for the family with two kids - everyone has his own bedroom. Kitchen also very convenient - not big, but it has all you need even coffee moka pot. Food stores in nearby.
